  This is best urgent care facility! Everyone I encountered there was caring, compassionate, and professional. They took their time explaining what was going on each step of the way and listened to what I had to say as well. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of urgent care services.

  Came in at 4am because I was stumbling around and couldn’t focus my vision. I told them it had been happening for close to a month and that it wasn’t getting better. I was clearly anxious about the situation. I finally decide to go to the hospital and my exact fear is what I experienced. They saw that I was on medicaid and basically told me to go somewhere else even though I said I could do self pay. They saw me struggle to get up from the chair and still just shooed me out. I am 23, this isnt normal for a 23 year old. I could have paid. The hospital they recommended was no better. I chose this hospital because of the reviews but I sadly didn’t get even close to a good experience like these other people.

  The team at Tyler Complete Care was amazing. We came in very anxious, worried, and honestly distraught and they were kind and sensitive to me and my husband. It was a little slow getting in, but it was understandable considering there was only one doctors and one nurse, we got there at like 10pm. When the doctor or nurse were in with us they were present and sensitive. They answered our questions and were very helpful in making sure we were comfortable. I even got a call two days later to follow up and see how I was doing and I was told I could call if I had any questions. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.

  We are new to town, so when our kiddos got sick we headed to Tyler Complete Care. The staff were friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses were amazing, and they were quickly able to determine what was going on with the kids. They even followed up a few days later to check on the kids and give us an update on lab results. I would definitely recommend them!

  This is unlike any other ER I’ve ever been to. Super comfortable waiting area. Got me back very quickly. T Outstanding attention to patient detail and really seemed to care about my health and concerns. I was even given a gift. Would highly recommend this ER.

  First time there and I must say that this place is great. They are professional and took great care our son. The staff offered us drinks and snacks. We will definitely be returning if ever needed again. All other ER and Hospitals need to take notes. But I do have the bad now. We were told dy the Dr that there would be no charge for either of the two visits since we had done everything the Dr was gonna do. Months later I am getting bills from them and write a review stating such and they contacted me and they where supposed to have taken care of the billing issue. Well now I get more bills for same service. So either you are gonna take care of the billing issue or not?

  My daughter has been sick for weeks. After a visit to her doctor, urgent care, ED and referral to see pediatric ophthalmologist, we decided to bring her to Hospitality Health ER-Tyler. We are so glad we did! Even though she is not 100% back to her normal self, this location has gone above and beyond to make her feel comfortable, run all types of labs, and try to get us closer to an answer. We have been here twice now in just a short time, and we have never had to wait long to be seen. The facility is clean and welcoming. We will definitely remember Hospitality Health for our future needs!

  I have NEVER experienced such an awesome E.R.! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful! They were very attentive to my needs, and made me as comfortable as possible! They even gave me parting gifts upon my checkout! This place is the best and no doubt i will be returning whenever needed! I see why its called HOSPITALITY! The name says it all! Thank you so much for your outstanding service! GOD BLESS ALL OF YALL!

  I am very grateful to this hospital. I arrived with my baby very worried because he had an accident and he was crying in pain. They were very kind, they attended me very quickly and several people helped me to try to calm my baby down, their assistance was very good and humanitarian, they cared about my son’s well-being and did everything in their power to help him. He is very good, the service is excellent. luckily Idecided to go there with my baby.

  We went here because my wife a problem with her foot. There was only two ahead so it was no big deal. While we waited I helped myself to their snacks and drinks. This was great because it helped my anxiety a lot. We we were ready to be seen everything look really clean and that was nice. The nurse and the doctor was nice about do their job so I do not have any complain about them. All in all I had a very good visit and would want to come here if I have any problems. Three stars just for the snacks and drinks

  Update we requested for my wife’s documents and it’s been over two months with no reply until she wrote a review.

  Exceptional Emergency lives up to their name! I was treated kindly and with genuine respect, within minutes of my arrival. The medical staff was prompt, professional, and thorough. I felt like they truly were interested in my well-being. The nurse was friendly and encouraging; the physician took the time to explain EVERYTHING! I did not leave with a million unanswered questions, or feeling like I had wasted anybody’s time. Highly recommend!

  Went in for ear pain. Amazing service as soon as you walk into their beautiful lobby. Doctor was kind and wanted to know every detail. So affordable I wish I had came in sooner. Medicine helped and the doctor called me the next day To follow up. Great service!!!

  I had a great experience at exceptional emergency. I had a inncadent where I need medical assistance and. I went here. They was very helpful very respectful. Very understanding and very quick to get me seen . The doc was a bit ruff but my wound was sensitive as well. I was in and out fast. And feel like a new me again , the place was clean and comfortable I would recommend to my family and friends and I will be going back as well thanks for the help guys …..

  Great front desk receptionist, the man who walked me back was kind etc…I went in hoping I was just over reacting but really just wanted a scan done to make sure my neck pain wasn’t anything major. The Dr and I ( I wish I could remember his name I’m gonna check and if I find it I’ll update ) were on the same page thinking it was just a chiropractic visit away from relief. He listened to me when I asked to do it just to be sure & it showed that I wasn’t over reacting and there was a couple different issues with my neck. Thanks to Exceptional ER I already have a solution in place for some relief. Absolutely would go again for any future issues!
