2 months agoThey are professional, friendly, courteous. Unfortunately, on my recent visit, I had to wait 3 hours to get attended. They had only ONE doctor on staff! However, she was courteous, attentive, and very pleasant. She deserves high praises despite being there on her own! Overall, I was satisfied with their service.a month agoEveryone there was so polite and nice and very helpful. The doctor was amazing another Patel I like what the hell lol. Very professional I didn’t have an appointment so I had to wait about an hour and a half probably the only downside other than that a great visit4 months agoI have to say, at first i thought they were decent but now im having a horrible experience. Appointment times mean nothing, you still wait over an hour. The rooms are not cleaned, blood on the cabinet which still hasn’t been wiped off. I watched them change the paper but not wipe down the table. You are a medical facility, really? The part i cant complain about is the PT area and the staff in that section. They’re great, very tentative, and show they care. Danielle is literally the best PT person there!a month agoFairly prompt service for an Urgent care. I wish I could have scheduled an appointment for my job testing needs since they send you there but process went smoothly for a walk-in.in the last week-0 worst service in my life the ortho at this place is a joke of a doctor rude dismissive and unprofessional if you value your well being seek medical attention elsewhere this doctor is a clown try concentra in Rahway NJ the doctors at that location are actually competent unlike the ortho at this place with his napoleon complex if your are a doctor the patient well being should come first thats not the case with this guy his response is it doesn’t matter how you feel that your foot is still black and blue go back to work never received any treatment or therapy whatsoever just completely dismissive and i professional stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had an urgent care experience that was far beyond the experience I have had in many other urgent care facilities. Thank you for being patient centered by going above and beyond, and providing quality care throughout our experience! 4 months agoWalked in on a Monday Evening. So happy to see there were no wait times. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The waiting area and rooms were so clean. They were able to provide me with my financial responsibility and were knowledgeable of where my bloodwork will go and if I can chose to send it to quest diagnostics. Such a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this urgent care!a month agoI would like to thank Dr. Ann Nguyen and Teterboro office X-ray technician Allison for their professionalism, caring, kindness and friendliness. After thorough check up Dr. Nguyen explained me different treatment options, scheduled my X-ray at a different CityMD location on the same day, called me exactly 1 minute after X-ray with results and talked to a CVS employee a couple of hours later to select an appropriate medicine. It is such a pleasure to meet people like them in our life when entire service industry is in chaos and you have to fight with almost everybody almost daily. CityMD should be proud of people like Ann and Allison.a month agoOne drug prescribed could have caused severe heart issues, so I did not fill the prescription. Doctor did not see what I was taking or was unaware of the 2 drugs’ interactions. My pharmacist caught the mis- prescribed drug immediately.5 months agoSo i decided on this city md because i have had good experiences there but this time was much different. I signed in when i got there on the kiosk with the help from the young gentleman behind the desk. He then tells me to have a seat and someone would be with me shortly. There is only one other person on the waiting room so i thought it would be too long of a wait. Well, 45 minutes later and at least 4 people who arrived after me go on to see a doctor i finally went up the the desk and ask the same gentleman who helped me 45 minutes earlier sign in at the kiosk why it’s talking so long. He looked at me confused and asked me why i was still there and i wasn’t in The system and i must of been signed out. Meanwhile all along you can see me sitting on the waiting room all alone. Wouldn’t anyone ask me why I’m sitting there? So baffled by this reaction i seriously would never ever recommend anyone to go to this medical center. I felt like i was secretly on a tv show.5 months ago1st time at this location. Barely any wait time. Nurse was personable and friendly. Doctor came in shortly thereafter. Overall good experience.Had to come back to edit my review. It’s impossible to get someone on the line to discuss your test results. They have a call center that knows nothing other than read from a script. A nurse or doctor never called me to discuss my results. After my last attempt at 9pm I was finally able to get some answers. Horrible service for after hour calls !
