in the last weekI came in as a Covid positive patient. I had to have a doctor to confirm as my work required it. The nurse and doctor that saw me were wonderful and caring to my needs and questions. If I had to rate from the front office staff I would have left only a 1 star as that is the lowest I can rate. They were non compassionate, robotic to say the least. I understand that they were busy but I was told to sit in the waiting room where I sat for almost an hour. When I was taken back for vitals and to confirm what I knew it was then told to wait in my car. I was out there for almost an hour. I only stated that as I asked the front staff twice if I should be in the waiting room. My overall visit was good. I will go back if needed but the front staff needs more coaching in comfort and care as well as customer service.2 weeks agoMy experience at this location has always been positive. From the pleasant front desk staff to the care I receive it has always been a pleasant experience. The visit is never rushed which I totally appreciate. The wait isn’t long at all. I never go anywhere expecting to be cared for the second I enter, that’s not realistic. My wait to be seen never has exceeded 15 minutes (from when I turn in paperwork and handle copay)or so which is not bad at all. I appreciate the staff at this location and every interaction is a pleasant one. They are very thorough and I appreciate having this location nearby.2 weeks agoWhenever I have to visit an urgent care clinic, I always go out of my way to visit this one. The staff is knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses and doctors all do their job quickly and accurately. I feel like they take the time to listen to me and genuinely care about my health and concerns. Thank you for everything you do!in the last weekI had a wonderful visit with the nurse and doctor. My experience with the receptionist was not so pleasant. When I came in she ask what you need as if she was not at a urgent care. I said yes I need to see a doctor then she replied in a tone of let me see if I get her to leave its a two hour wait I replied okay I am still going to stay. The wait was only like a hour. They once I was seen the other receptionist I asked could I have a clean mask barley open her mouth to say yes I had to ask her what did she say. They were horrible in my view2 weeks agoNow care is a great place to go for help. The wait time wasn’t that bad My Doctor was very compassionate and knowledgeable. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is the waiting room. The carpet seemed a little dirty I would remove the carpet and replace with flooring that is easy to clean and sterilize. Once you get to the back it is spotless.

in the last weekThe service I received during the visit was professional, pleasant and efficient. The receptionist was very professional and courteous, the medical care I received was efficiently and promptly delivered. The radiology technician was polite, thorough and paid attention to my comfort during the process. Even though I was seen near closing time, I did not feel the services were rushed or limited in any manner! My only concern was the lack of a wheelchair for conveyance to radiology and the absence of discharge paperwork, but the patient portal provided the discharge and referral information I required.a week agoIt was a great experience. The staff really care about their patients . It shows . They actually love their jobs. I was seen very quickly and got out the door in very little time. Felt like an appointment to my regular dr.2 weeks agoI was in and out in less than 45minutes! My nurse Sheila was amazing and took excellent care of me! During triage she had already informed the physician to order an X-ray and by the time she was finished I was being called for X-ray! The physician was very informative and made sure I understood my X-ray results! Sheila fitted me for a boot and I was on my way! Everything ran smoothly and I am just so thankful for the staff that took care of me that day!a month agoWent there on a Saturday morning at 8:30am. Fast service I was in and out. However, the nurse what waited on me was rude. I was on a knee scooter and she didn’t even offer to help me when I had to get to the back room. I also had to get up on the table and while I’m non weight bearing I can only use one foot. She didn’t even offer to assist me. The doctor was very nice. He told me he will get the nurse to come back in to proceed with the service that I needed to get done. I heard her while I was in the room saying Oh lord. Little did they know- my friend was out in the lobby waiting and also told me when the doctor told her what she had to do she rolled her eyes and sighed like she didn’t want to work. We were texting back and forth. She came back into the room with an slight attitude. Luckily, I was only on one foot. Got what I needed to get done and left. It was giving “no work Saturday”. Like people are there to get seen and help. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to be there then you should find another place to work. You never know who is watching. I wish I was able to get her name. I just know she had dark brown hair just past her shoulders, about 5’3 and about average size. Hopefully, the next time she works she wakes up on the right side of the bed this time.3 months agoVery nice, from beginning to end. Lady at front desk was very nice , and helpful. Did not have a long wait. The doctor was very thorough and helpful. The treatment appears to be working. Not completely over it, but, moving in that direction. My primary care physician was completely booked. Her nurse recommended NOW Care. Very pleasant experience!

a week agoI have visited twice and been very happy with both visits. Wonderful office staff and compassionate medical staff. However, I am having problem with the Accounting Dept. I visited on Aug 1, I returned to the facility and paid the bill which was posted as paid by my bank on Aug. 21. I received another text from Accounting asking for payment of same bill. I made a special trip to the facility and showed them the bank statement. Their records showed I paid. I was told they would take care of it. Today I received another text from Accounting to pay the bill which has been PAID. I have called the facility and no one will answer the phone. I tried the messenger and that is also a dead end. HOW do I get Accounting to clear this up???in the last weekI came in for a sports physical for my son at the Suffolk location and the night nurse called me in the back and was very rude and unprofessional stating I needed to go to patient first for that after I prepaid for the service when it clearly states that the facility does sports physicals. So I requested a refund because it seemed they were clearly trying to avoid doing the service . I spoke to Farrah Greene and she stated she would refund me for the payment .I never received the refund after I emailed her on several occasions. I wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone!in the last weekThe nurse practitioners and the nurses were so compassionate. They listen attentively and responded swiftly. I will recommend this place to any families in the area.3 months agoAmazing and compassionate service! My 7 year old received excellent pediatric care here. The service was fast, friendly, and efficient. We were greeted and treated with kindness by Erin, Alicia, and Dr. ED. Best walk in clinic experience in the Suffolk/Hampton Roads area!!!8 months agoThis place is amazing!!!!!! We’ve only been here an hour and we’ve already been seen and are waiting on test results?. The NP was no-nonsense (which my son loves and responds very well to) Loves and the nurse was just amazing! Last time he was tested it took 2 nurses and me to get the sample! She got in there no problem!Outstanding care!
