  The staff was very thorough and attentive. There were some issues with paperwork for my screening from my employer, but the staff quickly rectified it and all went off without a hitch. The nurse guiding me through was fantastic.

  The woman Who actually took my sample turn this into a positive experience she was very helpful and kind. I can’t exactly say the same for the front desk. I Understand that I might look young and I I had forgotten my ID and I didn’t have a printer to print out my form for the screening, But that’s at least to me no reason to make me feel dumb or to call me, disheveled or chaotic or whatever word she used not to mention an older lady came in while I was waiting, and she didn’t have neither her ID or any sort of form and when she let the same front desk, ladies know, They simply told her it happens and let her through so why me a young single father who has a lot on my mind and sometimes I forget things why do I need to be called out? Why is it any different? I wanted to say something to her then, but I don’t wanna cause any scenes or anything but basically bottom line I felt like I was put down and Made to look unprofessional when really, it was the front desk ladies laughing at me and calling me names

  My husband arrived at 12:40 today for a physical that was scheduled by his new employer. At 2 he was finally called back and put into a room… at 3:30 he had to walk out because he still hadn’t been seen and needed to get our son from school…. People came and went the entire time we were there. And they had the audacity to tell me ‘he’s the next one’. Okayyy. It shouldn’t take 3 hours. Do not go here

  The place is dirty. You cannot get established with a steady primary care physician because they are just there doing their internship and moving on. It’s downtown so that comes with all the riff raff. I have been a patient with them on diverse occasions and they did have some good doctors coming through.
