2 months agoNobody likes to go to urgent care, when you have to go, you want to get in and out and get all the advice advice and care you need. My visit yesterday was quick efficient with minimal wait time. My visit started with a Google search of urgent care offices near my location that are open. That took me to this organization’s website which shows the number of people in line for care at the site closest to me. This information was very helpful in determining which site to go to. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Medical assistants were helpful informed and friendly. The nurse practitioner I saw took the time to understand what was going on and explain everything that she was doing and provided great care. I felt listened to and cared for by the provider.a month agoLovely People although the wait was quite long, I noticed they were staffed very small only one doctor looked like maybe two nurses but I only noticed one and the 2 front desk people. I was actually appreciative how quick they were with the people they had. If you go here and are waiting long just be patient it’s worth it ? Trust me the patients do come first and they do care about their jobs. They’re a lot more efficient than it may seem.2 months agoMy visit to urgent care was satisfactory, my waiting time was about 40 minutes without an appointment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Once I was called back to a room my visit was quick, my X-rays were done promptly and results were given to me by phone call about an hour later. A written work note given to me explaining limitations of my injury.5 months agoI brought my child to Yakima Urgent care. The receptionist was outstanding, friendly and professional. The nurse was helpful with my younger child that I had to bring with us. She was professional and kind to my child. My little girl felt safe and cared for. I was grateful for Dr. Sally Brown who provided through assessment and evaluation of her symptoms. She listened to my concerns and provided a referral for further support. I would recommend these health-care providers to anyone who wants to be seen fast, recieve excellent care and even a follow up text to ensure she’s feeling better. Thank you4 months agoIt was our first time at Urgent Care. The front staff were very respectful, helpful. The clinic is very clean, hand sanitizer and mask are available. Our Nurse was very helpful and talkative towards my boy’s on what she was doing and what she was doing next, very helpful. Our Doctor introduced herself and did a very great job checking my boy’s. I would highly recommend this clinic. Thank you ladies.

a week agoVery busy clinic but you wouldn’t be able to tell by the employees. Things seem to gracefully flow. First I observed front desk. So kind to all patient and she has a professional phone etiquette! Welcoming smile. Medical assistant was very welcoming also even though I was the last patient of the day. Very gentle with the needle. Dr Reese is a great listener and quite informative, I learned so much about my condition. I didn’t feel rushed by the least. Then I walk out to the lobby and it was all slicked up, prepared for tomorrows wave of patients. Thank you Dr Reese, Bailey and Katy for the amazing experience. This company is very lucky to have employees like you all. Keep up the great work. Toni ?3 weeks agoI showed up without checking in online and was seen within 30 minutes on a Saturday. When a rapid test was negative they did a follow up culture to double check and they were aware and knowledgeable about how different viruses have been moving throughout the community. Efficient and caring service.4 months agoGreat care, professional, helpful and expedited my care needs. My prescriptions were called in for me and I received a notice from my pharmacy while I was still in office that they were ready. Saved me a secondary trip out, which I appreciated as I was not feeling well (or I would not have been to the doctor right) staff was helpful and friendly. Nurse was great! Hope I got her name correct Theresa??? 10+ bringing back the care we need and should expect!a month agoWalked in early in the morning and was seen within an hour. Front office staff was kind, understanding and professional. Once I had vitals checked and was seen by a doctor she was efficient. I never felt rushed or that they were wasting time. Super grateful.a month agoStaff and care was amazing! Didn’t get the name of the lady who checked me in but she was so kind and eased my anxiety of being at a doctors visit. Hailey was very sweet while she took my blood pressure/tested me as well as the doctor who visited me, I didn’t get the doctors name but she was awesome. Would definitely reccomend to a loved one, and will definitely be back in if I ever need care. Thank you!

a month agoAs a traveler passing through the area with a dog suddenly getting sick, they were amazing! Other then filling out paperwork, there was no waiting at all. They went over possible procedures and costs, but from a urine test, they were quick to diagnose the issue and which eliminated what other tests would be necessary. The only thing they recommended is that I let our dog stay with them for much of the day until they were satisfied with his condition. They’re open till 9:00 which give lots of time to observe the pets recovery. I highly recommend them!8 months agoMy dad and I had to take his senior dog Lily in on a Saturday for end of life services. She had arthritis in her spine and she took a turn for the worse over the weekend and was in great pain and couldn’t move. The staff at Pet Emergency Service were FANTASTIC. Dr. White was the kindest, most considerate veterinarian I have ever met. All of the staff were so compassionate and patient with me, my dad, and with our Lily. Honestly from the bottom of our hearts we want to thank all of you for helping us through such as sad occasion and for being so kind to Lily in her transition from this life to the next.5 months agoMy cat, Dixie, was very sick. We went to the Emergency clinic. They were very busy with just one veterinarian. Although I was in an exam room, I could hear the phone ringing off the wall with staff answering . Dixie was diagnosed with Felv. A fatal disease. I opted to put her to sleep. I chose to be with her and take her home to bury her. They gave me time to hold her and grieve. When I left, there were cars backed up to the clinic with staff with stretchers bringing sick and injured animals into the clinic for treatment. They were so busy, but still took time to make sure Dixie’s death was peaceful.6 months agoIt really couldn’t be 24 hour? They told me they would keep her as long as they could but after 9pm hit that she most likely wouldnt survive the night.(Which she did) My dog almost lost her life due to the awful business hours. What would of happened if it happened on Tuesday? My dog would of died. Its not 24 hours and has days its closed? Its an emergency service. Hope I never have to go here again.3 months agoVery organized and thorough. They let you know cost every step of the way. My dog, who tore her ACL, was very well taken care of.
