  I walked in with anaphylaxis. Right away the receptionist got someone to come help me. The doc came in right after I did and I didn’t have to wait at all. Trina (my nurse) was exceptional! She calmed me down and got drugs administered quickly. She checked on me regularly, and ensured I was as comfortable as I could be. Very very pleased with the staff and care!

  I originally brought my husband in on Monday for a COVID test. He was positive. I thought I had COVID but my test was negative at CVS. After the physician assistant here at Riverview discussed my issues she decided I needed an X-ray. With those results being inconclusive for possible pneumonia she ordered a CT scan with contrast. I have veins that are difficult to find but we finally accomplished a better diagnosis. I am so glad whenever I come to Riverview Health. There has never been an issue with them solving a diagnosis. I was given an antibiotic and Pearls. Had I gone to my pcp I would have had to try to get in on a Friday. I want to give special recognition to Leila, Ashley, and PA Stephanie Inman.

  Wonderful staff, beyond accommodating for me and my family both. They were unbelievably fast. And they even brought me my daughter she’s a little over a year and she was getting frustrated so they let her come in after all my tests were done. A lot of places wouldn’t and would have just let her sob. As a mother I appreciate that beyond measure. 10/10! And as for my care it was excellent asked me questions before starting anything and being super patient and understand too.

  We were able to get in very quickly and have our son’s injury assessed extremely fast. The nurse who took care of our son was amazing. I wish I had asked his name so that I could praise him here publicly. He was so good with our son. We will definitely use the facility again if needed.

  Took my son in for a sinus infection. All rooms were full but it ended up not being a long wait. Went home to make dinner (he is 18 so I could leave while he waited) and he was in and out and ready to go before I even got finished making dinner! Super quick care!

  Had a visit today because of a work injury. The staff was very nice. There was a bit of a wait but once I got seen, Andrew was very nice and helped explain how everything works. Dr o’Brian came in like doctor grandma and helped me understand how serious my injury was. She was very sweet and understanding. Also shout out to Peggy for following up with my workman’s comp and being the first time to tell me ANYTHING about how workman’s comp works and reaching out to my adjuster and explaining she was going to follow up with them on my behalf.

  People here were extremely nice! They had a director on site while I was there and she was very kind and easy-going. Even though there were a lot of people waiting to be seen for different things, it was a quick visit. Less than an hour.

  Overall, the process was way too long…Over one hour from the time I checked in. There were only about 4 others in the lobby when I arrived. The person who checked me in made 2 to 3 errors with my name and phone number that I had to correct within the first 10-15 mins waiting. When they finally said I was next, it was another 20 -25 minutes before they called me back for a simple urine test that took ~4 minutes to complete.

  I absolutely love this office. I have taken my son here for the last 4 years to get his sports physical and the staff are all wonderful. Today, we went for his last high school career physical and Kyla was exceptionally nice. She did such a great job making my son very comfortable. This location is definitely my family’s go to when it comes to urgent care.

  Concentra has been amazing. Peggy and Dr. O’ Brien treated me with such dignity and respect as a result of a fractured humerus. I fell at work and have had to go through so much the past 2 weeks. I truly appreciate their care.

  Waited 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. No one came to check on me or update me on a timeframe. Will not be going back. Called and asked if and when my copay would be refunded and to get answers on why i was not seen and head nurse was very rude. I understand it’s an urgent care facility but an update on status of when I could expect to be seen would have been nice.

  I liked having the ability to go online and set up an appointment ahead of time. Check in was longer then I thought it should be – seems that a lot of the questions could have been addressed when I set up the appointment.

  I don’t frequent urgent care facilities, so I don’t have much to compare this to. I will say I’ve never seen a physician / health care facility that was so clean and well-kept. I know that the facility isn’t that old but still – very impressive.

  After check-in there was about a 5 minute wait before I was called back. The nurse that took my vitals was great – nice…professional…friendly…

  I had to have X-rays and the tech was again…nice….professional…friendly….

  The wait between X-rays and someone coming back to see me was about 30 minutes.

  I thought the reason for appointment was to get me in as at the time that was scheduled ,my appointment was at 3:50 and I was there 3:45 because I had something moving in my ear that I was so worried about only for them to keep me waiting for an hour without responding and when I got tired and said I’m leaving they just said okay You guys got me messed up I won’t lie, I left work to be at the appointment but okay I hope you treat everybody else the same way
