a month agoDr. Schmitz has been and is a truly professional and caring doctor. He has been my primary physician for over 30 years. During this time, his competence, care, and understanding through numerous health challenges have been constant. I cannot express my appreciation for his care and will greatly miss him as he retires. I wish him the very best; he deserves and long and rewarding retirement.a month agoI just had my annual physical at this Prevea Health Center. The whole process went very well. I am having some difficulty with my insurance provider, and the receptionist took it upon herself to call them while I was standing there to help iron things out so claims could be filed. My doctor took the time to listen to me and provided me with a very thorough exam, which I appreciated. Overall, the day went well and I am glad I chose to see the doctor I did at that Prevea location.3 weeks agoI have been very fortunate to have had numerous quality doctors and nurses over my 30 plus years of using Prevea as my provider. I certainly would add Dr. Trent Auguston to that list. He explains things clearly, is a good listener, makes sure your questions get answered and makes you feel your well being is his top priority.a month agoMy last two experiences with Prevea have completely changed my mind about them. I had one bad experience with one person that I wont name, and since then I had to return for a workplace health exam and for an appointment to address some personal health concerns. My recent experiences have been very pleasant and helpful and I will definitely be going back again.4 years agoDr Massenberg is a horrible person. He depends completely on his nurse. If you miss two appointments regardless of reason you’re out. Trust me on this I dealt for a year before leaving after my long-term Rheumy left in Menasha

Problem is that they let you make appointments and then tell you nonchalantly that “someone else does and you have to wait forty minutes ” even though you arrived on time to an appointment they gave option of. I would have picked ANY other times if I had known this. Unprofessional all around and are time drainers on purpose. I will never recommend for this reason alone. If doctors weren’t so great I’d never go for any reason5 months agoDr. falcon was awesome!! She’s not the typical doctor who’s in a hurry most of the time. She’s concerned about our kid’s health and did more than we expected. The Receptionist was awesome as well. The CNA (forgot the name) did her assessment well. The rad tech was friendly and kind. Like I’ve said, they’re not the typical clinic who’s always in a hurry for their next patient.a month agoThis is an urgent care location, but also has family practitioners. A recent visit here went really good. The staff were wonderful.5 months agoDr. Falcon is amazing. She is very passionate about her patients’ health and demonstrates just how much she cares. I was seen in a timely matter and had an amazing experience!8 months ago6 months ago I would have recommended this place as a excellent place for follow up! They had a excellent staff that was willing to work with you! Now with this new staff not a chance! The only thing good about this clinic now is the check in person. This new staff just don’t seem to care about your needs…

a month agoI made an appointment for a colonoscopy 9 months in advance. I took a vacation day for the procedure and also had my wife take a vacation day to get me there and back. Months later, my appointment was cancelled by my provider. Fine. Things happen. I made a new appointment, went through the hassle of switching my vacation, and had my son take vacation so he could help me. Well, I got a call telling me ANOTHER appointment was canceled. I don’t know what world these people live in, but the customer service is garbage. I guess I’m not getting a colonoscopy. It’s not worth the trouble.3 weeks agoEverytime I go to Aurora’s ER, they can never find anything wrong but when I go somewhere else, they automatically find the problem. For example, I had extreme pelvic pain and went to aurora, told me they couldn’t find anything (did only blood work and that was it) and just sent me home but to come back if it was worse. Within an hour later, I went to St. Mary’s where they found that I had an appendicitis and therefore did an appendectomy. Another time, I had stomach pain again, aurora did nothing again. Told me that they werent “equipped” with the right stuff and lab tests other than blood work would take days to come back. and sent me home but when I went to Bellin, they did an endoscopy.3 months agoObgyn Dr Wery is amazing. The best person and Dr. I’ve ever been to.10 months agoThey must think you have all day to be on hold. Not once but usually 3 times then after about 15 to 20 minutes you may get to talk to someone who will ask doctors office to call you. What a joke.9 months agoGreat service, extra friendly staff. Have helped my macular degeneration, as well as excellent cataract surgery.
