a week agoAll the nurses & doctors, and staffs here are wonderful. I never had a bad experiences whomever I’ve seen on my visit. Even the medical assistant at the front desk. And the Nurse also very nice and capable handling the patient.2 weeks agoWhen you’re sick all you want is to feel well taken care of and this urgent care did just that. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. The process for booking an appointment was easy. I was seen right away and everything was seamless. I’ve had many negative experiences at urgent care locations and am thankful this location seems to have it figured out. Thank you for the great care and attention!a month agoVery short wait time, professional and courteous staff. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and thorough and seemed very competent. The office and exam room were very clean and organized. This is exactly how an urgent care center should be run.a month agoChristina was my PA. I came into urgent care a bleeding mess and I was emotional too. First I went to swampscott urgent care and they had no appointments and Lynn had many openings, easy parking, super clean and professional staff. Not to mention Christina is hilarious and put me at ease. Wow what a great experience for my first stitches in my life. Make an appointment online before you come!

in the last weekI got my appointment easily. The receptionist was pleasant. The nurse was efficient and friendly. The physician assistant was professional and personable. My medical problem was attended to efficiently. I am glad I have found a place to go to in case of emergencies.in the last weekAmazing place, customer service was excellent and super friendly. It was easy to schedule a last minute appointment and we were 2 hours early to our appointment and the staff was able to see us upon arrival.3 weeks agoI had a very good experience at AFC in Swampscott today. Easy to hold spot in line via web. Professional & friendly caregivers. Clean!! Relatively quick (though that can obviously be affected by how busy they get and the types of issues they’re treating).You’d think this would be the case at all urgent care providers, it’s not always been my experience. I’ll definitely go back to AFC even though it is a bit farther away than another provider.
in the last weekNot very welcoming! Not very organized. Front desk receptionist, unfriendly and annoying! Can keep you waiting a long time here! Have visited a few Urgent Care Facilities over the last couple of years as I travel for work, and this is by far the worse experience I have had. Generally, I like these places! Not this one! However, did receive care from a Phycians Assistant, James cabral who was really nice, caring and provided excellent care. – Stephanie D.a month agoTo my surprise, both times I have been to this Urgent Care, I have received careful, thorough and compassionate care, and it has been a pleasure. First for a sinus infection and then to have sutures removed from a minor surgery on my foot. They have been organized, prompt and responsive. Very helpful. Thank you.

4 months agoJasmine goes above and beyond and deserves a raise. Seriously. I’m still blown away that someone went out of their way like she did to help me. People like her deserve to be recognized. I’ve been coming here for a long time, and there’s a reason I stay at this location. Thanks to the whole staff for always being kind and understanding ? and give Jasmine a raise!! No one has helped me solve an issue like that in a while. I never leave reviews like this.9 months agoI always look forward to my appointments with Stella Uchendu. She is kind, compassionate, understanding and listens to everything you have to say. Since treatment my life has improved immensely and I owe that to Stella for her diligence and dedication to her patients.Update: I had to write another review because I’ve been very busy, which isn’t an excuse but they accommodated me every single time with no issues and go out of their way to make sure I am always seen without being annoyed or seeming inconvenienced. All the receptionist do whatever they can to help make my life easier and I appreciate it immensely and had to let everyone know this is the best treatment center around. They’re super friendly and always have a smile on their face no matter what, even when I’m changing appointments 24/7. Thank you all ❤️
