a week agoThe receptionist told me it could be as long as two hours from beginning to end. It took 3 1/2 hours. I watched many people who arrived well after me, go in for their physicals and leave, I finally told the receptionist that I had been there for an hour and 45 minutes. My two hours was almost up. She rummaged around and found my file which had been misplaced and got me in next. After all the preliminaries, I was put in the exam room to wait for the doctor. After 20 minutes of waiting, I walked out of the room and told the receptionist that my two hour visit has now taken 3 hours and 10 minutes. I think the office manager overheard me and went and got a doctor who came to see me within five minutes. I missed two other appointments which had to be rescheduled, and that extended my hiring date by 4 days. That results in a loss of income for me during the month of September. All because the receptionist couldn’t keep track of my file, and I was not seen in the proper order.3 months agoEverything was great, staff was polite, service was quick when I did get it. However, wait time was 3.5 hours for a physical and drug screen for a new job that should normally take only an hour max. There wasn’t any back up or alternative staff to manage the case load as emergencies were attended to first which is understandable but not fair to those who came in earlier. But staff was apologetic as it is out of their control but waiting 3.5 hours for a 20 min Hands on appointment is a bit much.in the last weekMental health systems sent me to this location to have a TB test. I came in on a Monday came back the following Wednesday. My employer was informed that I did not come back. When I spoke with the office all they indicated to me was that the form will be resent with no explanation as to why my Employer was told I did not return on Wednesday.3 months agoNot great. Waited an hour and a half to be seen by a PA that spent, no joke, 2 minutes in the room. I tried to ask a question before he left, and he cut me off mid sentence and gave an answer completely unrelated to what I was going to ask. I get it’s an urgent care place, so I wasn’t looking for some long conversation. It was literally just a quick question with just a quick reply. You can tell when people get into a job because the money is good and that’s exactly what you’ll get here. If I could give a zero star I would. 0/10 would not come back.3 months agoThey aren’t kidding when they say 3 hours for a physical. They are kidding when they say they’ll try to get you out sooner. They had to search for someone to give me a urine test, multiple people that came in after me with no appointment were seen first. Staff was nice…made it bearable. Don’t recommend this location if you’re looking for efficiency.

a week agoInefficient, slow. Waited 3.5 hours for basic X-Ray and results.They don’t have doctors, and send X-Ray for review to 3rd party. Once asked detailed questions about X-Ray, answers were not clear. Makes sense why… PA don’t always know what they’re looking at.
I would not recommend this Urgent Care if you’re looking for quality diagnostic or treatment advice.
a week agoI came as a walk in appointment with my child. There weren’t many people there, so we were seen quickly. The staff was all very nice and spoke to both me and my child ( the patient). They explained each test they ran and answered all of my questions.a month agoI had an amazing experience at this Urgent Care. Navi the PA took great care of me as well as the other staff. Tracy, Gaby, Arianna, and KP make a great team and provide excellent customer service to their patients. 10/10 would recommend!3 months agoI had a wonderful experience at this UC today. I came in with terrible neck/shoulder pain and the whole team was very friendly, respectful, and great listeners. I also really liked that I could make an online appointment online on their website in advance. They said I got lucky and just barely missed the busy morning rush, so I was probably out quicker than most. Of course, I hope to never have to come back (knock on wood), but if I do, I’d come back here. Thank you to the wonderful team. ?5 months agoI have been here a few times. They are always professional, kind, and quick.. The doctor listened to me and gave me input in my treatment options. I don’t like taking a lot of meds and they worked with that. Great place. I love the online appointment and check in system. The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Miles better than emergency room!!!

2 weeks agoOn Sunday of Labor Day weekend, I needed three stitches, taken out of my hand from minor surgery two weeks ago. We were traveling, and could not go back to my regular doctor. I called Carbon and was totally impressed by how courteous, efficient and nice they were from the phone call through the procedure. I made an appointment, got there a little early and was out the door in less than a half hour. No tedious paperwork. All in all, an excellent experience. I recommend them highly.in the last weekCharges your card WITHOUT authorization.Boy was I surprised to find a $225 dollar charge in my bank, without any of my knowledge or authorization!
Using my insurances doctor and care finder (Horizon Blue Cross) this place was listed. I paid the copay then and there on the spot. 3 weeks later Carbon charged $225 to my card without authorization which is fraudulent! I did not allow them to keep my card info or charge my card. So now I have to spend weeks to months with insurance and Carbon because a doctor spent
3 months agoOnly have positive things to say about my experience here. The PA Travis has very good bedside manner and really took the time to listen trying to give different options for treatment, and even looked at best prices for prescriptions that is rare to see a doctor or PA do for you. I can tell he wants to help and doesn’t look at you like a number that is rare these days in the healthcare industry.The assistant and front desk were really nice with great customer service skills and on top of everything. Didn’t have to wait at all with an appointment coming in was a great experience all around when not feeling good and needing help.

a month agoThe waiting area was clean and neat .The receptionist was very pleasant and greeted me immediately. She informed me of the wait time and the time I could come back . The young girl, Maria , who took my vitals was also very friendly. She also took my X-rays and did her job very well and explained everything as she went along. The Dr, Kassandra, was also very knowledgeable and also explained everything. Under the circumstances , ( a broken arm ) , they all made a very painful experience as pleasant as possible . I have already referred Carbon Health to some friends.4 weeks agoI have been trying to get in touch with their billing department for almost a month. I paid the $90 copay upfront, was simply told I needed to go to ER, and then 2 months later was billed an additional $110. The more frustrating part is that they kept my CC on file and charged it without my authorization.I have called them dozens of times, but cannot get through to anyone. I sit on hold for 15min before it drops my call and says there are too many other calls waiting. I have tried to email them 3 times, but no response to those either. I also sent them a message through the carbon health app, also no response.
EDIT: Despite the owner commenting on this to say that they would personally email their billing department several weeks ago, I still have not heard anything from them. Absolutely ridiculous.
