Front desk gals could’ve been a little quicker and friendly, but, nothing is ever perfect. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Golda!!!!a week agoMy daughter was seen by Megan Hollick. Megan and her nurse were great. Very attentive, and kind. The procedure was quick. She had a little pain after but not too bad. The front office staff could use some help. Talking amongst themselves and ignoring the patients standing there. There was a lot of eye rolling and just unprofessional attitudes. I questioned the fact that they require a credit card at time of service and was not given an explanation. I would see Megan again, but maybe in a different environment.3 weeks agoI have had my 3rd appointment with Kelsey Mason, NP and she is always very nice and asks the right questions to make sure she knows all my concerns. The staff is great and very caring and I always feel well taken care of. I have annual scans done since I am getting of an age where skin cancer is a real threat. Dr. Holick is quite amazing and has she is very good at what she does. I appreciate the medical support I have received here and will continue to go here. Highly recommend you do the same.

in the last weekI took my daughter here last week to be seen. The front desk rep Amelia was very rude & I mean to the point I wanted to say something but my daughters pain mattered more to me. Came in she barely gave any instructions. When I came to the desk to ask her a question she was rude about it. I’m such a patient nice person that I was taken back from it. I didn’t know I had to check in online. All she asked was did I have insurance. I said yes we do. She was helping another customers so I went to sit down to wait. When I came back to the counter to ask if there were some forms I needed to be filling out she stated verbatim “ yea I asked you if you had insurance and you walked away” she literally turned away from me and looked back at the computer” I explained that I said yes. And that she didn’t respond and was helping a customer so I wanted to get out their way and not be standing over the persons back. After explaining she again got smart & turned away from me. I asked her, her name and asked was she okay? Because I try to give people grace. I know people have bad days. But she is extremely rude! The nurse & doc were awesome however.Update: the way the business responded to my post is unacceptable. Especially reading other responses. You started with an apology on the review before mine!
3 weeks agoThe front desk patient rep was extremely rude. When patients are in a crisis, we don’t need non – verbal pointing in vague directions for paperwork and masks.She did greet me, barely, and told me to fill out paperwork while pointing. I was confused for a second when she said “right in front of you”
When I asked where the masks were, she gave a vague point in a direction. I told her I wasn’t sure where she was pointing. She responded with an exaggerated arm gesture and “if you move a few inches that way, you’ll see them” it was just condescending. I’d suggest training your employees to use their words the first time.
The nurse practioner, Stacy was fantastic. Got me everything I needed and was very communicate and helpful.
I get that working with the general public can be a pain, and that front desk is a thankless job.
But people who are coming to receive urgent medical are already stressed.
They do not need to deal with an attitude. Patients do not want to be there any more than staff does.
a month agoAll of the entire staff are exceptional every time I come here. I will not go to any other urgent care facility. The doctor always takes her time & gives me a thorough examination to come to a diagnosis. Keep up the excellent care you provide to your patients. Have a great weekend.a month agoVery clean and well run with pleasant staff. Easy to sign in via their app, to save time. I got a text when it was time for me to arrive at the clinic. Nurse practitioner diagnosed it immediately and presented options. I’ll go back.2 months agoDon’t bother checking in online. The whole point was so my mother in law could wait in comfort at home. Got a text “we’re ready for you!” hurried over, and on arrival were stuck in the waiting room almost an hour. Nice people though, especially the nurse practitioner. Once back in the treatment area she was treated kindly and competently.

Easy check in process.a month agoTiffany did a fantastic job taking care of my 10 year old when we thought he had a broken foot. Lisa is not your typical provider either, great bedside manners. I remember NextCare taking good care of me when I had covid a couple of years ago also. I would highly recommend NextCare Urgent Care in Lee’s Summit (on McBaine Drive).3 months agoThe reception was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door. Unfortunately Their fax machine was down at that time . Regardless she walked me through explaining to the person I was talking to on the phone exactly how to send my info to her. Very cheerful young woman and didn’t mind the confusion between my work comp rep and the urgent care unit. My physician came out just as happy and helpful. Had me diagnosed and out the door with my prescriptions in a very timely and professional manner. Great people and a great place.3 months agoYou check in using the app or online, it’s simple and efficient. I was seen quickly. Everyone was kind and respectful. I received 12 stitches; she did a great job suturing and made sure the area was numb so I was as comfortable as possible. This will be my urgent care go to. Best urgent care I’ve been to.2 months agoEveryone was very nice and helpful. It was a fairly quick process. The facility was very nice as well. We were here on vacation and didn’t expect to be visiting an urgent care but I will definitely recommend to our family who live here.
