a month agoEverything was efficient, from checking in to checking out! Everyone was great! Ari was the one who helped with my physical, drug screen, and blood work. She has great customer service, she explained everything she was doing thoroughly, and she made sure I was comfortable throughout every part of my physical. She has a great personality as well.a month agoThe doctor there had no mask on and was visibly sick. Not sure how you can be a medical professional working with multiple people and not wear one, while SICK. he didn’t really examine me either just came in and out. Only giving two stars because the rest of the staff were very attentive and quick with their procedures.a month agoI have YET to be at any Concentra facility and it has not been clean. They are very clean & professional. I had to fill out some forms via a new job but I was seen for my appointment in less than an hour. And the AC blasting was a bonus. It was hot outside. Plenty of parking.2 months agoMy PT experience was pleasant, Emily is very knowledgeable. Afterwards I was scheduled to meet with a doctor covering my doctor. The nurse taking my information was pleasant however the doctor who came in 1 1/2 hour later was rude. She asked a few questions and walked out. I sat there another 20 minutes thinking she was coming back, but she never did. Someone else came in to give me my next appointment.3 weeks agoI went in for a drug screening as-well as a physical, hearing test, and vision test for New Employment and they were very prompt, well spoken and kind. Would highly recommend this location !

3 months agoBeen coming here for 10+ years and they hardly upgraded any equipment since. For the monthly price we pay they should be able to provide newer or at least fix all the old equipment and clean the pool. They also removed some very useful machinery particularly for your back/arms after Covid. Nothing against the new janitors but the former guy who was there for years covered up a lot of cracks. Considering moving on to a different gym4 months agoThe gym in Compton is clean and friendly. There are plenty of treadmills, stair climbers, and bikes but needs more weight benches and dumbbells. It does get very crowded during peak hours, 1-6pm. I will have to try earlier in the day and later in the evening. Over all it is a good gym experience.4 months agoBeen coming here for two years now. A lot of machines need work and a lot of people hugging/baby-sitting machines while doing a different workout. The staff doesn’t really care. Restrooms are the same as your local gas station. After my membership expires I’m looking for a different one.3 months agoI still keep getting charged even after the manager on site canceled my account and no refund was issued even though I still went the same day it was charged. Not to mention that same manager was the one that told me to come back in may that it wouldnt charge automatically and it sure did. Im completely upset you guys have automated machines that dont address or have a solution for this matter. The manager also told me I was going to get a refund of the entire year because it is a yearly payment. I haven’t been to 24 hour fitness in forever because its super unsanitary and the odor levels are disgusting.a month agoLeslie she was a great help. a year agoIf I could give 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for 4/1/22 but it was rescheduled the day before to 5/13/22. Now that was canceled as well 2 days before. I feel it is not right for the lady on the phone to tell me I can book an appointment online for faster appointments only to find out you can’t book appointments online. keep canceling my appointments only for them to keep being a month apart. So I changed my doctor from Yulsi Fernandez-Montero, MD to someone who will actually commit to my appointments✌?.9 months agoThis medical group is the worse, they have no customer service skills, not helpful lack empathy. Doctor Adan Romero is very unprofessional and has no people skills. This system they have is a failure. Very disappointed. Do2 years agoAt first the staff and doctor availability was great , but everything spiralled down first with their phone service , they never answer! If they do they place me on hold and for long , second and the most unfortunate one is that they cancelled all my 6 family members appointments because the doctor’s are on call in the hospital. They’re truly not reliable when you have an emergency either , I’ve had sick kids that i needed to take in and nothing, another sad one was that we got into a car accident and needed my pediatrician to check my infant also to submit to insurance and they suggested I go to urgent care because they didn’t have any doctors available for weeks . Glad i got out of there they simply didn’t accommodate my family, don’t get the wrong at first they did , the gynaecologist i had was amazing . Anyways hope you have better luck than i did3 years agoI was really pleasantly surprised on the wonderful service I received from this facility. I was reluctant at first, but the reviews of Dr. Ly, Tran received online doesn’t do justice on the level of personal care she provides. A doctor is Successful with the help of a good support staff and she has that in abundance. I highly recommend this facility.3 years agoClean clinic. Dr. Fernandez is nice. She listens to what you have to say and your concerns. The people at the front office are helpful. Though it does take a while for them to answer the phone sometimes.
