  My experience here is always comforting all staff are great! Its a great place to be when you are not feeling your best because the team is always caring, compassion and warm. I have never felt like I was being a bother to them or just wanted to show up at the clinic for no reason like some ER make you feel. Grateful for TAUC!

  I love this urgent care. They are always so helpful. My daughter was so scared to get a Covid test and to even come and get checked out they nurse we had made her so comfortable and made our visit so much better. 100 percent recommended. They do what they can to help no matter what.

  I signed up ahead of time on the wait list. When I was number 5 I drove over (about 5 min). Sat in the car for about a half an a hour. At number 2 on the list I was told to come in. Took a while to get my insurance approved. Then I sat there for another hour! When I was taken back to the room, I was given a form to fill out about medicines I took, etc. Really!!! I sat for an hour! Could have filled them out way ahead of time. I mainly went because I might have Strep. My test was negative. I called later to ask if they sent it away to grow a culture. On no, it was thrown away. Was told to come back in a few days and re-test and they will send it out. Of course it is a couple hundred dollars just for me to walk through the door again!!! No way I’m doing that. Waste of my time and money. I’ll try and go to my doctor next time.

  If you have to be hurt, this is a great place to go to. They called me when I was number two in line I got up there I was greeted professionally I was taken right back to a room. I had several x-rays on my foot and they came back very quickly with the diagnosis, and then a boot for two broken bones in my foot I would recommend this location for any of your needs

  I walked in without an appointment and didn’t have to wait long before I was taken to a treatment room. The staff were all very nice and seemed genuinely concerned and eager to help me. The doctor and nurses were very thorough and made me feel comfortable. My issue was addressed in a timely manner and I was given clear instructions for follow-up. I did not feel rushed and all of my questions were answered. The facility was clean and orderly. I definitely recommend this facility and would not hesitate to return if I ever need to.

  First time here. Very impressed. I love that you can get text to let you know when to come in, instead of sitting in there with other sick people. The PA that took care of me took his time with me. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood it. Very nice to be able to get your medication there. I will definitely tell everyone about my positive experience there.

  Conveniently Inconvenient

  It’s convenient that you can put your name on a virtual waiting list and check it every 30 minutes to see that you haven’t budged a bit. But check it 10 minutes later and see you’ve jumped 5 spaces in line. I’m joking really, I know it’s hard to predict when you’ll be seen and I understand they can’t really control that, people back out of line and some patients require a bit more time. Be prepared to wait an hour to be next in line, or 5 hours. It’s really that unpredictable.

  What they can control and should really try to fix immediately, is the wait time when you arrive. They’ll get you in a room pretty quickly but get comfortable. 33 minutes after entering our room the nurse came in to ask questions and take blood pressure; 23 minutes later the doc came in — 56 minutes until we saw the doc. And we have had a similar experience every time; I’ve been here maybe 7 times.

  I keep coming back because there’s the convenience of being seen that same day. At the price of your sanity. And they probably know that which is why practices haven’t changed.

  I’ve been to this urgent care multiple times for several different reasons; each time I was tested with respect and compassion by all the staff members. They conduct themselves professionally while also maintaining a personal connection to each and every patient. It’s convenient location and relatively low cost makes it a perfect alternative to the ER for mild to moderate ailments.

  I arrived and they took me right back and assessed the situation. Was treated with a great deal of care and professionalism. Had stitches and was out in about an hour total. Great place and much quicker than the ER At hospital

  The first time I was at TAUC in Wentzville was last year. I needed to bring a family member for urgent care. This was the first time I have ever been impressed with an Urgent Care Center. My brother was given excellent care and everyone worked well together. Many tests were taken but to totally diagnose the problem, he needed to go to an ER. All info was given to him and they even called ahead to the hospital in Washington, MO. By later that evening he was in emergency surgery. We are so blessed to have brought him to TAUC in Wentzville. Since such care and attention was given to my brother last year and I recently had issues, I knew where to go. Same great service, kind, and a personal touch.

  I was pleasantly surprised at the AWESOME service provided to me after a recent appointment at Total Access Urgent Care, O’Fallon, Missouri. All staff member’s seemed happy to be there and this really helped me with my typical Dr anxiety. I can’t find anything critical to say because there wasn’t anything. If you ever have a need, this is the place to go. They answered every question/concern, that I had, with a sincere appreciation for my need to have it answered. Never felt rushed, at all. Smiles everywhere! I don’t want a reason to go here, but should the medical need present itself ever again, this is the place I will go.

  My family only uses TAUC. They are always so accommodating and the wait is never long. You can tell that they really strive for excellence in patient customer service. We also love the convenience of being able to leave there with our prescription at a great price. I will always use TAUC when we are unable to get into our Dr. It’s just so convenient, clean, friendly, and thorough.

  everyone was so nice attentive and accommodating. The staff kept me alert what was going on. My only disappointment is the urgent care have to put you on a list and to come back due to being busy. I understand though the high volume of patients in Ofallon Missouri.

  The staff at Total Access Urgent Care has taken great care of me several times. The check-in process is seamless which I appreciate being able to wait at home and receiving a text when I’m number 2 in line. They listen and they perform appropriate testing as needed. I’m a RN myself and I trust them to prescribe appropriate treatment to help me to feel better and heal. I highly recommend the O’Fallon location.
