a week agoThis place is terrific! I had an appointment at 9:37 and I got in at 9:40 a.m. Whitney at the front desk is extremely efficient and caring. My health care providers Laura and Maureen quickly diagnosed my eye infection and emailed the prescription to my pharmacy. Highly recommended!!a month agoI had the best experience here. Paperwork went fast . Called in reasonable time 15 minutes including paperwork.Dr Nick great kind personality . Maureen took vitals just a doll . I never expected such a positive experience from a walk in, very impressed. The only downside I noticed , all paperwork done on phone . My husband couldn’t do it but I’m sure they have old fashioned pencil and paper .a month agoAt check in. The lady was very friendly and professional. Inside the waiting room the nurse knowledgeable, patient and courteous. And The Dr. Myriam exceptional! Friendly one she realized I was translating she immediately began speaking in Spanish. Very detailed and very nice. It was a great visit.,3 months agoThe service I had was excellent. I was able to make an appointment. I didn’t get invite at the appointment time, however I never expected to with urgent care. It just ensures that I get a spot.Once I got called everything was very quick which I like. I absolutely hate it when people call you into a room to wait even longer. The nurse and doctor were very nice. Explained everything well and I am very happy.
On my way out I noticed they have some really amazing stickers. I am 36 years old and I thought that they were so cool. I used to love it when doctor’s office is had stickers and other things. It makes it special. They even allowed me to take a few home for my daughters.
The service I had was very special and I’m very thankful.
a month agoEasy to schedule a time. No wait after paper work was complete. Dr. was so very nice and took his time to take care of my problem. Nurse was very nice. Only negative was the receptionist. I made an error filling out my information and she wasn’t happy with me. ( I have to say that she was efficient, just not friendly).

3 months agoI had a very nice experience here, the front desk ladies were very sweet and listened well. Dr Sharma was extremely professional as well as knowledgeable. The only problem I felt was the clinic needs updating. I could tell the bathroom had been cleaned, but there was paper in the sink and on the floor.The staff needs to check there frequently.3 weeks agoI would give a zero if I could. I thought urgent care facilities were supposed to allow walk in’s. This is the 2nd time I attempted to walk in to be seen for an issue that I don’t believe rises to the level of going to the emergency room but I was again told they don’t have a doctor available to see me & I need to make an appointment for 2 days later to be seen by a doctor. I could get into my own doctor quicker than that. . While I understand it was 630 pm when I arrived, why be an open healthcare facility with hours that go until 8 pm without any professionals available to see patients? And they just recently opened in the Norwalk, CT location. A waste of time frfr. I’ll never attempt to go to this facility again. Smh3 months agoThe Ladies up front were rude and lacked basic customer service and communication skills as well as an understanding of social cues. I came for a check up on my overworked knee (I honestly just needed a doctors note) and got a lecture on how I am not following the BMI scale so I am overweight (this was followed with a new exercise plan that I could barely even do given my knee ) ..only about 3 minutes of my visit was about my knee…though I felt weight could have been addressed, the issue with my knee was side lined to talk majorly about how I’m not at a preferred weight for my height.5 months agoWhatever you do. Don’t go here. You’d be better off waiting hours at the ED. I will say that the Doctor was good and efficient. Everything was going okay until it was time to have my blood drawn and the lady had absolutely no clue what she was doing. It was like it was her first day or something. She didn’t verify my name, D.O.B, nothing. Very unsettling feeling to know that someone like this is working in the medical field. My job uses this place for work injuries and I thought they were joking. Avoid this place at all cost6 months agoAfter I was seen I was automatically overcharged I made the front desk aware that my copay seemed higher than usual. The front desk staff seemed clueless of what to charge me. I then contacted the manager of the Norwalk location and was told she would look into this problem a waited for a call and received no update from her end. I then had to go back and fourth with there billing department and got my refund a month later. The management is very bad.

4 weeks agoBest urgent care of the area! The whole staff is professional, amazing as well as kind. My son actually enjoyed a visit to the doctors & that isn’t easy for a toddler. Only thing was the long wait time even though I made an appointment. Best urgent care tho highly recommenda month agoThe staff was very helpful and courteous. However, I was hoping the doctor would’ve called in my prescription earlier. I know there was some concern about taking it simultaneously with my other medications which was very thoughtful on her part. Yet, I didn’t know about this until later when I heard it from one of the other staff members.a month agoEveryone was very nice. The doctors, the nurse and all the employees was absolutely positively. Very respectful and nice to me being a black man that meant so much to go to an office and the staff treat you with such respect. Thank you for your kindness. Both Nurse and Doctor were very pleasant. The office was clean and so was the waiting room. The receptionist was also pleasant and very patient. If I had a wish it would be to receive some kind of printed information that says what my problem was and what to expect while I’m taking my meds. But that’s not really a big issue. I will go back in the future I need to.a month agoI was the only patient waiting in the waiting room and waited over an hour before I was brought to the room to get seen. I waited another 30 mins and I left my room and told the medical assistance “I’ve been waiting guys and I’ve got to go back to work.” After I advocated the nurse practitioner magically appeared in to see me. No sense of urgency from the staff. Over 2 half hours of life gone.
