a week agoGreat staff, including the front office, the nurses and Doctors. They are all friendly and all want to help regardless of who you are and what you look like. They care about helping people, and I love this Urgent care!! Thank you for making me feel valued in your care!a month agoGreat place! We went in on a Sunday while most Dr. offices are closed. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable and even affordable as we didn’t have insurance. Marilee was so awesome and kept us smiling even when my husband was in pain. She was very friendly and guided us through the process. We highly recommend 828 urgent care for any emergencies. Thank you to the Dr. And rest of the staff! You guys are the best4 months agoThe best, nicest urgent care facility I’ve ever been into. Clean, inviting, safe and welcoming feeling. The decorations are fun and present a relaxing environment. The Staff are all friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Your PA was professional and knowledgeable. Everything about my experience there is appreciated. I would definitely return to your urgent care if the need arises again. Thanks to all the staff.2 months agoIt was my first time taking my son to this urgent care on the weekend, and I could not be more pleased with the care provided. From the phone call to make sure they would take our insurance, to being welcomed by the office staff, to interacting with the nurse and then the physician, everyone was very pleasant to talk to, very caring and kind and attentive. My son was thoroughly checked over (including 4 different tests) and got the treatment he needed. If we need urgent care in the future, we will definitely be returning here. Thank you!3 months agoSince my doctor was on vacation and I had to use urgent care on Oceanside Boulevard. I was impressed how professional, caring and informative the doctor and nurses were. I was able to file all my paperwork electronically at home prior to my appointment. There was very little wait time in the office. The doctor resolved my issue swiftly and gave me all the information orally and in writing. Both the nurse and doctor took their time to answer all my questions. They did so in a kind and caring manner. I also appreciate a call from the office two days after my appointment to check in on me. I am very pleased with the service and attention this office gave me and highly recommend it to anyone.

3 weeks agoMy experience with Vista Family Health Center is amazing. I need an immigration exam and feel super nervous about this visit. Every staff member in the hospital was super nice, professional, and helpful. They worked with me patiently, and I received my completed document in three days. Thank you soo much VFHCa week agoWe did our imigration package there for my husband there are so fast and reliable and low costs my husband just got his resident card thank you guysa month agoIf you have complicated medical needs Carlos can not help nor any of his PAs. Do what you want but let this be a warning that you may end up having to part ways because he isn’t able to or willing to uphold his Hippocratic Oath Of First Due No Harm. If I had read this review I might have not gone to him at all. If you seek entitled PAs that speak out of turn about things you would have to be a practicing MD to even be able to mindfully give untrue advice to. That some have been a PA for 20 years. Sorry but had I known you all gave up before I got there I’d give up on you too. a week agoInefficient, slow. Waited 3.5 hours for basic X-Ray and results.They don’t have doctors, and send X-Ray for review to 3rd party. Once asked detailed questions about X-Ray, answers were not clear. Makes sense why… PA don’t always know what they’re looking at.
I would not recommend this Urgent Care if you’re looking for quality diagnostic or treatment advice.
a week agoI came as a walk in appointment with my child. There weren’t many people there, so we were seen quickly. The staff was all very nice and spoke to both me and my child ( the patient). They explained each test they ran and answered all of my questions.a month agoI had an amazing experience at this Urgent Care. Navi the PA took great care of me as well as the other staff. Tracy, Gaby, Arianna, and KP make a great team and provide excellent customer service to their patients. 10/10 would recommend!3 months agoI had a wonderful experience at this UC today. I came in with terrible neck/shoulder pain and the whole team was very friendly, respectful, and great listeners. I also really liked that I could make an online appointment online on their website in advance. They said I got lucky and just barely missed the busy morning rush, so I was probably out quicker than most. Of course, I hope to never have to come back (knock on wood), but if I do, I’d come back here. Thank you to the wonderful team. ?5 months agoI have been here a few times. They are always professional, kind, and quick.. The doctor listened to me and gave me input in my treatment options. I don’t like taking a lot of meds and they worked with that. Great place. I love the online appointment and check in system. The best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Miles better than emergency room!!!
