a month agoI was seen right away and everyone was very friendly and professional. I would recommend coming if you need prompt care! Thank you doctor Rollo, nurse Belinda, radiology tech Lee Ann and Brittany!2 months agoI went in with severe low back pain having a hard time walking. The staff was very attentive and brought out a wheelchair to my car to wheel me in. Dr. Campbell and the nurse, Belinda, were very knowledgeable and quickly got me feeling better with a variation of injections and pills. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly, they took care of my wife and kids while they were waiting for me, they gave them snacks, drinks and toys. I highly recommend this Emergency Center.3 weeks agoGreat experience! Went in thinking it was just a bladder infection and they caught kidney stones. So thankful to the lovely staff at 7 in the morning! Dr. Edwards, Dr. Emily, and their team ( Marissa, Joyce, and Savanna) were so informative and quick to get me in and assessed.a week agoAbsolutely love Austin Emergency Room. I’ve had so many bad experiences with hospitals and emergency medicine as a whole. Had to go to AEC twice in the last couple of months. One for my husband having appendicitis and today for severe allergic reaction that I was having. They were very quick and started care before fully checking in/ signing paperwork. Loved the way they treated my loved one and myself. I am also a hard stick when it comes to needles and have never had someone get it on the first try. If you want fast/ excellent healthcare this is the place. Wonderful healthcare team. Thank you Dee Ann, Lee Ann, Kelley, and Lilly! Will come here every time.a year agoVery quick and fast service.My husband met with a small accident while riding his bike -he got a huge cut on his face. Dr Portillo was a very experienced doctor -gave very clean and neat stitches. The whole facility was very clean and without wasting our time in emergency-he was taken care within minutes by the nurse.

3 months agoOne of the best experiences I’ve ever had in all my years. The entire staff was considerate and very Pleasant. Dr Van was extremely detailed and more thorough than just about any I’ve ever visited. She didn’t make me feel like a cow with a numbered ear tag to move through the system. Deeply grateful the VA has her and the Care Now Clinic as part of the Community Care program for Vets. I pray it never goes away. Took too many years to have access to this kind of care.a month agoWaited 5 minutes. Staff were very professional and pleasant. The nurse practitioner was thorough, kind and addressed all my concerns.Icing on the cake – I submitted all my information online before I arrived saving paperwork time.
a month agoif you want the bare minimum of service this is your place. In all honestly I have been to better urgent cares. The one in Leander by the Randall’s is great. Only reason I went to this is because it opened at 8, an hour earlier than the others.2 weeks agoHad a great experience at Care Now.. the Front desk workers were pleasant as well as the nurse… The Dr who saw me was awesome… straight shooter and Nice… I appreciate good people and they were that..3 months agoTook my wife the CareNow off 183A just after 8am. Was told there would be a 1 hr wait. After 1 hr asked the receptionist where we were on the queue and she stated that there were 2 people ahead of us. Waited another 1hr and 15 min after watching 10 more people go ahead of us and then politely told the receptionist that we could not wait any longer and that we where leaving. Her response was “go ahead an leave” given with the attitude of I don’t care that you wasted 2 hr being here. Don’t know how good or bad the medical staff is, but with a receptionist that has a bad attitude, I will never go back to CareNow.

in the last weekI will not recommend this place at all. Last weekend, I took my kid here for ear pain treatment. The Doctor done wrong diagnosis and treatment for my kid ear infection. Doctor told me it’s swimmer ears , gave ear drops . After 2 days his ear pain increased and also fever shooting up to 102c , I went my kid’s primary doctor for treatment. She told me it’s not swimmer ears , she gave anti biotic oral medication. Generally We pay double or triple cost to these kind of urgent cares during weekends for better treatment , but they don’t even know basic diagnosis and treatment ?4 months agoEverything from the process of getting a quick appointment to being checked-in to the nurse and the doctor attending to us made us and our child feel very well cared for. We were not rushed nor did we ever feel that we were not being heard. They did a thorough examination all while understanding that our child really needed the urgent care. They went the extra step to make sure he was given the oral medication that was necessary at that time and get our pharmacy to have the medicines ready by the time we went to pick up. All in all 10/10. A great job done by absolute professionals at the same time ensuring the healthcare provided is top notch!a month agoVery quick service! I set an appointment online and we were seen, had an X-ray, and home within 2 hours. The staff is friendly and a movie in our room kept my son occupied. Will definitely return for all urgent kids needs.2 months agoUPDATE: They were very gracious and refunded my visit. They suggested calling in advance to see if the doctor is at Round Rock or Cedar park as she is only in one location each weekend. Definitely will be doing that. Appreciate the great customer service response!Underwhelmed, they only have a PA not a doc which usually would be okay, but the PA we saw didn’t know a whole lot and was reading a lot on the computer in between the two times he saw us. Also didn’t seem super confident in the info he did know. Would take kids to a regular urgent care instead. Also, the nurse couldn’t even figure out how to get the oxygen to read, clearly one of her first times in fact I hear her say “I’ve never done one of these before” before she came in. Go somewhere else. Only advantage of this place is shorter wait times.
a year agoI went there with my 2 kids who have been coughing for 3 weeks and the family doctor prescribed nothing. We saw Ms.Rackel who was awesome, she listens and tested them for Strep and they were positive, gave me lots of useful advice.The nurse Michaela was super nice and friendly which took away my kids anxiety. Wanda at front desk, always tries her best to accommodate everyone even when the clinic is super crowded. Highly recommend this clinic!!! One happy and grateful mother here !!
