  Overall, a solid place. Doctors are good, office staff for the most part is capable. My only problem is that with no insurance, I feel like they intentionally overcharge on some things. Secondly, if a person makes an appointment for 10:00am, and they show up 20 minutes before that and check-in, they should be called into the office at 10:00am. If you all can’t handle multiple appointments, don’t schedule so many. I cannot stand setting up a appointment and the business disregarding the original time. I find that trashy and unprofessional. Besides all this, still a good place hence the 4*.

  I visited Temecula 24 hour Urgent Care for my son who was assessed to have bronchitis. I would not bother making an appointment on line because it doesn’t matter you are not placed ahead of anyone. I waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room even with an “appointment.” Anyway, the care I received was excellent the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and we really felt that she cared about her patients. Once back in a patient room everything is streamlined. My son was well taken care of. I would go back but will plan to wait.

  I have been here 5 times now. 3 for my daughter, once for my wife, and today for myself. Every time I come here, the staff is fantastic. It’s clean, the nurses and doctors are kind and attentive, and an added bonus is you can skip the pharmacy all together and have your script filled here, before leaving. (Only caveat is you have to pay out of pocket, but it’s cheap)

  I believe if I visit a location 5 times, and it has been a seamless experience each time, they’re worthy of a 5 star review.

  Never waited less then two hours to be seen. Thought I learned me lesson with the last visit. There is zero sense of urgency in tending to patients. The “schedule online “ feature does not actually set an appointment time, expect to wait a couple hours on top of the time you have selected. I actually overheard the manager say that if it gets busy they will call in another doctor, so hours of waiting is the business model.

  This will be my last resort for urgent care going forward.

  I am not sure why this place is rated so high to be quite honest. I made an appointment at 6:00pm, and arrived at 5:45pm. I wasn’t actually seen until 7:40pm. Having an appointment seems to be irrelevant here. I woke up with the worst sinus pressure that day and knew I could have a sinus infection. After dismissing the fact that my face hurt from a lot of sinus pressure, the doctor sent me home saying I have a cold & told me to buy some sudafed. Well, 1 week later, I went to a different urgent care as I have worsened in sinus symptoms & was diagnosed accurately with a sinus infection. Upon leaving, the front scheduled a follow-up appointment and when I said it wasn’t needed (it wasn’t discussed in the visit), they said it was mandatory? They said “call back at a later time to cancel or do it online”. Not sure what the point of that procedure is. I will definitely not be returning.

  Facility is clean and well organized. Wait time can be long but this day was only 10 minutes. The doctor was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. He was quick to recognize my issues and gave great information as he was extremely knowledgeable. He gave me options for my care, some that avoided medications and instructions on best follow up care. The doctors here always seem to truly care

  I’ve been here twice and have been pleased with this facility both times. The waiting room is clean, reception is polite and efficient, and the staff is nice and accommodating. It doesn’t have the “herd” feeling of other urgent care facilities where you wait forever and you feel like they just want to get you in and out – at this Accelerated Urgent Care I felt like the staff cared about me each time. I even had a follow-up question after my last visit and the person who answered really listened to my question, spoke to the doctor on staff, and got me an answer right away. I highly recommend this Accelerated Urgent Care.

  Every provider I have seen there is attentive, caring, thorough. The facility is always exceptionally clean. The front office is always well staffed, friendly and efficient. Wait times can be long but it’s not the fault of provider or staff. Think it’s just a popular place in a busy area and people must know it’s a reliable urgent care.

  I don’t like going to my local urgent care. I decided to try this place out based on reviews. I was not disappointed. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by receptionist and provided with forms. Everything went smoothly and receptionist was very respectful. The wait was not long to be taken back. The doctor was also very nice and he went above my expectations. He looked at everything and made sure my little one was taken care of. The MA was great. All staff that I was approached by had a smile and very friendly. I would recommend this place and it worth driving a little further.

  The staff was amazing, friendly, competent and very receptive to concerns. The front office gentleman was nice and welcoming. The young lady that took my vitals was amazing. She told me exactly what she was doing to do before she did it. The PA was fantastic he heard my concerns and was very compassionate. You can tell the staff likes there job and they are very good at it.

  Very good care from the moment you check in. The medical tech she was very calm kind and caring great bedside manner made me feel comfortable and at ease. The PA he did a nice job evaluating and care. Diagnosis and Treatment was given with detail and consideration. I highly recommend this Urgent Care Facility.

  Dr. Ken was so awesome with my son. He made him feel comfortable and has a great personality. Definitely took the edge off the stress of having to go there in the first place. My son (being in pain) when we left said “I really like the doctor. He is really cool. I wish all doctors were like that.” This says a lot that he said that in his state of being. The girl at the front was also kind and patient. It’s really appreciated to have kindness, patience and understanding with these stressful moments.

  The team was very courteous and professional. I was assisted immediately when I walked through the door. The site was clean and well maintained. The Physician Vanessa was very polite. She reassured me and kept me abreast of everything at all times up until discharge. There was no wait time. I was in and out with speed and felt that my concerns were heard and addressed. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. I’ve been twice now and not disappointed once. I will definitely highly recommend and will be returning for all of my urgent healthcare needs. Thanks guys.
