  I went in for the results of a TB test. I was in and out within five minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone seemed to be in a great mood and the nurse and doctor I spoke with, both, had a great sense of humor. The lobby was clean and quiet. I, personally, had a great experience.

  Because I work in the medical industry I know waiting is just something that is to be expected especially a walk in clinic. My review is based on their staff who are so nice every time I’ve been there. The doctor on Friday was excellent and she was thorough. The medical assistant, everyone shows great teamwork and wonderful attention to patients. Thank you.

  Unfortunately, I must give a low rate because of their back office staff. My WC was closed for failure to submit doctor documents at the due date. Documents given to their office staff at the beginning of the month and after multiple calls and attempts they returned them well after my dead line so the adjuster closed my claim. The following appointment I had with the doctor she was stand-offish with me and my most recent appointment she went in only to say my treatments are still pending and didn’t bother seeing me. Unfortunately, like all claims and work-related issues. Agencies require paperwork to be filled out by the treating doctor and this doctor all together said she will not continue filling out my forms… Last few times she was trying to pass me to another doc. I clearing stated I was there to see her but her office manager passes me over to another doctor, I told that doctor I was there to see my regular doctor and when he questioned the lady she flat out lied to him saying I didn’t mention it to her…wow! The appointment letter even says the doctor im scheduled to see… Overall, this office is way bellow bar…”do no harm” is the oath they took as doctors but apparently it only applies when the patient allows to get treated like a burden by their office staff. I do not recommend seeking medical help here for a work related issue. They will neglect you and result treating you like you’re the problem.

  I would only recommend their physical therapy department. Wonderful people that actually do everything they can to help out their patients.

  The people in the front are nice and welcoming, I was there for a check up through my job, 1st thing was checked was my pressure, it was high, I asked for them to note it, confusion was on the lady face, 10 or 15 minutes later a man rechecked at the request of the dr. It was slightly lower but I wanted it all on paper for my records, refusing to give me documentation at that moment. Moving forward the Dr comes in I explained to her something happened at my job and she refused to acknowledge what I was telling her, refusing the medical care I needed. I ended up going to the hospital for a proper diagnosis and care. Mental anguish is what I believe I’m feeling. Food for thought be very cautious of the Dr Offices your job sends you to because in many cases they have a connections, and it’s wise to have a second opinion from a unbiased and neutral Dr.

  There was a line to get in once it opened. Very busy place. Clean and organized atmosphere. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable and there were no delays. The workers didn’t seem very happy to work there even though they were polite and customer service is on point. Maybe management needs an overhaul??

  This is the best urgent care i’ve been so far! i’ve been to a lot of urgent care but had some bad experiences! This is the best so far! Staff are really friendly and waiting time is shorter. I defenitely recommend this place!!

  It should give you the option to put zero stars. PIH please hire staff that actually likes patients. Doctors with good manners who at the very minimum present themselves when they walk in a patients room that respect patients and don’t treat them like just a number. I am so disappointed and sad because this location is so convenient and close to my home but after yesterday’s visit your low star rating does not surprise me.

  The absolute best service I have ever recieved at an urgent care. Everyone from security, front desk personnel, nurses and of course doctors are completely professional and kind. Better then my regular doctor. So thank you to everyone there thus sunday!! 12/16/2022

  If I could give -5 stars, I would. This place is HORRIBLE. I took my mom on Monday the 25th because she was having chest pain. We were waiting for over 30 minutes, which we expected because it was pretty crowded. Finally, a young lady called her name and she didn’t let me go with them while she took my mom’s vitals. My mom comes back out, tells me that the young lady said her blood pressure was good, which she found odd and so did I. We proceeded to wait another 20-25 minutes after they supposedly checked her blood pressure. When she was finally called back, they took an EKG and then a physician’s assistant came in, almost let my mom go home, but checked what her blood pressure was when they checked her in and she immediately said my mom needed aspirin, nitro, and to be taken to the ER in an ambulance! The whole experience was traumatizing and I honestly think the person who took my mom’s vitals should be reprimanded for their negligence. It’s completely unacceptable.

  Never thought this place would be the worst place to visit well not worst but it’s ok front worker ok mama just feel like he don’t get paid enough for his job position but hey you don’t like build up your career and go for bigger environments of the place looks ok thoe reminds me of the 90. smell of the environment reminds me of my grandma home but overall it’s a decent place reason gave two stars because front worker was nice thoe haven’t met any doctors yet due to the covid test not arriving on time as expected but front workers should get a raise man treated me with respect and you hardly see that in this world props to him for doing that

  I can’t say the doctors are good or not but my wife was sick so I brought her here and as we were in the waiting room doctor kicks me and my kids out and tells Me why I’m in the room with my wife. I have never been at a doctors office that they kick you out for no reason for being in the room.witch I completely understand that this is her private practice but really the bad attitude ended me wanting to bring my wife to this place again
