in the last weekI gave them a three because any other time we have good service today we went in there we were in the room they did. The test said that they would come back. Give us the results. I got a text saying thank you and do the survey they check us out. And we were still in the back room for 30 more minute and we never got the results I had to open the door and a new nurse said they didn’t come back and give you results. I said no but they check this out and we’ve been still back here waiting. She went and got the results came back told us everything was negative and then we left. That’s the first time they ever did that.3 months agoBest experience I’ve had in a long time. Heather was fast and helpful with my kiddo with diagnosing the issue and delivering the medication needs to get my baby feeling better. Making me feel listened to and valued. Would highly recommend her again.a week agoAmana care was great! They were open early at 7am. Staff was friendly and made it easy for us to be there. We were able to get in right away and be seen and treated.a month agoAwesome team! Heather was very professional, compassionate and I’m grateful for her care! Gina, Corrine, & registration (sorry I didn’t get her name) were so friendly, nice, and comforting. Definitely recommend this place for care!!!2 months agoMy wife and I are full time traveling RVers. I injured myself changing a tire several days ago and had been suffering with sacroiliac pain since. I was first treated in Auburn, IN with zero relief. Tried to tough it out and was very miserable. About 2 hours after being treated by Heather I felt much better and driving with only mild discomfort. Now after driving a 100 miles I feel 100% better. I hope the next time I hurt myself I will find a clinic staffed with people like Heather and her staff at Amanda Walk-In Care Clinic. I cannot thank them enough

in the last weekThe people were very nice. I had a very long wait for a very short need. I was there for a flu shot which in the end took less than 5 minutes. Everyone else was helped before me, even those who came in after me until I was the last one in the waiting room. Then I was helped, one and a half hours later. Good thing I didn’t have to be somewhere else.a month agoEveryone was very nice & professional. Once I got to the back to do my testing it was quick. However with an appointment I still had to wait approximately 35 minutes in the waiting room and there was only 1 other person waiting. I had to fill out online paperwork that could have been done the day before my appointment to help speed things along.3 weeks agoOn time and professional but above all else the personal touch by the nurses and techs. Did not expect this, been going here for over six years. This current group of employees are the best they have ever had. The Doctor as always very nice.3 months agoI waited for 1 and a half hours then waited in the back room for another 30 mins to just get a 2 min physical. The people were nice but that wait was insane and there was only like 5 other people waiting with me. I loved the girl who brought me in the back she was great! I was asked to change shorts and I was a little annoyed the doctor didn’t even knock to enter the room (luckily I had changed in the shorts and been waiting for a while) he still should have knocked and when he told me to get dressed he came back and still didn’t knock on the door before entering and that time luckily I had just finished zipping up my shorts?a week agoThis lil feminine guy named Moses Kim made me drop my pants to my knees for a drug test! This is my 8th concentra to go to, and know this isn’t the rules! He was super rude, and said I could go somewhere else if I don’t like it. The black lady is the one that told him to do it, but she didn’t know I was supposed to be observed after telling her it was a sap test. So obviously she didn’t know the rules! I’ll definitely be talking to a lawyer about this. This isn’t prison!

2 months agoWe are from out of town and needed to take my daughter to an urgent care. Unity point was great. We got in right away and the Dr and nurses were very helpful. Definitely recommend this place if you find yourself in need of care.3 weeks agoTook our 2yr old son here today he had a fever. The staff here are very friendly and patient! My son not only got great service from a caring staff but he left with stickers and a popsicle ?2 months agoMissed some tonsil stones that were very clearly still at the back of my throat but were kind, respectful, cheery, and did check for strep. Super chill doctors and nurses!6 months agoI just wanted to say this is the nicest walk in clinic I have ever been to! Clean friendly staff, and doctors that listen to you and everyone here still has that bedside manor from days gone by. Thank you all for making me comfortable and get to feeling better, much appreciated!8 months agoTonight I am extremely thankful for the staff at this location! We live a long ways out of town and my 4 yr old needed seen. I had called another location to verify their hours on a Sunday evening they were so rude and basically told me they can’t guarantee hrs and they would stop taking patients when they felt like it. So I called this location and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff met us at the door, checked us in and took us straight back for evaluation. The provider was on top of her game and so gentle and kind to my child. The whole experience was great! An added plus the whole facility was very clean also! This will be our first choice location in the future for sure!!
