  The staff is great! Dr. Alparce and Mr. Harvey the PA are awesome and work as fast as they can. I have been to other Concentra locations. El Monte which is bad, but not as bad as Commerce. Commerce is the worse! Compared to the other two, the Chino location is the best! For those complaining about the wait for random drug testing and physicals, I waited 6 hours at the Commerce location for a physical, and no one even bother to let me know it was going to take that long. Also, you have to consider Concentra not only provides Occupational Health, they also provide urgent care services. If someone with a profusely bleeding wound to their head comes in, of course they will take priority over a random drug test or physical. Some are complaining about waiting 1-2 hours for non-urgent matters. At least you were not the one with an urgent matter. I have waited 8+ hours to be seen in the ED at Kaiser. Complaining about a 1-2 hour wait is pathetic.

  Waited 5.5 hrs for a psychologist and with an approval for treatment. Doctor didn’t take time to read my file and assumed I was there for my preliminary assessment. She was very short and rude! Said I had no case and closed my case?? I knew from when assistant took me to the back that the so called doctor was entitled/bossy. I was put in room #3, then assistant comes back and moves me room because doctors favorite room is #2??. She spent no more than 15 minutes with me and she already walked into the Room with an I am done mentality. I would never, ever recommend anyone to her. She lacks empathy and people skills. A concentra disgrace is what she is! Gives you a bad name.

  Large Facility with lots of staff. I walked in 30min after opening and there was already 5-6 people in front of me. I was seen within an hour and done in 2 hours. They were very efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. Even got me water and a snack after my drug test and blood draw was taken. Best Concentra I’ve ever been to.

  The office was great the only thing I had a problem with was, I had to drive down there from Monrovia when I found out that I didn’t have to. I could have visited the irwindale office. So I don’t understand the reason why I had to drive an hour and 45 minutes over there and then an hour and a half to get back home. That was my only problem. Other than that the office was great.

  Waited 3 hours for a quick physical that literally took 5 minutes & drug test for work. Receptionist said they were short staffed. No appointments for weeks. You have to wait entire time because they cannot call or text you when it’s your turn. If you go, expect to wait all day. ?

  Love this urgent care. The staff and including the PA is very friendly, caring and attentive. I work at a hospital and I’d rather go to this urgent care any day over any other even the ones that are part of my hospital. The wait time is an hour from check in to check out. The best.

  Came to this urgent care on Saturday afternoon and was seen by Dr. Stefan Reynosa. I had bad cough and sore throat, chill and body aches. After 2 minutes check up he prescribed me some medicine and told me to take some times off work. I told him I can’t afford to take time off work, so I need better medicine to recover fast, anyway I picked up the medicine and been taking this cough medicine for 2 days, absolutely no changes and even getting worse. I am very disappointed with some of these urgent care facilities, all they care is making money,bill the insurance companies, don’t care for the patients. So my rating would have been 0, but since I can’t do that I rate this doctor 1, because after seeing the doctor my symptoms got worse.

  I enjoy going to this urgent care. It is always clean and well maintained. The front desk staff are professional and efficient. Dr Bertrand was excellent. She was patient, kind and professional.   Friendly and accommodating staff on the front desk, Dr. Monique Castro, the RN (can’t recall her name.. sorry), and the rest of the ancillary staff. Dr Castro had to perform a minor fixing of my big toe, she was gentle, trying to make sure that I was not in severe pain. The rest of the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Very much worth of a 5 star rating.

  Dr, and nurse were so amazing. They listened and helped with my son. I appreciate them for listening to me and my concern with my sons tumor finger. They did X-ray and help him understand what a fracture was . Amazing experience with the doctor and nurse we had.

  My experience at Chino Hills cross roads was great. Was able to check in easily got seen very very quickly treated quickly and on my way. I know Urgent Care‘s get busy, but on my particular visit, everything was 5 gold stars
