We are big fans of Miss Danielle and my daughter appreciated the popsicle on such a hot day.in the last weekEveryone was was very friendly and respectful. Service was prompt and thorough. Definitely recommend. Hope I don’t need to return but definitely will if needed or if family needs!a month agoWent to take a rapid drug test expecting to pay and arm and leg like most places but it was very affordable at $30 for 10 panels. Also, the staff was very polite with no mountain of paperwork. I was in an out in 30 minutes. Everyone seemed on their toes and focused on their work.3 months agoThis is the second time I’ve brought my sick daughter to them. Both times were equally great. We had different nurses and Practitioners both times and they took care of business quickly and only had to wait as long as it took for test results to come back. Will definitely be going back for any other medical needs.a month agoI have gone here three times. I always feel extremely comfortable in going to Eastex. Everyone, from the front to back, is quite helpful and courteous. I NEVER feel as though I’ve interrupted their card game or their favorite TV show. It’s as though I’m the most important person in the world and I get individual attention.

in the last weekWe love AFC Urgent care. We have used them on several occasions and they always provide the best service. I have never had to wait long to see a doctor and they always get us in and out. I highly recommend their services.a month agoI use AFC for myself and for my son. I cannot always get a same day appointment with my sons PCP, so we opt for AFC as recommended by his physician – they also take his medicaid provider which is very helpful and convenient.The doctors and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable, so there is no bad things to say about staff. The only hang up I have is the wait time.
My last visit was the beginning of the week because my son got sick at day care. I left work early to get him and went straight to AFC since his PCP couldn’t get him in the same day. We got there at 8:45am and didn’t get seen until 12:30. Alone this wouldn’t have been so irksome but with a three year old the time feels like it drags.
There is a way to check into the appointment before your arrival and are able to make an appointment, however within the online sign in you are able to see the wait list as well as pre-scheduled appointments. I kept track of these during this visit and noticed that even the scheduled appointments were not taken back at that time and the patients were waiting 15+ minutes after their scheduled time.
Like I mentioned before, the staff, doctors, and nurses have always been friendly and helpful, but with the lack of physicians available – it does take quite some time to be seen. It’s not their fault, but it should be noted. If you’re in a time crunch the long waits could create a rather stressful time for others.
I’m giving 3 stars simply for the long waits and the fact that if you schedule ahead of time the risk of still waiting past your appoint time is applicable.
a month agoI appreciate being able to book ahead online. My ear started hurting one evening, and my friend suggested booking ahead here. I booked for the next morning and had a very smooth experience. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Very clean. Got my prescription sent in quickly.a week agoLady at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. Wait time did not take long considering number of patients. Nurse Practitioner was attentive and very helpful with my health situation.in the last weekThey were busy but the total wait was about 3 hours. The nurse that brought me back had a bad attitude and when I tried to explain something about my diabetes she was rude and rolled her eyes. I believe her name was Kayleigh. Doctor was fast and nice.

We came back today for our little girl because the service here is so excellent, and today was no exception.
All glory to the risen Lord Jesus Christ, and no glory to us whatsoever.
in the last weekEVERY time we have been here they have seen us in a very short time, they have been professional and I feel as comfortable and satisfied with the care as I would with our primary care physicians. We have Medicare and a supplement ins so we end up leaving without any charge. For most minor care situations I would definitely recommend going to this clinic before making a trip to the emergency room. We have had several different NP care for us and each have handle our care in an appropriate and efficient manner.a month agoBeaumont Urgent Care definitely deserves a full five star review. The entire experience started off with the front desk, amazing customer service. I went in around noon and was seen by an extremely welcoming nurse and NP. The entire visit, including wait time, was 20 minutes at most. The premises were extremely clean. I have nothing but positive things to say about this establishment. Also, if you are like me and are private pay, the pricing for a walk-in visit was exceedingly affordable. I’m not certain if the pricing is solely dependent on the issue an individual is having, but for me it was $80 plus anything extra I was needing. If you have have any questions, don’t hesitate to call because they are quick to answer any and all questions.3 weeks agofind this little hidden jewel early this year ( 2023 ) while needing a covid test to travel.the place is clean the staff is amazing .. the lady at the front desk is so personable and social.

2 weeks agoThe name of this place should be speedy care. I was called back within 5 minutes of arriving. The doctor entered the room with myself and the nurse. The Covid and flu test were the only things I had to wait on during this visit. Also this is a very clean and neatly keep office. I am very please with the care I received. I will definitely be returning.
