  My dog, Doug went into this clinic, where he has never gone, lethargic and close to death. Everyone, from the receptionist to the veterinarian were super nice and helpful. They genuinely cared about my dogs heath and well being. He had to stay overnight, they kept me informed as they said they would. All costs were gone over beforehand. The next day when I went to pick him up, he was doing so much better. The staff,even the following day were absolutely amazing. I hope we never end up at the emergency clinic again but I know if we ever do, I have no doubt this is where I would be taking him. I wish I could give them 10 stars! The staff deserves a huge thank you for just being your genuine selves and I appreciate you saving my dog more than you will ever know.

  Amazing. Showed up at 3 am with my sick pup, not only were they very compassionate, answered any question I had, and never left me wondering. But they never once made me feel any type of way other than truly cared for and taken care of. They loved my pup just like their own. Thank you so much for helping me!   You guys were the best in a bad situation. We’ve never been before and you treated us like family. You helped us to send Lucky over the Rainbow Bridge peacefully and with no pain. I can’t thank y’all enough for being there for us. She was our baby even though she was probably 16 or 17 Yeats old. (Lucky was a rescue and we tried to make her life happy and filled with love.)   I cannot adequately explain how much my family and I appreciate the amount of love, sympathy, and patience shown to my dog in her most traumatized moments. I am so grateful for the care my sweet dog received. The staff was attentive and supportive. The vet, Dr. Julie Parker, was accessible, kept me informed every step of the way through 2 surgeries at all hours of the night, and quickly responded to emails when I sent her pictures of my dog that she requested so she could monitor of her condition. It is terrible to have an emergency so great that you need a middle of the night visit to the emergency clinic but I am SO GRATEFUL for the high level of care and compassion received. (And this is completely off topic but that’s the only vet office I’ve ever been in that doesn’t smell like a vet! It smells so good! ?)

  We came in for a snake bite of my puppy, who had to stay overnight. The doctor and staff were courteous, kind, and communicated clearly. They coordinated smoothly with the other practice where we got care initially. I’m so thankful for the with they do.

  This clinic was recommended to me by ECU Health System to get refills for my prescriptions and I got so much more. I spent 45 minutes with the Doctor who’s a gastroenterologist (I have lost of stomach problems) and they were a big help. Very pleasant and professional. The wait wasn’t bad either as I was a walk in. It was an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

  From reception to checkout and all departments in between, I am consistently met with kind, compassionate, and competent staff. These folks go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. If they say they’re going to do something, it is completed. I highly recommend Greenville Health Care and their amazing staff!

  Until this business was sold, I had excellent experiences. In 2021 I received a service dog to support my diagnosis. Taking him into the facility seemed to upset some staff, who made me wait in the parking lot to be called inside for vitals and an exam. It was summer even though it was cloudy. The nurse practitioner was unkind when I was finally seen. The experience made me decide not to return after the receptionist yelled at us when wewalked in to be seen. This is unprofessional and upsetting. Due to current political.climate, I decided not to allow my service dog to be used to challenge the Adults With Disabilities Act. Drama is not good for us. I found another primary care provider since and have left this group. I hope staff receive some in-service training on how to treat those who bring in our service dogs due to natural supports beyond medications. I wish old staff well who acted in a professional manner toward me since 2010. Thank you.

  My PCP wasn’t able to get me in so I chose here! I was so pleased. Staff was extremely professional and friendly! They all helped one another with patients to keep the process moving quickly and smoothly. Lee Quinn, PAC was fantastic, his bedside manner was great and you could tell he truly cares for his patients! I would highly recommend to anyone! Was in and out in a little over 2.5 hours, Which is great given the time it takes to get through any urgent cares or ERs post pandemic.

  I went April 26 2023 because I had been having issues. I arrived close to 3:00, got seen really quickly and was treated very well. Even though they closed at 4:00 they showed great care and even stayed after to make sure everything was done properly.

  I think I’d give lower if possible. NO masks like they say…heck not even blue gloves by the staff for health safety. Girl had on sweat type pants that were dirty looking and she appeared the same. Dr comes in no gloves no nothing. Three hours later still no prescription called in as promised. Claimed they were busy. I was the only patient from the time I arrived until the time I left. Took an hour to be seen arrived as only patient at 8 not taken to rm til 9:05. Still the only one at 930 when I left. Maybe socialize less ladies because you had time to discuss lunch at 9:15 based on your associate who likes free delivery.. I could hear you discussing lunch as a priority not patients. You might have more time for necessary tasks if you prioritized for patients first. Very sad first experience.

  The online registration was super easy and I liked that I got to wait at home until it was my turn. Staff was really friendly and I was out within an hour. I was even able to get my antibiotic there so I didn’t have to go to the pharmacy.
