a week agoStaff was very friendly and they were all masked, which is hard to find after most cities got rid of mask mandates. As a trans person, seeing a new medical provider can be anxiety-inducing but nobody made me feel weird or say anything inappropriate in regards to my gender. It didn’t take as long as I anticipated. Very happy with my care!a month agoThis is the best ever!!! Loved the Dr. as she took the time to listen to my concerns. The receptionist girls behind the desk were prompt as well! The Dr.’s assistant that took my info was very cordial & friendly which is always a plus for me. Also the X-ray tech was so sweet & even gave me helpful info on how to properly lift my body after laying down. I must admit I was a little skeptical bc of the appearance of the walkway area up to the doors but when I got into the actual reception area it was very clean & the rooms where exceptional nice & very very clean so don’t pay attention to the walkway up to the entrance. Was a very very good experience for my first time at an Urgent Care!!a month agoArrived at 8:50 PM to have my 14 month old seen and as we walked in a lady said that they were not taking patients after 830 pm that they were closed already! Didn’t care to ask if my daughter had any serious problems or not. If the website says that they close at 9 pm, they should be seeing patients until that time especially if someone walks in with a baby for urgent care! The staff is very rude and careless. I would stay away from this place if you want a caring staff to attend your urgent needs!3 months agoCalled 30 minutes prior to coming lady in front office said it’s fine to come in, came and all of a sudden they are not taking any patients 3 hours prior to closing! Don’t waste your time, or $ coming here.a month agoMy son had a sprain in his ankle and was swollen bad so I took him to urgent care AME medical group. Trust me this is the best urgent care and quick. They are friendly and quick in the service very nice staff I highly recommend.

in the last weekI was very impressed with the care and professionalism of this facility. I took my mother-in-law and the nurses and staff were very kind, caring and skillful. Kenia Watkins, the Physician Assistant at AME, treated my mother-in-law with great care and spoke perfect Spanish! I was not needed as an interpreter. Watkins was thorough with excellent bedside manners! My mother-in-law also expressed how very pleased she was with this urgent care facility and especially with Watkins!a month agoNot crowded. After filling out online forms the wait was less than 15 minutes. It was Monday morning after 9:30 a.m. Staff was efficient and all seemed to know their positions well. I had Physician asst. Aaron Lee. Conversant and smart-a pleasant visit! Staff cleaned wax out of my ears and a prescription for ear drops sent to my pharmacy. One ear wasn’t wax, it was an ear infection! Thank you urgent care!a week agoEveryone was courteous and welcoming. The nurse at the reception was pleasant and knowledgeable too. The nurse was also knowledgeable and helpful. We liked the doctor who attended my mom. He helped her feel at ease and prescribed medicine that helped my mom.a month agoThis was my first time here, and usually I am very anxious of doctor visits. The front receptionist was very kind a helpful. The doctor was great as well and I was in and out in a span of a hour. I would highly recommend this urgent care.3 months agoI went to this urgent care not feeling well, and everyone is really nice. I waited for about 30 minutes before getting my vitals checked first then was sent to another room to wait for the doctor and waited for about 25 minutes to be seen by him Dr. Jonathan Audu was very nice and understanding while listening to my health complaints. He gave me prescriptions for exactly what I needed to feel better and I’m very grateful for that. I definitely recommend going here for anyone who needs urgent care.
