a month agoSuch a great experience! As well as awesome staff! My daughter was seen within the first 20 minutes that we were there. Will definitely return to this urgent care.2 months agoThe Dr who saw me didn’t belittle my symptoms & made me feel like he genuinely cared to rectify my illness by explaining what prescriptions I would need & what OTC meds would ease my symptoms until I got better.3 months agoNurses are really nice and doctors are really nice but THE WAIT TIME. Waited an hour to see the doctor at like 8:30 in the morning. Probably one of the first appointments. How can you be that backed up?! You guys need to work on your patient wait time once you bring us back into the room. Why have us book an appointment online if we don’t see the doctor for an hour after?3 months agoThe doctor was friendly. But apparently he didn’t enter a code of some kind so when I went to check out the girl at the desk couldn’t run my card for the $30 I owed. She asked to write down my card info and run it later. I was not comfortable with that. So I paid cash. Then she could not provide me a receipt, because of the code. So she said I would have to wait until the doctor is out of the patient’s room he was in. I asked if she could just print it and mail it to me. She said no I would have to come back and pick it up because “they don’t do that.” I said I understood that it wasn’t standard practice, but given the error preventing me from checking out perhaps they could make an exception. She said she would have to have that approved by the business owner (the doctor we were already waiting on). I said to satisfy a customer you can’t spend a stamp without approval??? She said no. So I waited. How ridiculous! We have been using this urgent care exclusively for 3 years for our family of 6. There are many other urge care facilities in the area. I am highly disappointed in the lack of customer service.

a week agoToday was my first time to visit CareNow. It was an easy process to be seen. Nurse and Doc were fantastic! Great information! My prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy I picked so that made everything so convienient.a month agoFrom the time we entered the door to the Urgent Care we were greeted and had to show my ID and Insurance cards. The gentleman behind the counter was very professional and I was thinking..,,wow I had a feeling that he cared!! Then I was called in and the nurse was very courteous and professional. When the doctor came in he asked me what was going on. I told him and he knew exactly what I needed to do. He told me that if I was not better in three days to please come back in…I would definitely recommend them if I were given a chance2 months agoVery nice clinic! Easy check in online, quick text I was cleared to come in. Receptionist was very informative upfront prior to being seen. Nurses were attentive and quick, thankfully because I was not feeling good at all. Fast test results and NP came in with diagnosis and prescription(which were also sent off!) Thankful for a quick and caring visit! Thank you guys!2 months agoThis place was wonderful. Your are notified immediately when you are to come in and for me it was immediately after I finished the registration. I wasn’t even there yet. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist/nurse and she put me at ease and I was seen right away. All the technicians, nurse and doctor there were so nice and treated you with respect. Definitely a different experience than I’ve had in the past at different urgent care type facilities.a week agoI have been to this location twice and both times have been told they could not help me. Yes both times were URGENT. Isn’t that what their name says??? You might as well go to your PCP!!! They don’t do anything your family MD couldn’t do. Actually your family doctor can probably do more. If you have a cold or a minor cut. This is your place. Otherwise don’t waste your time especially if you have a emergency!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

a month agoHands down my favorite spot! I try to go here whenever possible and generally they are able to provide the services I need even though they are an urgent care. We had a GREAT experience yesterday for my son’s school physical. They were friendly & efficient! The staff is amazing!!!a month agoGreat staff and Doctors. Clean facility and polite, caring staff that go above and beyond to help you. Thank you Tina, Sean, and Melinda for your outstanding patient care service!! I love their online or in person check in option, plus the ability to be able to wait in your car rather than exposed to other sick people in the waiting room. The longest I have ever had to wait here to be seen was only 20-30 minutes in my car, definitely worth going to this location.a month agoMy wife fell on the tennis court and had several injuries: thumb, wrist, elbow, and thigh. We went to this facility. They took several x-rays and then we waited for them to be read. The report was that she had two fractures around her thumb. We were advised to see an orthopedist. We made an appt with an orthopedist who asked us to bring a CD with the x-rays. We called NextCare and they said they would have a CD ready first thing the next morning. On our way to the orthopedist, we stopped to pick up the CD. There was no CD. We were told that it was not possible to make on until the next day. When I said that I was promised it would be available and that our appt was in 45 minutes the desk lady said, “Yeah, our customer service sucks.” She had a terrible attitude. Then another women came from the back and joined in. She called me “Baby”. I told her not to call me that. When she did it again I slapped the counter and told her to not call me that. The first woman threatened to call the police. At that point I was getting pretty upset and left. We went to the orthopedist and had more x-rays taken. They concluded that there were no fractures. NextCare – rude, didn’t keep their word, incompetent at reading x-rays.
