2 months agoThe office was modern, nice and clean, and staff was was friendly and attentive. We were taken right in with no wait. The nurse practitioner Liesl took time and care to talk to us and explain her recommendations. Thank you for the great service!6 months agoAll staff was courteous and helpful! I was a walk in patient, because no appointments were available. It took approx 2 hours to be seen, but that’s what I was told when I checked in. They called and updated me, letting me know I’d be seen soon. NP Alicia took good care of me, providing me with excellent care and service. I had to call back about a prescription a few hours later, but they are always available to answer your call. This was my first time here, but they saw my son once and provided the same, excellent care. Thank you to all the staff and medical personnel at Cottage Urgent Care on Skyway Drive!5 months agoI appreciate the kind, caring, and professional customer service I received in every interaction I had here. I had an appointment and was taken straight to a room to wait for a doctor which was great. I felt well taken care and comforted throughout the whole process. 100% would come back to this exact location next time I have an urgent care need.3 months agoTook my daughter for pink eye they said her eye was normal , next day she had her eyes shut with mucus and had to take her again just to confirm she had pink eye . My other daughter was sick & they checked nothing and said she’s fine to go home . Was out in 10 mins . Worst place . Idk where these drs got their degree from but they clearly don’t care about their patients2 months agoWe are lucky to have such a nice and supportive team here in our hometown! Easy appointment methods on their website and efficient staff delivering results in under an hour is amazing! ❤️?

3 weeks agoThe staff is unreliable and lazy. They never pick up the phone when you call them after they have left a voicemail stating to call them back to confirm the appointment. Have to spend my time and gas to drive to the clinic everytime they don’t answer the phone. When I arrive all the staff is just gossiping and chatting with one another. Keep in mind there is no patients waiting. They have a new building with the latest equipment but the staff lacks and ruins the entire place. They really need to get their act together and start attending the patients as how they should.4 months agoAs a caregiver for myself and others I am sometimes so tired of “human healthcare system”. Looking forward to many doctors ,nurses ,radiologists, staff to be replaced by well designed clean polite focused efficient intelligent robots/ AI asap. My problem not their problem maybe. But if the customer is always wrong, your entire business or culture may need a reboot.in the last weekCalled in asking for an appointment after being on hold for an hour and they hung up on me.3 years agoIt’s so sad that customer service is gone in medicine.
