a week agoThe Staff was amazing!!! I arrived around 5:58 pm and they closed at 6:00 pm. Although they were technically still opened, not once did the Receptionist complained about my time. She greeted with a smile and took my information. The Nurse and Doctor were just as nice. They didn’t rush me, and as a matter of fact, they took their time with me, making sure I was diagnosed properly. I will definitely recommend this facility.a week agoThe staff is so sweet and really attends to your needs. I felt listened to and they did their best to figure out what was wrong in a timely manner. Dr. Ana was amazing, highly recommend, she is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Being out of state and getting sick is never fun but she helped comfort me in so many ways. Cannot recommend this place more.a week agoI have been to this location twice now and each time has been for some type of injury. I didn’t have much of a wait either time I visited. The staff are very kind and super knowledgeable. I appreciate how it seems they really spend time and listen to your concerns. The front desk was super sweet and the PA was great as well!3 weeks agoWe were there for three hours which is entirely too long. Waited in lobby for 45 min and in the room for the rest of the time. They had already cleaned and were closing up when we were leaving. The doctor was nice; however, didn’t seem to ask a lot of questions or look at anything in depth, so I don’t feel like we got many answers at all for my 3.5 yr old. I will say, the nurses were fabulous and so sweet to my daughter. Britney, specifically, was wonderful, and my daughter even commented on how nice she was when we left – impressed with nursing staff!in the last weekThe staff was fantastic. Everyone we interacted with took time and actually listened to how my daughter was feeling. The did standard tests that should have been done by the AU Clinic, but were not.

2 weeks agoFirst time here. Very clean. It was a great experience! Front office staff was so nice and efficient. I made appointment on-line, didn’t have to wait very long. Nurse was very nice and cared about my issue. Doctor was great as well. I felt very comfortable coming here and will do in the future if I need medical assistance. Thank you Stopwatch Urgent Care!3 months agoThey always take great care of me here. I refuse to go anywhere else. The staff is always so friendly and the facility is always extremely clean. They are fast and efficient. Would give them 10 stars if I could ⭐️ and thank y’all for seeing me at such last minute on Friday. Y’all could have easily turned me away but y’all accepted me with a smile. Thank you!4 weeks agoReceptionist was very rude and combative. She tried to argue with me about the wait time, when I was answering another patient’s question. She proceeded to ask me if I wanted to go somewhere else. She then tells me that the doctor didn’t have to see me. Very rude. When I expressed some concerns about me interacting with the receptionist, to the provider,the provider basically blew it off. The only person that seemed to care was the lady who took my vitals. Wouldn’t recommend. Slow and unprofessional for the most part. I would rather drive 15 mins down the road to the Stopwatch Urgent care in Auburn before I go there and be mishandled, after spending MY money!2 months agoAs with all things especially a urgent care it really depends on who the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner is. I gave absolutely great ones and pretty good ones but never a horrid one. Turnover must be high because thr front desk folks are never the same.5 months agoI had to take my mom to Stopwatch Urgent Care due to her getting sick while visiting me. The staff was extremely polite and Knowledgeable to our concerns. The receptionist greeted us so warmly. The nurse was great even laughing with my 83 year old moms antics. The Doctor treated her with compassion and was knowledgeable of what was happening to her. It was our first time going but it won’t be our last. Elle

a week agoStaff was friendly and so was the doctor. But after I went back and they ran a covid and strep test, i did not see anyone (nurse or dr) until they brought my dad back an hour and a half later to tell me he had to run home. Then after that another hour and fourty minutes till I saw the dr for four minutes. I understand there were other people and some could have been worse off than myself and I expected a wait of some sort, but that was excessive.a month agoLove the place the staff are very efficient, nice and professional. The doctor was thorough she took her time and listened to me she asked lots of questions and my medical history. Overall she made me feel very comfortable and I was not there long ?a month agoI would like to express my gratitude to the Dr. Patrick Bianchi. I thought I was just really sick to my stomach but it was not a just stomach problem. His quick diagnosis and direction got me out of a dangerous situation. Other hospitals would have just given me medication and called it a day, but he kept following up with me and I’m alive today because of him. The staff working in the urgent care were also very kind and I appreciated them. They were very supportive and helped me out. Again, I just want to say thank you to everyone. Thank you!3 weeks agoI came here today and was really sick. Coming out both ends. It was brutal and they were all so kind to me. Thoughtful. The phone gal for telehealth called ahead after talking to me on the phone. When I got there, the ladies in the front were expecting me. Gave me a vomit bag and took me to a room so I could be more comfortable. They took my ID and insurance cards and did all the work to put me in the system. Very, very kind. I needed that so much. Thank you. The NP I saw was also very thorough and kind.a week agoFast, efficient, and clean. Just what you need in an urgent care. I felt the FNP took the time to answer questions and decide on a good method of treatment.
