2 weeks agoI went to MedFast this morning. I was seen right away, and I was so impressed with the staff. They were all kind and compassionate, and treated me with dignity and respect. This was far better than going to the hospital. I would recommend anyone to go to MedFast and avoid the hospital unless it is a life threatening situation. FIVE stars guys! You did a great job.3 weeks agoI came in early around 8:30 am on a Sunday. Nobody was waiting ahead of me and I was see right away. Super friendly staff they took care of my needs promptly. I have brought my whole family to this location with different needs a few times. They always take care of our needs. +A , they will continue to be our #1 walk in! Thanks to Jeremy for making a pleasant experience and to FMP-C Amber for helping me through my next steps and giving me the time to explain my problem. The staff at this location is great! Thank you!2 months agoWow!!! What a wonderful very professionally run yet extremely friendly facility. Very pleased they have an x ray machine on the premises!!! The place and all the rooms are spotlessly clean. Could eat off the floors clean! Bathrooms are very clean also ( always a good sign on how things are run) Will be using them in the future for all my urgent care.a month agoDr. Noelle and the staff were all so comforting and patient. Dr Noelle took time to make sure I understood what could be happening to my aging body and how to maintain good health. They were not dismissive. They reassure me that there are caring Medical Professionals that like caring about people.4 weeks agoThis office is awesome! I made it in right before closing time and still they treated me like I was their first patient of the day! From the staff who greeted me to Dr. Noelle who took time and patience with me!!!! I highly recommend this walk-in clinic! It’s been the third time I’ve used them!?

a month agoI was nervous about going in close to closing time, they were the only urgent care open in the area, but my nerves settled as I walked in to smiling faces. Everyone was extremely nice! The nurse was so sweet to my daughter and the doctor was friendly and knowledgeablea month agoA+++ service! The first phone call the girl was VERY helpful!! She gave directions and checked to see if my NY insurance would apply—- The staff was incredible- quick visit but very attentive and LOVED the experience here!!2 months agoThe 2 guys at the front desk were spot on. Everything was very fast. Nurse was just as great, fast and through all the way through . PA was beyond great and straight to the point. Made sure to tell me the do and don’t with prescription and what I was already taking. Thanks for providing fabulous Healthcare in an emergency.4 weeks agoWe thought my son may have broken his foot so we brought him in for X-rays. The staff was so kind to us. He cried loudly the whole time we were there so they got us in as quickly as possible and made sure he was comfortable.5 months agoStaff was friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses that saw my children were patient and I did not feel judged (my kids seemed fine when they went in, their fever had broke and they were playing around with each other), the doctor did a exam and figured out what was wrong with them. The whole expirence was fast, about a hr. The two ladies that were at the desk were personable and friendly as well. Defiantly satisfied with my visit.

6 months agoWonderful! Office and nursing staff were kind and timely. Kristin Moore was my nurse practitioner and she was very thorough, and understanding. I was in and out Gateway Urgent Care in an hour on my way to pick up my prescription. Office and tools were very clean. Worth the copay and I’ll be back!3 weeks agoWhat a great experience with Katie Shouppe, Lea and Shine! Such amazing care was taken to make sure that our needs were met! Lea was very gentle when testing our son. He felt very comfortable. Katie was such and awesome provider and so knowledgeable and professional!! Thank you!a month agoI was getting my blood taken and i had the best experience with Julia. Usually I have fears about getting anything done medically, she made me feel safe and comfortable. She was great with communication and was very kind. We need more people like her in the medical community!!2 months agoElaina and Kelly were great! Elaina helped me with my paperwork that I couldn’t get downloaded from my phone. She made me feel welcome and made me smile. Kelly stabbed me with a vaccine needle that I didn’t even feel. She was very professional and friendly! Best visit I’ve had here yet. I know you manager types are reading these, so make sure these ladies get their pay raises and all maxed out on their evals.3 months agoWalking in and seeing the size of the complex I preparing myself for a long visit. Elaina checked me in and I even mentioned to her that her upbeat mood was very refreshing to see. I understand most people visiting a clinic are not feeling well and most likely not in the best of moods. I really wish people would consider that and use a little patience and know these people are there to help and trying to efficiently get the clients to the finish line. That was for the complainers. Someone should have taught you how to cope when things don’t always go the way you want. Lashan did the preliminary tasks of my exam and was absolutely delightful. Katie was my NP and once again provided a combination of thoroughness and sparkling personality that made my exam actually enjoyable and would definitely go back and recommend to anyone. Because of unsaid reason I need to go back in 3 months. I’m sure all other employees are the same just by watching the way they interact with each other. But now I have my faves and hope to see them again. Really don’t enjoy offices or having new people poking at me but I’m sure it’ll be fine . See you ladies in 3 months!!!
