  I left a one star review a few months ago, but now I need to leave another one. I waited a very long time to be seen, and when I called to see when they would let me in, the person I spoke to was rude. I told them I didn’t have the time to wait any longer, and I was hung up on. I never stepped foot in the clinic. Three months later, they send me a bill for a sick visit from that day. I called their billing department and said that I never never even entered the clinic. All she said was “disregard the bill.” She basically hung up on me after that. A week later, they said that I still owe money. I spoke to a different person in the billing department, and they said that the first person I spoke to never recorded my call or that the bill needed to be disregarded. How sad that I’ve never even stepped foot in the clinic and I’ve been hung up on twice, been rude to twice, and been billed when I’ve never even been there. Horrible service.

  Booked a school physical because I am moving out of state and have not been able to get an appointment scheduled in Texas nor in the new state. They would not let my son be seen for a physical even at the cash price because he is on Medicaid. I would be okay with that if they would advertise that on their website and physical flyer before we drove over just to have our time wasted.

  I’ve had nothing but great experiences here. The nurses and providers are always so kind. I am seen in a timely manner and receive text follow ups to make sure I’m doing well after the visit. I will only choose CommunityMed for my urgent care visits.

  We’ve been here three times in the last month (unfortunately lol.) Being sick so much has sucked, but the staff at CMed are awesome. I’ve never waited more than 15mins to be seen, and I’ve always felt listened to and well cared for. Also being able to wait in your car is fantastic. Definitely recommend!

  My daughter was seen today and she had a blast laughing with Ashley, Lesley, Jessica, and Ally. Ashley took great care of Paige and she is asking when she can go back to see her. The little ducks she had to hunt for made it a fun experience instead of a scary sick visit. 10/10 will be back!

  Brought my son here on Friday for a fractured hand, and the staff is amazing. Upon first walking in, the ladies at the front desk were kind and welcoming. Very professional and seemed happy to be there! Then, the nurses, and doctor and the man who gave my son his x-rays were just all so kind, respectful, and professional. The visit overall was easy and we did not have to wait very long at all. Highly recommend this office. ALL staff is GREAT!! Thank you guys for helping my son on Friday! 10/10!

  The nurse that brought me back and took my vitals was kind and very caring! You could tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in her job! The provider was down to earth and even though it was a busy day and they had lots of patients he took the time to truly listen to me about what was going on! I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my family and friends!

  My wife was a walk-in. Been here before. They got her in quick, and easy. Even though she got on there nerves I am sure. She first asked for tissue. A few moments later asked for a band aid. Staff was attentive, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Will be back for future needs if our Dr is not available

  Amazing experience! It was your classic frisbee to the face situation for my 3 year old except it hit him right in the crease of his eye causing him to need stitches. I really did not want to take him to the hospital are so we decided to give ER Now a shot. We are so happy we did. They were so gentle and patient with my son. He was terrified and everyone tried to make him feel as comfortable as possible. From Laykea at the desk allowing him to get Cheetos to Nurse Amy and Rad Tech Bryce who went above and beyond to make him comfortable. Dr. Saunter did a great job with the stitches and allowed us to get out of there within 1 hour! We were very impressed and while we hope it’s not for a while, we would definitely go back.

  I went in and felt silly for my reason for going in, but the staff did not feel judgment from anyone on staff! My nurse Adrienne was easy to talk to and kept me calm. She related to my feelings and reassured me that I did the right thing by coming in. We had absolutely no wait time and we were out of there within an hour. I feel so much better after my visit with ER now.

  I’ve used this ER a few different times and all of my experiences have been very pleasant, but my most recent visit was by far the best service I’ve received here! Nurse Sam, Physician Walker, Radiology Tech Bryce, and the receptionist Miranda were all so kind and patient with me. They made sure I was as comfortable as I could be at all times and helped me walk in and out of the building (was visiting with severe back pain) and even helped me into the car. Miranda was very attentive and walked my mom through all the paperwork so I wouldn’t have to worry about it as much. The team at this ER never disappoints me and I definitely recommend visiting when you’re in need of urgent care! They joked with me (I need laughs when I’m uncomfortable) and didn’t make me feel crazy for cracking jokes in my situation.
