  Excellent care. I had a deeply infected wound from a burn by accidentally hitting the cookie sheet. They gave me a tetanus shot, put bacitracin on my wound and wrapped it. Magically, overnight the healing was remarkable. The infection is gone and my arm has healed nicely. I’ve been coming here for care for the last 7 years and I will greatly miss the wonderful team at Health Express when they leave this location. Good luck to the staff there, you are all wonderful and should be proud of the service you have provided over these years. Thank you.

  My daughter and I had an excellent experience at the Quincy health Express. After driving around to four different locations Dr .Chris & his staff welcomed us , took us in right away .They we’re absolutely amazing very kind and extremely attentive to all our needs.   Patient, thoughtful and professional. I especially appreciate that staff went out of their way to print out directions to South Shore Hospital when referring me for a CT scan. (phone broke) They also printed very clear instructions on wound care I could refer to later when needed. I have used them several times and always feel well cared for.

  2ND review five months later when this Health Express center very likely saved my life!I I suffer three bee stings over two days.and a after the last sting, I started itching all over and broke into a rash within 15 minutes. I live four blocks away so my husband drove me over during which I started to feel my tongue swell. They took me in immediately and started treatment for anaphylactic shock which slowed the allergic reaction. They sent me by ambulance through rush hour traffic to Milton Hospital ER where I continued receiving treatment & observation for the next four hours. If I had been alone or attempted to drive through Boston traffic, it could well have been fatal! Through out this harrowing experience they were calm, compassionate and explained the situation clearly to myself and my husband. I sincerely believe they saved my life! What a great service to have in the center of Quincy!

  To make this short and sweet- I dislocated my shoulder throwing my 2yr old onto a bounce house. I was still unable to raise the arm more than 40degrees and decided to go see someone to have it fixed. I was referred to SS Health Express from my insurance company and I couldn’t have been more happy with the cleanliness, professionalism and kindness the ENTIRE staff showed me. From the receptionist to the nurses to the Doc there isn’t 1 complaint I could think of. They were GREAT and I would recommend this facility to my friends, family and strangers!!! The team took the time to listen to me and help me the best they could! Thank you South Shore Health Express! Hopefully I won’t need to see you again anytime soon thank you for all your help!

  The facility was impressive. The nurse was charming and knew her job very well. However, I haven’t had a fantastic doctor like Dr. Mimi take care of me in years; she was very concerned, attentive and knew exactly how to handle the situation. I would recommend her to everyone. She is a diamond in the rough. You don’t find doctors of her caliber anymore. Dr. Mimi is a keeper.

  I got into an accident. Tried to be seen by a doctor cause my back hurt. Forgot my insurance card but I got a claim number but still got turned away by very attitude receptionist at the front. How can it be called Urgent care? Very, very disappointed.

  This is the 3rd time I visited. First for my son. 2nd and this time for my self. The walk in wait time is 15minutes or shorter. Receptionist is very efficient. The nurse and the doctors are all very nice and I was always able to get a diagnosis and a treatment that always worked! Would go for any urgent medical situation here that the hospital or my primary. Just faster, Convenient and you get the result!

  Very streamlined procedure. I was notified when it was time to head in after saving a place in line on their website. I arrived and was pleasantly and professionally greeted. They took my information promptly and was called in to be seen in minutes. The individual (Nurse Practitioner) I saw was very reassuring and knowledgeable. She assessed my ailment quickly and gave me very helpful advice. I was totally pleased and would not hesitate to go back again if needed.

  Wonderful experience. The doctor and nursing staff were very professional and personable. The place is immaculately clean and bright. The doctor took time to discuss my history and concerns but didn’t big me down with unnecessary work. Wait time was practically nonexistent. I will definitely return for all my primary care needs

  Easy to make an appointment online. Appointments are usually same day or next day to be seen.There’s no wait in the lobby, very fast to be seen. Very nice staff, nice doctor, the person taking my blood was great I didn’t even feel the needle go in or out. It was great to see a primary care doctor so fast. Overall awesome.

  I was looking for a new PCP as my insurance had changed. The first two practices I called had at least 7 month waiting list. Village Medical got me in to see Kate LaPorte the next day. I received a phone call for pre check in, they sent the forms to sign right to my phone. When I arrived for my appointment I had to sign a couple more forms. The receptionist was lovely. The medical assistant who checked me in and did my vitals was thorough. And Kate LaPorte was even more thorough, asking questions and full of information. I never felt rushed. I felt listened to and taken care of. This is my new place!!
