  Was fairy quick and easy to find. The staff was nice and the place is clean and neat. **BUT** I went in for a drug screening. Needed it by 5pm and I was in and out before that. I thought it was awesome. Fast and easy. But then, I received a email from the company who is Hiring me. Saying Concentra said I was a “No Call No Show” I’m not sure what the problem was. (Still trying to figure it out) and I hope they do it soon because I have received a letter from the Hiring company saying that I am NO LONGER a candidate for the position and that they are not going to be moving forward with my hiring. (Although I had already received an offer letter and filled out all pre employment paperwork) I rejected other job offers for this position and NOW I am UNEMPLOYED and being called a liar.

  I was there for a drug test for a job. The place was packed! I’m giving it four stars because they got me in and out in about 45 minutes, which I didn’t think was terrible, given the crowd. The woman who did my drug test was fantastic! I wish I knew her name, she was very kind and professional. The woman at the front desk was a little bit more gruff, but considering the volume of people, I understand. I think for the purpose that this place serves it does a decent job.

  I weeny in for my annual company drug screening. Their staff was very professional and friendly. There was a few people ahead of me in line, but they were very efficient at serving all the patients. Great place, great staff, will definitely be back again for my next appointment.

  Went in for a drug test for employment and the crowd was light – medium and was in and out in about 25 minutes. Was with 2 other co workers. Filled out a quick paper and was called up shortly. Nice people in the front and dudes in the back. Would come back.

  I was so disappointed with my insurance that they changed my covered urgent care location that I used for years! The new Urgent Care called Marque Urgent Care on Knott in Buena Park totally surprised me in a great way! I didn’t even have an appointment and they worked me into their schedule. The waiting area and everything behind it is so clean. I Also like the friendliness of the people working at the counter. In addition, when they took me to the exam room, the intake nurse was very thorough. Shortly thereafter, the doctor came in. He was very empathetic and did a careful examination of the issue.

  I’m older and do not like change! After today and my experience at the Marque Urgent Care, I’m so glad my insurance made that change.

  Not of fan of Dr. Offices but this is the nicest urgent care I have ever visited. Staff and Dr.s are very kind and make me feel I’m getting the best care. I took my son here for a sprained ankle and myself for a sinus infection. We didn’t wait for hours on end they made out visits quick and easy.

  Liked website as it showed how many were waiting, showed 1. Made appt for 3:00 out by 4:00 which was short time for an urgent care. The Dr spent time answering my questions and was very kind. Also thought the nurse and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of parking and very large waiting room so you’re not having to wait in car as most places do now. Definitely best Urgent Care I have had to go to!

  I have taken my 4 year old in a few times and have had great experience. The wait isn’t too bad it’s very clean everyone is very nice. The reason I keep coming back is because of how nice and caring the doctors are, it’s very important for a 4year old to connect with the doctor. My last visit on 7-24-23 was great the doctor was easy going and made my son feel comfortable he had a great sense of humor.I feel at ease with diagnosis and meds given thank you.

  I have come here for years the treatment here is not great. I went yesterday new staff and new P.A she was very rude, mean and not what I would call helpful, she asked me to go get an ekg first or she would not refill my prescription she was the meanest P.A. she should me fired, I will never go back

  I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family . They offer rapid antigen test with results in 10 minutes. I was in and out the door and off to my cruise .they were very helpful and I will be returning to get a mammogram. I found out this is a cancer treatment center and they are very concerned with me getting my daily check up. Doctor afrashabi is wonderful caring person ,and has a passion for treating his cancer patients with new treatments to help maybe cure cancer one day.

  I had to do same day Covid test due to family emergency – I had about 5-6 hours from booking the flight to departure.

  It was around 5PM Friday night, right before I headed to the airport, I went there to get covid tested.

  The process was very simple and all the staffs there were very kind and helpful. They heard about my situation and they were trying their best to get all the process as quick as possible.

  Never again will I go to Anaheim Medical Group. I went in because of a cyst on my elbow and instead got bombarded by the unprofessional staff. Not only was I bombarded, but my mom and boyfriend who came along with me. The staff was pressuring my family to get checked up when I was the only who came in to get checked up. They took a long time to call my name when there was only one other person in the waiting room. I was asked a series of questions that had nothing to do with my cyst. They pressured me to take an STD test and a Pap smear. My STD test was taken by a young girl who did not know how to work with a needle. When it came to the Pap Smear, the doctor made me feel uncomfortable and was not friendly. She even looked bothered doing her job. She walked out after finishing up and said “done,” i waited patiently for 10 minutes until a nurse finally came. The nurse was not given any information from the doctor about my Pap smear and was confused on what to do next. I finally told them the reason I came in there for, my cyst and the doctor only examined it for a minute and left again.Throughout the whole experience, the nurses kept gossiping, talking completely unprofessional around me and other patients. If you wish to get good service and care from a doctor, do NOT come here. I regret walking through those doors and allowing an untrained, unprofessional group of individuals ever do the job of real nurses and doctors.
