  I can’t thank this clinic enough, last Friday my mom was having some chest pain. After they did exam found out she was having a heart attack! Rushed her to ER where she still is.If it wasn’t for the wonderful team and the doctor she seen that day plus my dad for making the appointment, my mom wouldn’t be here with us! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH! This brings tears to my eyes of such GREAT CARE AND TAKING TIME TO LISTEN TO WHAT WAS GOING ON!

  Seriously a top notch healthcare company. It sucks that we live in a country where we have to worry about that, but Voyage has been easy to work with the entire way. It’s reasonably easy to get an appointment, the folks that run the show run it like a luxury cruise ship, and prices are standard for the services. This is a model of how USA healthcare should be (except that it should be free at the point of service).

  I like my doctor and that it’s a hometown clinic, but I keep trying to call to reschedule an appt and it’s a 20 minute wait time every time before I give up. Can’t do rescheduling online. Am I just supposed to not show up?

  I had to get my daughter in to be seen last minute, and everyone we talked to ( from the scheduler to the dr) were so kind. They got us in ASAP and didn’t make us feel like a nuisance. Very much appreciated.

  Voyage help clinic what is one of the most awesomeness places for doctors visits? The staff are there to help you at all times they have patience and they listen to you very well on any problems you may have I recommend this place 110%. They have kept me alive for 10 years now I can’t think they’re not.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I arrived 5 minutes late due to rush hour traffic for a sick appointment, proceeded to wait 5 minutes for this slow front desk staff to check one patient in to be told she would have to call to the back to see if I could still be seen. Then waited another 5 minutes for her to finally decided to walk to the back and ask someone. Then to be told I was too late to be seen. Was not my fault they have a slow receptionist. Would not recommend this clinic to my worst nightmare

  Dr. Delisi is the BEST general doctor you could ever ask for. So kind, patient, and always ready to listen.

  All the nurses here are so amazing also! I drive from Maple Grove because I love this clinic so much.

  I haven’t personally visited this clinic, but worked with LPN Michele (Dr. Van Dyke’s Nurse) regarding a mutual Patient . She was very helpful, kind and professional. This experience alone shows the type of care and compassion they have for their Patients.

  I love my primary care doctor, as well as , our pediatrician. However, it takes 40 minutes on the phone to schedule an appointment. You repeatedly get to listen to a recording telling you to make an appointment online. Guess they must have let go of all their scheduling staff. I needed to talk to a human as my child needed an extended appointment for 2 different things.

  Update: I’ve gotten used to the online scheduling. My pediatrician gave me a direct line for her care coordinator, which works great. The nurse and my doctor where great at my appointment today. I’m very satisfied with Park Nicollet.

  The Allina Brooklyn Park staff are all professional, friendly, efficient and caring. The clinic is smaller so it isn’t crowded, it seems more personal, parking is easy. I highly recommend this clinic.

  Room #5 was filthy and had ants.. The doctor also kept laughing at my baby for crying. I’ve used this clinic for myself for 10 years but this experience has certainly tarnished my thoughts. I still like Allina but would suggest a different location.

  Came in to to see Dr. Long Rachael for an appointment, due to snow weather conditions and running late and having to travel over 30minutes arrival time just for front test to tell me I needed to reschedule because I didn’t make it in the time frame window. A phone call would have been nice to reschedule instead of me having to travel 30 minutes to have them tell me I need to reschedule. This is not a professional way to treat a patient, I understand that time is crucial but there needs to be a more professional way to handle the situation. Hopefully this improves in future.
