2 months agoAll Staff were super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and felt like they actually care. The wait was minimum. checking in was super easy and efficient. The clinic is very clean. Totally recommend! They take the time to actually hear your concerns and don’t rush you.a week agoCame for the first time and checked in online and also did my registration online which was super fast and easy. I was attended quickly and prescribed antibiotics. Everything went swift and easy, I will definitely come here in the future.2 months agoDoctor is great! Highly recommended..3 months agoThis is the first time going to an urgent care… it is better than going to the emergency room. Great service and I appreciate the fast service, my questions were answered. The staff so polite and welcoming.. it is not far from home.. I really recommend this urgent care. Now I know where I can take my kids when it’s an emergency or can’t take them in4 months agoI had a bad fall spraining my ankle and banging my knee. Thought both were broken. the nurse and X-ray tech did a wonderful job. She was thorough, thoughtful and gentle. the PA was knowledgeable. One flat fee with my co-pay that was affordable.

5 years agoThe waiting time to be help for the first time can vary since some days it’s packed and some days they have no people. The doctors are very friendly, however some receptionist were kinda rude but I can’t blame them if they have to deal with different people, however it’s better if they didn’t talk bad about patients nor mock them. However not all receptionist are mean. It was a great experience and will be coming back.5 months agoGood Friendly staff and Doc….. Just very slow, when I say slow I mean I spent 3hrs waiting to get called in. Once I was in a room it took only 10mins to get checked. There is only 1 Doc in this clinic so make sure to bring patience with you. I wrote this review out of frustration honestly but I guess it was worth it because I got perscription for my meds. Patience though patience!!! Otherwise stay away11 months agoCame in today right after work, I am going to say that I don’t like the fact that you have to wait outside or in your car until you’re almost next. They call you when you’re allowed to come in the waiting room. However the wait time was very excessive. Waiting for a long time outside to be seen. Then waited in the waiting room for about 15 mins and then they took me to a room and I waited for doctor to come in for another hour or so. However; after doctor seen me things were a lot quicker and efficient. The doctor that seen me was very kind and very informative and answered all my questions in regards to my health. The Nurse who took care of me was very sweet and explained all the fees of everything I needed including my medication that they provide at the office. (Makes it easier for me cause I didn’t want to go to the pharmacy after) I definitely do recommend anyone to come here. I had a pleasant experience now hoping for a speedy recovery 🙂 thank you Dr. And staff you guys are great!5 months agoi went to be checked by doctor more then a week ago,it was on wednesday .i’m still waiting for an answer from the clinic to get my results i been calling several times they don’t give me a call at all .very disappointing4 months agoAll Receptionist are so rude! This place is so greedy, they don’t tell you the full amount until you’re inside and give you “treatment”.

2 years agoHuge lack of communication! Had to return twice for a TB test and blood work because they were unclear on my next followup appointment. On my return for results, I was told to wait. That wait was 3 THREE HOURS. I wish that was an exaggeration. All for a literally 30 second conversation that I was not told until later, could have been over the phone. They are very busy and need help being more efficient. New patients, maybe you should stay away…4 years agoDoctors there are amazing. Been going to this clinic for 30 years. First with the dad. Now with the son. I don’t mind the wait. Because when its my turn there is no rush the doctor gives me my time I need to ask any consern. To explain things to me. He gives my kids advice when needed. That’s why I don’t mind waiting cause other people are getting their time to. I will keep going.7 years agoGreat doctors. Always very polite. Been going their for 25 years. Since birth. My Mother has been going their for 35 years and now i take both my kids since birth. Love the aervice n hospitality. Wait depends on patients. The earlier you get their the faster your seen3 years agoLove this clinic. I have came here since I was a baby and now I take my children. The staff and doctors know me by name as well as my whole family and children. Doctor Micheal has made prescription for me way faster and easier since he uses his laptop and is more advanced in technology but all the doctors there now use computers to make processes faster witch I love. I love how they make me feel at home and everything will be ok. I never worry when My Children and I are in in Dr. Micheals hands. Thank you guysa year agoBEEN GOING HERE FOR 22 YRS, I HATE TO SAY THE CLINIC HAS GONE DOWN IN SERVICE. ESPECIALLY THE TRAINEES.
