  Clean, convenient, the staff was very professional and friendly. Very short wait to see a doctor. The nurse took a detailed description of my problem, was extremely kind and very pleasant. The doctor was wonderful. His exam was very thorough and he spent a good amount of time speaking with me and informing me. I was very happy with the experience and will certainly return in the event I have another urgent care matter.

  Best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care! We came in 20 minutes until close with a deep cut in my two year old daughters finger and nail. The nurses and doctors were very playful with her and cheered her up even though she was in a lot pain. The nurse even made a bunny out of the bandage for her finger, which she loved. All of their communication was easy to understand and they answered all of our questions without any rush, and even gave us a written report so we would remember. We kept them there 45 after closing time, but the entire staff had a very positive attitude the whole time. We have a different urgent care closer to our home, but we will be coming to this one in the future! Thank you to the team!!

  Everything about my visit to Baptist Health was amazing. When you enter you are greeted by the front desk staff who were very friendly and helpful. My wait time to be seen was super fast (shocking for a Saturday night). The nursing staff and doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable and they made me feel at ease. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. I highly recommend Baptist, I will definitely be returning when needed .

  It was an awesome experience. Dr. Pick is so gentle, knowledgeable and has great bedside manners. The entire staff was so kind from the front desk. The nurse, the xray technician, the billing registration personnel, etc. Thank you! Please keep up the great work and always make people feel welcomed!

  My son got sick and his pediatrician had no availability. Luckily I went to CareSpot was seen in 15 minutes of arriving and the staff was friendly and attentive. I recommend this urgent care center.

  I was very pleased with this clinic. The staff was friendly,and professional . The dr. was very knowledgeable and thorough. I do have my own primary doctor, but I would definitely return here on the weekend if I needed emergency care.

  I was feeling sick with cold/ flu like symptoms. I work in the medical field and thought I could just be seen at care spot and get a flu swab done. I’m also self pay and came prepared to pay whatever the fee for self pay. When I got there the first lady that collected my name and ID told me I had previous unpaid bill, I told her as far as I can remember the last time I visited there I was told the same thing and the bill was taken cared of that same day. The second lady came and addressed the same thing, about the previous bill in front of other patients. I started to feel uneasy and anxious on top of feeling sick. When she realized other patients were paying attention she asked me into another room where I thought my vitals would be taken but was met with more questions about the so called previous bill. I felt like I was being harassed, no one addressed the fact I wasn’t feeling well at all!! At this point I was over it, they were more concerned about harassing me for a past bill from over 2 or 3 years ago, which was paid to my knowledge. I just gave them $80 and I ended up leaving to go to another urgent care. These people had no care and no compassion. I’m am so disappointed with the service I received or didn’t receive. Very poor service and care, as a Nurse Practitioner, I would not recommend this care spot urgent care.

  I had a visit to this urgent care last night due to high blood pressure, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The nurse who attended to me was not only friendly but also very calming, which made me feel at ease. The doctor, Dr. Clarke, was thorough and ran several tests to figure out exactly what was wrong. I left feeling relieved and well taken care of. They saw me very quickly too! Thank you to the wonderful team here for their excellent care and support

  I ve been to this place several times . My primary never seems to have an appointment. I would highly recommend MD NOW . It’s very clean the staff is very friendly and informative. The doctor that I usually see is great . She s very sweet very kind and takes her time listening to your concerns .

  Dr. Clark is scary incompetent. I came in with a case of strep throat my tonsils were gigantic red and covered in pus. Upon examination he said they looked fine ??? I demanded a step test and it was positive of course, he left me in the room I waited 30 min before walking out of the exam room to see what’s going on and one of the medical assistants said oh yea you’re positive I said ok can I get some help to get out of here. I finally got my prescription, finished the course and was not better, I called back dr Clark as I know strep is very dangerous untreated and asked for another prescription to knock it out before I get on a plane Monday and his response was sorry can’t help you and then hung up on me. This place and the dr is a disgrace !!!
