a week agoOur sweet dog Zoe passed and we brought her in for cremation. They were so kind, gentle and caring. Then we received the sweetest card. Highly recommend going here.a week agoI would like to warn pet owners NOT to take their pets tl Animal Urgent Care of South O.C. My poor lil dog went through so much pain and she died in their care. I was mislead by my vet thinking they offer surgical services … they do not!! They made me wait 7 hrs before my dog was seen!! she died in their care and they are to blame.. I would wish this horrible experience on my worst enemy.. I would also like to add Dr Cross is the worst vet I have ever met !!! She put my dog Dulce through so much pain because of her greed.. she insisted I take my dog to Ladera hospital where they charged me a lot of money The vet there and Dr. Cross we’re working together to get as much money as they could! My lil dog died … my only consolation is. They will get their Karma. This so called urgent care hospital is a joke!!! You’re better off going to Irvine vet hospital.3 months agoThis review is for this facility which has dramatically changed for the worst, as it is under new ownership; be forewarned. Our dog had a traumatic injury and we needed a veterinarian to evaluate her; When we brought our dog into Urgent Care at 1:320AM, we were informed that it would be 6 hours until the veterinarian saw her, as we was making “hospital rounds”. That Being totally absurd, we took our dog to the San Juan Clinic Emergency Clinic and received IMMEDIATE and EXCELLENT CARE. If you are an “emergency hospital than BE IT” if not, these negative reviews will catch up with you, and reveal the soul and true nature of your establishment.2 years agoThese amazing folks are always ready to help with great pet and people care. Lovely well-lit lobby, very clean and no odor at all. You do need to plan on being here quite a long time but that’s natural with any walk-in emergency location, human or animal. Prices are as expected for urgent care and they do have options like Care Credit if needed. I hope you don’t need them but if you do they are amazing.a year agoThank you to your staff! We brought our Odie into the facility on Saturday. We were seen quickly and Dr. CROSS and her staff were wonderful with our Odie. Our visit was to ensure he did not have a ruptured gallbladder they put our mind at ease. It is a bit pricey but to be expected for an urgent visit. Beautiful location, place was clean, thorough, knowledgeable and professional.

in the last weekMy son injured his foot playing sports and needed to have it seen on a Sunday. I was pleasantly surprised to find an urgent care near me that was both associated with CHOC and had the capability for xrays. I was able to set a same day appointment, and I am pleased to announce that we were there for a total of 30 minutes. The customer service from start to finish was excellent with an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. The doctor took time the chat with us, gave us a thorough treatment plan and saved us some extra money by not pushing for xrays that didn’t seem necessary for my son. Overall, this was one of the most positive experiences I’ve ever had at any medical facility, including our regular doctors offices. I will absolutely be back. Thank you, Marque! Truly never knew such quality could exist with an urgent care.2 weeks agoThis location is always immaculately clean. Very modern and remodeled. The girls are very kind. There is still a wait- but nothing like at the emergency room. Thats probably one area they can improve on. I really liked that their other location in Rancho Santa Margarita offers you a drink of either hot coffee, hot tea or water. That was very nice so at least you have something to drink while you wait. I have always loved the doctors here and could easily pronounce their last names. I really enjoyed going here more than my primary! Parking can be a little bit difficult during busy hours but there’s not much they can do about that. Excellent location! Excellent staff.a month agoMy visit went great! I was in and out on my lunch break within 10 minutes, unheard of at an urgent care. Everyone from front staff to nurse and Doctor were all very kind and understanding they all worked efficiently as a team.3 months agoDr. Zaragoza was kind, thorough and treated my son and I with respect. He was thoughtful in the course of action for my son’s care and took into account allergies when determining medication. I appreciated how easy it was to book the appointment with no wait once we arrived. How wonderful it is to have a pediatric urgent care clinic just down the road! We will use them again.3 months agoEveryone was so nice! I was seen super quick. The PA was amazing! She was so lovely and and made my visit super easy and quick. It made me feel so great when she thanked me for my service. I never stated to her I was a veteran. So the time she took to learn about me was exceptional! I am so glad I came here for my care! Waiting for my prescription to be filled took longer than my whole visit time including waiting for results for my ua. If I ever need urgent care and I’m in town this is where I will go. Thank you for your great care and service. I really appreciate each one of you all that helped me.

2 months agoMorgan O’brien is knowledgeable and professional with an excellent ‘bed-side’ manner. She listens to patients’ issues and provides pragmatic evaluations in terms that can be understood. She makes sure to check all to find out what’s wrong. Great communication!3 months agoThe medical assistants treat me well. The doctors treat me in a good manner and behavior. They have the knowledge about my health conditions and explain me clearly the details. I highly recommend Memorial Care Medical Group.2 months agoOne thing about Memorial care is they are so efficient about getting you in within a few moments of your appointment time. I have yet to sit more then 5-10 mins of my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Cuenca is always so thorough and if he can not give me the best care for my medical concerns, he will always explains the situation and tell me he believes I need a dermatologist to look at that mole. Dr. Cuenca has no problem sending me to a specialist. Thank you,Dr Cuenca for such great care.3 months agoMorgan O’Brien is down to earth, a good listener, and a great communicator.
