in the last weekThe staff of Concentra Urgent Care in South Everett are highly professional, competent and committed to their patients. I was sent to them for a physical examination due to my experience at the World Trade Center attack on 9/11. This is the best and most comprehensive exam I have ever had and I have nothing but praise for this staff and facility.2 months agoMichelle Knots 100% professional, amazing at her job ! Kind, courteous, helpful, calm and organized. Handled pressure well. Made my experience positive and comfortable. All the staff are great. I forgot her name, she definitely deserves some praise . The nurse who help me with my job physical, she was amazing and had super positive energy!4 months agoGreat place. Very friendly staff. They make it quick and easy. No pressure. The lady (I wish I knew her name so I could give get credit directly) was very nice and obviously knew how to do her job very well. Next time I get a random drug screen I won’t have nearly as much anxiety knowing I’m going to Concentra. Thanks guys!!!a month agoI came here last April for vision checkup. Thanks, Susanne for your great service and I’d recommend this clinic to anyone.2 months agoI did a walk in physical n they said the wait will be 2 hours, which I don’t mind waiting. 1 hour later I was able to do everything that I needed to do. The staff were very helpful, nice, friendly, and funny. Highly recommend this place ?

a week agoLoni Fitzgerald saved my life. I came all the way from Bellingham to get my blood work done I found out I was too late but they made an exception for me and rushed my screening. Loni was also very gentle and professional when it came to taking my blood. Alicia L another worker there also has a very humorous and upbeat positive personality that makes everyone in the room smile.If I wouldn’t have made this screening I would have had to wait a month to be employed at my work not to mention waste a 75 mile trip (1 hr 10 min drive) from where I came from. This location is such a hidden gem because it’s in Painesfield but I highly recommend. However they probably won’t always be able to make this exception
I’d suggest getting there before 12pm if you need blood work so you don’t put yourself in a bad spot. They don’t generally take blood after 12.
5 months agoI really like the staff. They are kind, knowledgeable, most remember you. The doctor is very reasonable. The downfall is the wait times if you have followup appointments that aren’t blood draws. I regularly wait an hour+, I book the last appointment of the day at 3:30pm and often don’t leave until 5pm. Most people who are walk-ins get seen before I do. They need more than just one doctor at this site in order to actually be on time. If your work is flexible with times I think it’s fine just bring ear buds and your phone or a book to read. If they aren’t, after your initial visit I would switch to a regular doctor’s office on the L&I list.a week agoI went to Concentra to obtain medical certification for my commercial drivers license. The staff were very helpful and friendly and professional. The Doctor Who performed my examination was also polite and professional. The only reason I was giving the experience a nine out of ten was because they were very busy and I had to wait for a couple hours.3 weeks agoI came in for my DOT physical, around 9:15am during the work week, without an appointment and was helped efficiently! The nurse brought be back quickly. My only frustration was waiting to see the doctor. It took about 1.5 hours total. Everyone was very nice and professional. Doctor seems to really care about his patients.2 months agoI have become a regular here over the years and “Paine Field” location is my preference when given a choice . The location is convenient and the staff are professional. They work hard at trying to get you in quickly but sometimes can be very busy . Make sure you get there by 3:30 PM because that is basically their last walk-in time prior to closing at 5:00 PM and this location’s is not open on the weekend , but there are other locations that “are open” on the weekends. ??

a month agoThe staff was amazing. They were able to see my grandson the same day we called. They also were able to extract one of his wisdom teeth at his first appointment. He’s been in a lot of pain from his wisdom teeth an unable to work. He’s getting a second wisdom extracted in the next day or two. Very pleased with the service.a month agoVery happy with my visit here to take care of a front tooth fracture right before my trip. Their diagnosis was spot on and they gave me a solid temporary fix to hold me over until i could see my own dentist after my trip. Very professional and easy to deal with. Took one star off for the steep price but it was an emergency and I was desperate….so I’m at peace with it.a month agoWent in with a chipped tooth and pain. Was seen right away. Paid the $95 appointment fee. Was told I was a special case and they were unable to help at the office if I wanted to keep the tooth, of course I did. The staff was extremely helpful in finding someone that could help me right away. Was prescribed antibiotics and sent on my way. Everyone was extremely nice but I can’t help to feel my trip there was a waste of time and money. I left with more information but feeling the same way as when I arrived.a month agoI was in a lot of pain and they got me in on a Sunday. Everyone there was so kind, patient and compassionate. The dentist was incredibly gentle, kind and kept me comfortable. He talked me through the process and really listened to me. That was by far my most pleasant experience with dental care. I would definitely recommend them!a month agoThis place is great! I’ve been a couple of times and the staff are so nice and friendly! I had to get a tooth pulled and it was done within like 5 minutes! They were gentle but fast! Definitely recommend this place!
