a week agoI highly recommend coming here if you’re feeling ill and can’t get in to see your doctor. It was easy to make an appointment online to be seen that day. You can just walk in too. There was a bit of a wait once i got into my room, but nothing excessive. The NP was very kind and thorough. The only thing I’d change, is everyone should introduce themselves and state what their role is. The girl who walked me to my room, started asking me about why, I’m there, etc. doing vitals and collected the necessary testing was sweet and kind. However, I had to ask her name, role, etc., because she didn’t tell me or introduce herself. It’s uncomfortable when someone starts asking you things and doing things to you if you don’t know who they are. Once she told me her name and that she was an MA, I was happy. Other than that, very clean, quick, excellent service. I’d definitely go back and recommend.2 weeks agoI needed to get my DOT exam for my medical card so I came to this clinic. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left I was treated like my needs were number 1 to everyone there from reception to the exam. The nurse that saw me for to assess my vital signs and complete a few necessary tests before I saw the doctor was absolutely amazing! I was anxious about passing the exam (I don’t know why but I suppose it was because my job depended on it) she helped me relax and was extremely patient and supportive. Then the PA that I saw was the same! Both were compassionate and caring and had my best interest at heart.3 weeks agoThe whole staff is amazing, very thoughtful and genuinely nice people. The young lady at the Reception desk Destiny is awesome. The CNA, Registered Nurse Practitioner, X-Ray tech. The gentleman who drew my blood. I have never been impressed by a group of individuals in a doctor’s office until now. I would recommend anybody to try the services they offer. Thank you Destiny for great service.2 months agoI am so grateful I found Physicians Immediate Care. I’ve been here several times for myself and my daughter. Our most recent visit we saw Dr Greg who is amazing. He was so kind and caring. When he was explaining his thoughts and plan of care what impressed me was he made sure that not only did I understand and have no questions but that my daughter understood. He took time to answer her questions. I wish he could be cloned! We will always use PIC when we need to. I’m so grateful.in the last weekMade appointment but had to wait 2 hours to be seen anyway. Doctor was smug and I had to beg for the most basic of medications for a recurring problem I’ve had my entire life. Called the prescription in to the wrong pharmacy and refused to assist over the phone, so I had to go back in person and had to wait again. Front desk staff extremely rude and unpleasant. Not meant for customer service. Wasted an entire day. I really wish I had gone elsewhere.

a year agoI took my 18 month old in today to see if she would need any stitches after she fell and hit her lip. I had my 3 yr old with me too. There is an intelligent sign in screen to enter basic information and there were clear directions about what to do. We waited less than 5 minutes to get seen at a n intake desk. We waited another 5 minutes or less to be seen by the nurse and then another period of time less than 5 mito see the Doctor. The staff was wonderful, the Nurse and Doctor were very effective and efficient while being very engaging and positive. We left with stickers for each kid. My children had a great experience.3 months agoThe nurse and doctor at this Urgent Care Facility treated me very well. I only waited about 10 minutes to be seen. They took their time to listen to my health concerns and gave me medicine to help me feel better. I was then referred to go to the ER due to not having the proper equipment for the testing needed.5 months agoI had a very positive experience at Immediate Care. Everyone was personable and pleasant. There were other people in the waiting room, but I believe I was in and out of there in under 20 minutes. The Doctor did not rush me. He asked if I had any questions. I had a statement and he gave me more information than I had had going into the Center. I highly recommend Advocate Sherman Immediate Care Center.6 months agoI am thankful for the care I received from Doctor Sonal Williams, Brenda the nurse and Sadie who took my xray’s. Although, it was late in the evening when I arrived I would have expected them to be tired from the day. But it was not that way at all. They were very focused and very attentive to my needs. I arrived there in a great deal of pain but their friendliness and attentiveness was soothing. I knew from their care that I was in good hands and had come to the right place. I don’t want to leave out the person who took my name and insurance information, sorry I didn’t get her name but she too was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you again Advocate Immediate Care Team, and Staff. I appreciate all that you do for your patients!5 months agoWe had an awful experience at the Royal Blvd advocate immediate care. The doctor completely ignored the fact that my son had a rash all over his back, chest, stomach, arms and legs. His tongue was swollen and bumpy. He had a terrible cough. We were told to feed our son more onions and garlic instead of antibiotics. We were also told to eat an apple because “an apple a day will keep the doctor away”. It was the most bizarre experience we have ever had with a medical professional. We will never go back. We took our son to his pediatrician the next day and he came back positive with strep.

in the last weekDoctor forced us to get into an ambulance to the hospital and lied about the ambulance having the medication my son needed on their vehicle. Told my wife he didn’t have more than 15 minutes to get to an ER and his situation was life threatening.
