  We were new to the Albany area and we didn’t have a PCP we checked into a urgent care and met NP Laura Snyder. She did very well in giving an examination as well as referrals, The whole staff is committed to you and they give you the best remedy, advice & alternatives. ?

  No one really wants to end up in the ER -thank God for WellNow Urgent care. Upon arrival -the front desk/receptionist was efficient & friendly -She was working alone -not sure if that’s normal or if they were short staffed – no matter -b/c it didn’t interfere w her professionalism. She did her job w a smile & was extremely kind & helpful- Her interaction w each person standing in line (in front of us) while my son & I waited our turn was very professional. (Our visit was Sat. 3/25/23) My son & I had a bit of a wait – but it’s to be expected- he needed an X-ray & the tech. was in transit – which was explained to us. The waiting room was clean / quiet -plus they have a slushie machine- ? Once the X-ray tech arrived – the X-ray was taken almost immediately & was read in a very short time frame. No one wants to end up in Urgent Care – but all in all -this was a positive experience from the front desk to the intake nurse -the PA /MD & X-ray tech Thank you – keep up the good work ?

  Showed up approximately an hour before closing with a severe laceration and was seen almost immediately. All of the nurses were super attentive and the PA was patient and helped ease all anxieties I had about receiving stitches. Super grateful for the care I received!!

  I have always had a bad conception about American healthcare system but for the first time I felt taken care off, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, very cheerful and willing to help. The nurse assistant was so nice and the doctor took time to listen to me. I left happy and satisfied. And most importantly my visit lasted for just 30 minutes. Unfortunately I do not have pictures for this

  Was in and out in about two hours total, as a walk in that had to receive in house medical treatment. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great experience, and I’m feeling better already. My only regret is I am stubborn and waited longer than I should have to be seen and get what i need to recover!

  The entire staff there is awesome from reception, Doctors and their assistants. Everyone I have seen has been attentive and considerate. Today I came in on an urgent care visit and saw Katie Millett ( I believe I have her name correct )and she was great. Although today was a bit of a wait, but she was the only one seeing patients & it was a weekend so have to figure it would be a wait since they are an urgent care as well.

  This is very busy place and don’t make this location as you are primary care because doctors and everybody very busy they don’t even give one minute time to discuss your issues. I’m been trying to reach this location for almost 3 days about my test results . I left lot of voice message, but nobody responded till now. I going to remove primary care for me and my wife

  I made appointment for physical and they asked me wait in one room. After 2 hours no doctors showed up and I have to leave the location without checkup.

  Leaving a practice where the doctor didn’t seem to care about mental health at all. Actually a doctor who didn’t seem to care at all. It was very nice & refreshing going somewhere where they listen to you & take mental health seriously! Highly recommend! Dr. Fillett is amazing & I can’t wait to see her again!

  Yesterday, I met with Dr. Nocera for a pre-op physical. My impression of Dr. Nocera is that she is extremely competent, thorough, and efficient. I was referred to Central Med because one of my doctors was booked and unavailable to perform the needed pre-op physical in the timeframe needed. I brought copies of very recent blood work, EKG and CT reports, not sure if they would be helpful or acceptable. My documents were all promptly reviewed by the doctor, entered into their system, and factored into my assessment as appropriate and saved significant testing which I am sure my HMO would have been pleased by. Her exam was very thorough and in very short order she was able to process all information. All Staff I interacted with were professional and cordial. I can understand now why patients would use Central Med as their Primary Physician and hope that Central Med is able to retain Dr. Nocera indefinitely in the future. Based on my experience yesterday, I would not hesitate to rely on Central Med as needed for future medical services. Thanks Dr. Nocera!

  This was my first visit to an urgent care center and I was very pleasantly surprised. From the beginning through the follow-up, the staff and practitioners at this location have been wonderful. I was able to reserve my place in line on their website, thus minimizing my in-person wait time. The place was clean; staff quick & courteous. The physician that saw me spent a significant amount of time with me, did not rush, and now, the following day, I have just received call from the urgent care center letting me know that they’ve scheduled an MRI for me. They did not have to do this, and I really, really appreciate them going the extra mile. Thank you for being invested in helping me get better!
