in the last weekGot me in fast at end of day and they treated me great! I know they had a very long day but didn’t rush me through and answered my questions and made me feel comfortable and welcome. Front desk, nurse, and doctor all very friendly and professional.in the last weekMy son and I were in a week ago, with an appointment. It took over an hour to be seen. I decided the appointments must not do much to help on wait time. I brought my son in today without an appointment. I was told our wait would be about an hour. We were here for an hour and a half, got into a room just to wait another hour. We ended up being here for over 21/2 hours, for 15 minutes with the provider. Seems like this location needs more than one provider on the schedule. The care we received was fine but the wait to receive care was very frustrating.2 weeks agoI recently had an urgent care visit, and I was thoroughly impressed with the service. The staff, especially Frances Schreiber, was incredibly helpful, and the whole process was efficient and stress-free. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of urgent medical care.3 months agoI feel like this is a weird thing to review (because who wants to go to the urgent care?), but I truly think this place is awesome! I’ve had to go here for at least two unforeseen circumstances in the last couple of years and have always been impressed. The staff is excellent and makes you feel comfortable, it’s clean and the docs or PA’s are all really truly great at what they do. Helps that it’s covered by my insurance AND it’s in my office parking lot. Well done – thank you!a month agoWalked in without an appointment after a hiking accident and was seen within 15 minutes of checkin. The staff was very kind, friendly, and professional, the service efficient. I did not feel rushed like at a traditional doctor’s office, and I was out in an hour including the examination and x-rays, all covered by insurance. Great experience.

3 months agoI recently gave birth at Centura Longmont Hospital and I could not have had a better experience. From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were immediately cared for in such a manner that made us both feel relaxed and at ease. All of the nurses (specifically Kristin and Kelsey) who helped deliver our baby made it such a calming experience and answered all of our questions honestly. The care I received, as well as my husband (still important to have him cared for) was top notch and I highly recommend this team. Unfortunately the lactation consultants were let go and not available at the time of my delivery but thankfully all the wonderful nurses had a ton of knowledge to share and helped me navigate breastfeeding the first few days after birth. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!5 months agoI don’t have a single bad thing to say about the Birthplace at Longmont United. We welcomed our first child into the world there and had such a positive experience. We were induced so we spent 30+ hours before having a baby and then another 48 hours after having him. All of the staff was amazing. We felt incredibly taken care of and listened to throughout our whole journey. The nurses truly care about momma and baby and it shows. The resources before and after are phenomenal as well. We love clinics to help both momma and baby. Will welcome any future children here as well.3 months agoI was really disappointed this time around with my stay after surgery. 13 years ago I had a wonderful experience in the birth center. I went in for surgery a week ago that required a 2 night stay was told I would be upstairs in a comfortable room instead I was put in the ICU unit the entire stay, apparently not enough staff in the hospital? one would think you’d receive great care, not really the case most of my days were spent alone never brought food, I couldn’t order food my phone was broken, no privacy the toilet is under the sink and it’s all glass doors 🙁 and the nurses rarely came in. One nurse did bring me breakfast one morning but that was it. My family had a hard time getting in to visit they would ring the bell and no one would come so i would have to get out of bed to tell the nurses sitting at the desks chatting and laughing that my family was trying to get in. My doctor was great though and the surgery team was wonderful as well.4 months agoMy husband and I had a wonderful experience welcoming our first child at Longmont United Hospital’s Birth Center. The staff and nurses were all so wonderful and the care we received was exceptional. The lactation nurses were especially helpful! I had no idea what I was doing and they were so helpful and patient with my endless questions. They also provided continued support after we were discharged which was so nice! The birth center at LUH is wonderful and we would recommend it to anyone looking for their place of birth.a month agoThe care that I received is truly a five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The check-in, payment process, and treatment received during MRI was excellent! Everyone was very kind and very thorough! What aggravated me was that I had an 8:30 a.m. appointment which I already said went great. But at 1:30 p.m. I received a phone call to inform me of the balance that I owe. They somehow missed that I had paid it at my 8:30 am appointment. It’s not the end of the world, but it wasn’t necessary.

2 months agoNeeded to take the time to give a review which I rarely do after going here to talk about a back injury. This place is really clean and like a small hospital in size. They were able to do an x-ray on site, and the staff were fantastic. When I walked in, the 1 of 2 receptionists that weren’t busy actually smiled at me and was very pleasant. It was like I wasn’t another chore! Great experience, very impressed. The NP Ryan that saw me was great too.a month agoThe doctor was rude for no reason. The x-ray tech and nurse were super nice, though. The doctor had this attitude the moment she walked in and started questioning me while I was having trouble breathing and got upset when my answers were not satisfactory for her (cause I couldn’t speak a full sentence). She made a bunch of assumptions and was super rude, acting like I was making up that I was having trouble breathing. Then they left me alone for my first breathing treatment and didn’t stay to see if I’d tolerate it. I did not tolerate it well. She documented things that did not happen during our visit like they had, I got no take-home instructions or advisory on what to do if my rescue inhaler didn’t work, besides the automatic notes in the UC health app. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable to assume that the patient knows what to do when they don’t. If you want a doctor who berates you, does not listen when you answer their questions, and makes assumptions, this is it! Otherwise, go literally anywhere else. She made me feel like I wasn’t worth her time because I didn’t understand why I was having trouble breathing. I didn’t go to med school, she did. I’ve seen her twice now, and I won’t mention her name because I’m not trying to be mean. There won’t be a third visit, I’ll go anywhere but here.At least I got my treatment, although it didn’t feel like the doctor had any investment in me feeling better. I left able to breathe, but I felt emotionally worse because she got me all upset before sending me to the moon with a steroid breathing treatment. I probably wouldn’t have reacted so poorly to it if she had been kind and not so confrontational. She should have approached me with education and resources, not just walk in, question, berate, and put me down. My worried husband was absolutely shocked to witness her behavior, it was so unprofessional.
I was also not happy that it took her until the next day to send in my inhaler, which meant I had to take a second trip to the pharmacy. The lack of organization, protocol, and honest documentation is clear.
UPDATE: I reached out at the email they replied with and got NO answer whatsoever! No call, no nothing. Figures.
2 weeks agoThe new Main St. location is much improved. The building seems clean and new, and is out-fitted ER-style (but it is only for urgent care). For labs they had me go to the Mountain View clinic and the results where available that day (they said by morning the next day).I was seen by a PA named Janet. She was very kind, straight forward, and explained things very well. She helped me sort through my complex situation and make use of what urgent care has to offer. I felt that my biggest, most immediate concerns where handled properly.
Saw a total of three PAs at this location. All of them where excellent.
2 months agoI have been to this UC Health urgent care several times when I couldn’t see my primary care provider quickly enough. The last time I had a sinus infection I, once again, went to this urgent care. The staff is always friendly, it was easy to make an appointment online, and I always receive thorough and compassionate care. During the last visit Erin, a PA took care of me and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, caring, friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. In addition, she made sure that all tests she thought would be helpful in a diagnosis were performed. I was very impressed.a week agoI was in the urgent care center today, and they did a terrific job. Everybody was so nice and caring. Debbie, Kim, and Heather all were terrific! If I or anybody in my family needs to go to Urgent Care in the future, I’ll be sure to go to UC Health in Longmont.
