2 months agoOverall, a solid place. Doctors are good, office staff for the most part is capable. My only problem is that with no insurance, I feel like they intentionally overcharge on some things. Secondly, if a person makes an appointment for 10:00am, and they show up 20 minutes before that and check-in, they should be called into the office at 10:00am. If you all can’t handle multiple appointments, don’t schedule so many. I cannot stand setting up a appointment and the business disregarding the original time. I find that trashy and unprofessional. Besides all this, still a good place hence the 4*.a week agoI visited Temecula 24 hour Urgent Care for my son who was assessed to have bronchitis. I would not bother making an appointment on line because it doesn’t matter you are not placed ahead of anyone. I waited 2 1/2 hours in the waiting room even with an “appointment.” Anyway, the care I received was excellent the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and we really felt that she cared about her patients. Once back in a patient room everything is streamlined. My son was well taken care of. I would go back but will plan to wait.3 weeks agoI have been here 5 times now. 3 for my daughter, once for my wife, and today for myself. Every time I come here, the staff is fantastic. It’s clean, the nurses and doctors are kind and attentive, and an added bonus is you can skip the pharmacy all together and have your script filled here, before leaving. (Only caveat is you have to pay out of pocket, but it’s cheap)I believe if I visit a location 5 times, and it has been a seamless experience each time, they’re worthy of a 5 star review.
in the last weekNever waited less then two hours to be seen. Thought I learned me lesson with the last visit. There is zero sense of urgency in tending to patients. The “schedule online “ feature does not actually set an appointment time, expect to wait a couple hours on top of the time you have selected. I actually overheard the manager say that if it gets busy they will call in another doctor, so hours of waiting is the business model.This will be my last resort for urgent care going forward.
in the last weekI am not sure why this place is rated so high to be quite honest. I made an appointment at 6:00pm, and arrived at 5:45pm. I wasn’t actually seen until 7:40pm. Having an appointment seems to be irrelevant here. I woke up with the worst sinus pressure that day and knew I could have a sinus infection. After dismissing the fact that my face hurt from a lot of sinus pressure, the doctor sent me home saying I have a cold & told me to buy some sudafed. Well, 1 week later, I went to a different urgent care as I have worsened in sinus symptoms & was diagnosed accurately with a sinus infection. Upon leaving, the front scheduled a follow-up appointment and when I said it wasn’t needed (it wasn’t discussed in the visit), they said it was mandatory? They said “call back at a later time to cancel or do it online”. Not sure what the point of that procedure is. I will definitely not be returning.

We have never walked out of a visit feeling like we wasted someone’s time.a month agoMy child had pink eye. We had to do a cash pay due to not having ins at the time. The dr did a prescription and told us to put it in both eyes just in case. Then after picking up the medicine the doctor changed it to just have her put it in the infected eye. Now she has pink eye in the other eye. Calling for an antibiotic refill they insist I need to have her do a new doctors visit at $250 when it is clear the infection moved to the other eye with the exact same symptoms and if the dr had not change the instructions and kept it as an antibiotic for both eyes, this would not have happened. The doctors office would not let me speak to someone in management nor to the doctor. I will never go to this urgent care or doctor’s office again and do not recommend them to anyone. They are not patient/customer service oriented, sadly.

2 months agoThe ladies in the front office were so kind and friendly. The back office was on top of getting me my referral for my orthopedic appointment and my MRI approval. The PA who spoke with me at my appointment was wonderful…she really listened to every word I said.4 months agoThe doctors and the staff are well-respectable people. Worth your time (finally)…2 months agoMy boyfriend had scheduled an appointment for an annual well check and the initial tele health appointment was good. However we were told he would need to get a full blood panel and they would be sending the orders to the lab. The first time we came to the lab they said they didn’t have any orders for him. I called the clinic back and come to find out it was because they entered his DOB wrong in the chart. The representative I spoke to said she fixed his DOB in the chart and would resend the orders with the correct birthdate. We made a second appointment with the lab and there were still no orders so I had to call again in hopes they can fax it out in time so we don’t have to reschedule it. It’s very frustrating to plan and take time out of our work days expecting to receive care and being unable to because of a repeated error.Overall, we’re highly disappointed with this place and will not be returning as this shows they are very unorganized.4 months agoI’m giving it 4 stars because it was very difficult to get in. I had a really bad sinus infection and it took 2 weeks to be able to be seen by a dr in person. It was always through phone, at the time I went into urgent care because there was never availability. Other than that, amazing doctors! I loved Linda Anderson! She payed close attention and listened to what was going on. What I love about her is that she gives you an objective and reflection of your reason of visit. She is also on top of it recommending great treatments and options which most drs don’t do.in the last weekCalled for an appointment and they saw me right away over the phone and prescribed meds quickly to resolve medical needs.
