4 weeks agoEveryone was very nice and professional. The only complaint I have is that I had an X-ray and the doctor told me that it could take up to 2 hours to get the results of the X-ray however she thought that I broke my left sixth rib. I never heard back so I called the next day and was told the the X-ray wasn’t read until 8:30 and that’s why I didn’t receive a call back that evening. I just found out that the radiologist said he didn’t think i broke my rib which is good. It would have been nice for someone to call me and let me know what’s going on instead of me calling.3 weeks agoSo I’m very familiar with clockwise and how it should work and am very much a fan of it. I completely understand that it is not an appointment time but does put me ahead of the line so to speak, but why does the staff who work there not grasp this concept. We checked in on time, looking at the screen put us at #1 and then had a walk in who according to the screen was the last one that should have been called back was called before us. What’s the point of using clockwise if the staff isn’t willing to follow their own rules.4 months agoI feel nothing but gratitude to the staff. I was treated With kindness, patience and respect! I got the exact help that I needed. The office intake person was beautiful and gracious! Thank you for that because I have bad anxiety just entering a medical office. The intake tech / X-ray tech was great and he and I commiserated about the struggles of medical community. Then the doctor took time to explain everything and treated me appropriately. Wow! Thank you! Thank you!a month agoCheck in was super fast! Wait time was not bad at all. We did use the online portal to make an appointment though. The front desk person was nice and friendly. The attending physician was also very sweet and helpful. We were there for less than an hour.a week agoChecked in on time. Taken back in a timely fashion. Waited over an hour in the exam room. Patients that were walk ins taken before I was seen and I had made an online appointment.

a month agoAmazing team!!!!! Blanca (receptionist) was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole time I was there. Daniel (nurse) truly has a passion along with Dr. Clark helping people. They both treated my one year old son in the most caring ways I’ve seen. They really made me feel comfortable and valued my concerns. Thank you Dr. Clark for going above and beyond to find out what was the reason behind my sons high fevers. I will finally get a good nights rest (hopefully ?). I don’t live super close by but will definitely drive back to this location if needed to (I hope I don’t have to take my kiddos to urgent care ?). I’ve been to many urgent cares and this is by far the best urgent care I’ve been to with the best team. Thank you ?3 weeks agoI went to NextCare Urgent Care for a probable eye infection. I was in a degree of pain, but not intolerable. I was a “walk-in” and there were a couple of patients in front of me, so there was a certain amount of waiting, which I fully understood. When I was called, everyone that I was in contact with was professional and listened to my complaint. I was treated with respect and was examined in a professional manner. Unfortunately they did not have a drug in-house to begin my treatment, but an Rx was immediately sent to my pharmacy. I was very satisfied with my experience. Note:, a mother and daughter arrived after me and was requesting a school sport’s physical. Mother was annoyed that her daughter wasn’t pushed to the front of the line because she “had things to do”. The staff was professional in stating that she didn’t have an appointment and would have to wait her turn. Again, professional staff in dealing with an entitled “Karen”. I will go back when I require urgent care.a month agoFriendly staff, they were quick and I liked that you can make an appointment. I do wish they would have told us they really couldn’t do much for my son and sent us somewhere else so we didn’t have to pay for nothing.2 weeks agoBeen here a few times now and I have been seen by Evelyn – FNP each time. She is GREAT and so is her staff. Very happy with this clinic!6 months agoThey are very quick at getting us an appointment, the physician was very thorough at listening to me explain the issues my children were having and while checking them. They had us in and out with in 20 minutes. I will always choose this urgent care clinic when in need

a month agoI recently switched doctors and started seeing Dr. Branum as my primary! She is very caring, and takes her time to hear you out. She asks all the details and wants to know how to best help out her patients. I could not be more impressed! Highly recommend her and her office to everyone! 5 stars!a month agoI’ve been going to Family Physicians for over 20 years. The entire staff has always been professional, kind, and helpful. Dr. Daniel Klang is as good as it gets as a PCP. His approach to wellness focuses on patient education as well treatment / medication, and includes behavioral and natural solutions. He’s always professional and visits never seem rushed. I always feel welcomed. The office includes a phlebotomist, X-ray technicians, and other necessary treatments for an all in one type experience. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!a month agoAlways a fantastic experience for having to go to the doctors office. If you don’t like having to go get checked out this is the best place to go. I appreciate the human factor that has always been shown to my whole family. Even tho I’ve moved to Denver I just find it hard to change. I’m just so comfortable with everyone on doctor Joanna’s team. Great job!!a week agoDoctor Nweizu is friendly and knowledgeable. 3 star review is due to the last few visits, we have had to wait between 1-2 hours after our scheduled time to see him with my 3 children.
