  If I could give MORE stars, I would.

  (I am writing this from the standpoint of an RN and a Nurse Practitioner of 25+ years, so yes, I have a LOT to compare the care received here to.)

  This has got to be, hands down THE BEST medical facility I have ever been too. Greeted immediately at my vehicle by security (they walked to my car in the parking lot), offered a wheelchair for assistance. Check in was super easy. Offered a blanket and a beverage to both myself and my spouse in the waiting room. Taken back within 10 minutes of arrival (and they were incredibly busy) and again offered food/blankets. I received pain/nausea medication promptly after starting my IV. Moved from a triage room to another private ER room with a stocked mini fridge and snacks. Imaging and labs performed very expeditiously. Then moved to one of the 23 hour obs rooms that was also very clean, spacious, and stocked with food and drinks. They even offered pj’s.

  Everyone went above and beyond what was expected.

  Edit: they have a masseuse on staff for non-traditional treatment as well. I don’t think this place could get any better!!

  I am a nurse so I am very critical when it comes to healthcare, especially when it involves my family. This place blew me away with their customer service and standard of care. We waited less than 5 minutes upon arrival before we were brought to a room. Within minutes, they were running tests on my husband and drawing labs. The doctor was extremely thorough, sat down to make us feel like he wasn’t rushed for time, and made sure to answer any questions from all members of our family. On the way to the ER, I had a mental list of all the tests I was going to demand they run to get to the bottom of my husband’s symptoms. I never even had to ask. They left no stone unturned. The place was immaculate. We probably didn’t go 15-20 minutes without seeing a member of the team coming to check on us. I felt like they did an outstanding job keeping us informed. Every person we encountered was a top-notch professional. The massage, the snacks, the goodie bag were just icing on the cake. I am very impressed! I hope we don’t ever need to visit an ER again; however, if we do, it will definitely be at Hospitality ER.

  I took Mother to Hospitality ER on 6/26/23 due to a burn. I want to thank the entire staff for being so concerned about her well being & making sure she was comfortable from the time she entered to the time she left. I’d love to shout out Sandy @ check in immediately offered a blanket & a snack. Joel took Mom’s vitals quickly & brought out a wheelchair. Chelsea & Jake (RN’S) explained everything thoroughly & were patient & kind. Tucker wheeled us to our room & took his time & helped Mom get up from her wheelchair. Never got the gal’s name that offered us a massage but she was also sweet. We highly appreciate y’all going above & beyond caring for patients!

  I don’t usually like going to the emergency room for many reasons but all I have to say is wow. I felt like I was at the Ritz Carlton of emergency rooms. The staff was all wonderful from start to finish. An exceptional person that took care of me was Jennifer Adams. She helped me fill out my paperwork and answer any questions I had. She even stayed in the room with me since I was by myself and checked my vitals. She is amazing and there needs to be more people like her. She was friendly and helpful and you can tell she actually cares. There are a few others I wish I had caught their name that were pretty awesome too. You have some great staff at Hospitality ER

  I am here now and this place is amazing. The staff is phenomenal and very caring. Someone has came to my room about ever 10 minutes or so just to see if me or my wife needs anything. Even brought me a awesome menu to order me something to eat with lots of options. They even have a snack bar in lobby with food and drinks. Even my room has a refrigerator stocked with plenty of drinks. I can’t say enough about this place. I want to think the staff and Dr for making me feel so comfortable. Im gonna definitely gonna tell everybody i know about Hospitality ER.

  I went to health Care Express not feeling good at all and by the time I left I couldn’t believe it honestly EVERYONE was so kind they was the nicest people EVER!!! The doctor even went out of her way to show me things that I could do to help me. I have NEVER been anywhere where EVERYONE was so nice!!! Thank y’all Healthcare Express y’all are AWESOME!!!? cutest rooms too

  This is my go to place when it’s the weekend or my regular primary care physician is out of office! The waiting area and exam rooms are always really nice and clean! The staff is also incredibly welcoming and friendly! I’ve never had a negative experience here! Even without an appointment and being a walk-in; I’ve never had to wait a long time to be seen. Honestly, they’re usually quicker than my actual PCP. Best place to go if you’re needing quick, friendly, good care!

  I am very happy with the care that I received. My wait time was short in the lobby and in the exam room. My issue had resolved itself by the time I got to my appointment. The nurse practitioner (Alex) still took the time to examine me thoroughly and explain the possible reasons for my symptoms. She was very professional and courteous and she urged me to come back if my symptoms returned.

  The whole process was a breeze. From making the appointment, checking in and getting seen on time. The care was great as always. As a Vet, I am thrilled that the VA has a contract with Healthcare Express. They always take great care of me.

  Words cannot describe how amazing this place is and Dr. Adam is hands down the best dentist I have ever had! He is so patient, very informative, and joked around with me and made me feel very comfortable! I had an emergency with my front tooth on a Saturday evening and he seen me and had me fixed temporary so I had a tooth while we waited for my implant. Every time I came in, I was seen right away and they were very attentive. My implant looks perfect and it matches my other teeth and you cannot tell the difference at all. This is truly an amazing clinic and its awesome that they’re open 7 days a week!

  I came in because my crown on my tooth had broken off & my tooth was aching it was swollen. The lady at the front desk not sure what her name is but she was super nice, greeted with a smile *she had a mask on but I can clearly see she had a smile on her face* I go to the back, the lady did my X-rays, the dr comes in goes over whatever needed to be done. Again I’m not good with remembering names, the lady with the long black hair dark eyes, SO sweet, she told me how much everything was going to cost *because I also need to get my 2 bottom wisdom teeth pulled* so she explained that if I have credit I can see about doing a payment plan for my tooth. She ran my credit, I was approved to do the payment plans, well she mentioned I would only have to be paying $120 for today to get the tooth fixed and then I would be doing my payment plans starting out next month. I have been out of work for about a month due to a burn/infection in my hand, I didn’t have a whole lot of money only enough to cover my visit for today, I told her I didn’t have the money at the moment, I explained to her what was going on and she worked around with me & my bf sent me the money of course but it took a while, my card was messing up it would only allow a certain amount of money to be used, again she worked with me on the payment & of course I felt guilty, she told me “don’t worry this is what I’m here for” with a great attitude, she kept reassuring me that everything was going to be okay. I was nervous to come to the dentist because the ones I’ve been to in the past have always made me feel uncomfortable about my teeth, they’ve always nitpicked every little thing about my teeth but this dentist office made me feel comfortable! I recommend going to this place 100%!

  The dentist is trash. Went in for pain from wisdom teeth, he “polished” my teeth (the tech used some flavored paste and scrubbed for like 1 min). Then they billed my insurance for a cleaning and I came to find out I couldn’t get one for 6 months. I called asking if they could notify my ins since no cleaning was done. the receptionist said she could get me back in for an actual cleaning for no charge.. I come in and the dentist says literally nothing to me, starts cleaning my teeth hard and very aggressively (I’ve had many teeth cleanings so I knew it was not right) and actually was scraping so hard and quickly that my gums were bleeding for 20 min after I left. I have a legitimate deep cut surrounding the back of one of my teeth. The cleaning took like maybe 5-6 minutes… then when I asked if he would possibly be able to remove braces he laughed at me and said that’s not my job, I don’t know why you’re asking me? Then i started to explain my situation of why I needed them off and he straight up walked out while I was looking at him talking. you don’t need to be taking care of patients if that’s how you’re going to treat people. Especially when y’all are sketchy, over charge, and don’t even bill insurance for correct things. They told me $850 per wisdom tooth extraction and tried to put me on Care Credit for financing the payment. I went to a oral surgeon in Tyler and it was $100 total for sedation and all 4 removed. LOL y’all be doing people wrong as hell! Shouldn’t even be in practice.

  This is Michelle, by the way, from today. I was very scared to get my wisdom teeth removed but they made me feel so comfortable and cared for when I did. The first time I tried, I had a really bad anxiety attack. I had a seizure and that was do to me being extremely scared/stressed. I have asthma too so one of the gases they used made my heart race, so that didn’t help me. But they got me to wake up. They were so sweet, attending, and reschedule me for Saturday to give me some time. They made sure I had an appointment when not many people were there. This time, we did laughing gas to keep me calm. The last tooth give him troubled but he never got upset or became frustrated. He keep cold and made sure I had enough numbing medicine. ? Thank you, Doctor!!!

  Do not recommend to anyone. Seriously have no idea how they have so many 4 & 5 star reviews!! The office is dirty- visible dirt and dust on things. Definitely does not feel clean or sterile like you would expect. Was told they were going to clean my teeth but they did not.. the Dentist just went straight to dealing with my cavities and I think the fillings are fine but I guess it’s too soon to tell. Dentist was rude to his assistant (I think she was new) and it was extremely awkward to see him talking to her mean and rudely while he was working on my teeth. I understand getting frustrated at times with your employees but this was too much. Have a talk in private at least..

  Overall, dissatisfied with the dentist and office in general. I did not bring up that they skipped the cleaning simply because I had already been there for over 2 hours and my mouth was numb so I couldn’t talk clearly to discuss it anyways.
