  Great service in a quiet atmosphere! Highly unusual for an immediate care setting! Next time I am sick I’ll make an appointment here! So calm and serene. Staff is awesome! Doctor related well and worked hard to get us cared for and home!

  Since my appointment was a walk-in I had to wait a little longer, but still, just over an hour wait was good enough for me. The option to set up an appointment is also available. The doctor was able to assess my medical issues quickly and prescribe the proper medication I needed. Good visit

  Took my son in on a Sunday for a possible ear infection. The lady behind the counter was super kind and informed us all visits were virtual but anything with the ears had to be seen in person. However, they did not have a provider on site and no one could be seen in person. I did read other reviews about this being an issue at this location. Everyone has received the same reply that their opinion is appreciated and they take it seriously. However, that generic, by the book response is a waste of time. Obviously they refuse to fix the issue. Don’t waste your time coming here if it is a weekend. If it is a weekday, try your child’s actual pediatrician first.

  Made a walk in appt. for the next afternoon for a leg injury. The staff was very prompt with getting me registered and processed for PA Ortiz. Everyone was very attentive and the process went smoothly. Thank you to all that made it a very pleasant, organized visit.

  I went in as a walk-in because they were all booked up online, they still got me in and I was seen within a timely manner. Dr. Ortiz was very nice and helped me. He doesn’t mess around, he gets done what needs to be done. I would recommend anyone to him.

  Clinic was empty and Nurse Practitioner seemingly rushed me out of the room and dismissed my concerns. Not only this, he did not ask me additional questions about my symptoms that only my GP did and gave me more clarity about what has been happening in my body. Don’t expect too much effort on diagnoses — better to wait a few days if you can for a real provider (and at that, my GP isn’t from Yuma. Haven’t found a good healthcare professional in this town and I don’t anticipate I will anytime soon).

  The doctor and the nurse were very nice and so was the front desk. Unfortunately the care she received did not work so now I have to take her to the emergency room but I called this clinic the next day and they were very helpful about assisting me in what I should do next.

  Front desk staff was very polite. I was in and out in a very timely manner. Inez Young, NP, was very comforting and assuring. X-ray tech was gentle and made sure not to cause any additional discomfort.

  I have seen Dr. Beto 2 times and both times I felt that he was excellent! He takes his time with his patients and asks great questions, has a great bedside manner and I have always been successful with the treatment plan that he prescribes.

  We called ahead to ask about wait times prior to arriving. We were told we’d be seen within an hour. We arrived 15 min later but it took over 3 hours before we were actually seen. When pulled back the NP was very rude and offered minimal education. After the procedure she seemed less agitated and more kind but only after I asked multiple questions on aftercare. I understand she likely was tired as it was a busy day but I feel as a fellow medical professional that she can do better.

  Dr Nathan has been my doctor for quite a few years now. He has always been a very caring person. Very professional and answers all my questions. I’ve complimented him often on his office staff. In all the years I’ve gone to him, I’ve never had any issues with them. They return phone calls in a timely manner and are always very courteous when dealing with them. Appointments are easy to make. Just a great job by all. Dr Nathan is an excellent doctor!

  My daughter had an appointment today for an ultrasound and she said the man that did it was a super great man very nice and knew what he was doing. But as for the receptionist I think they could do a better job and have better attitudes, Maria she’s very sweet and very nice and always calls us and checks how we are doing but the one in the front desk need some friendlier attitude. As for Dr Nathan he is very nice and he listen to u and he cares.
