  Such an amazing, clean, friendly and quick place to be seen. The staff are so helpful and nice and the Doctor is super knowledgeable and helpful! I appreciate this place so much! I went in right before closing and they didn’t have any problems seeing me right away! They are super reliable and you can tell they love helping their patients before anything! They will get you in and on your way in no time! Thank you for the wonderful service

  Not sure how to start this upsetting review but this is the worst fast/urgent care place to go to. $165 to tell you to drink fluids. My girlfriend made a appointment for 1pm. We get there 10 mins prior as instructed to do so and don’t get seen for a hour! They were so fast to take our money before the appointment though. So she goes back, gets this doctor that says that she hasn’t been sick long enough even though she’s had swollen lymphatic nodes in her neck for the last few days and has been holding out to see if it would go down and it hasn’t. The medical “professional” claims she doesn’t know what it could be and advises that she come back and pay an additional $165 to be seen again if she is still having symptoms. For a hour wait, oh don’t worry I asked why. (Front desk lady told me they were a walk in clinic so they don’t honor appointment setting clients. All the online BS is just so you can be registered faster and they can have staff there.) oh and the staff they didn’t have? Was told every room was full while waiting even though I witnessed 3 people leave while waiting. (Must have been seeing ghosts!) will never be back. Won’t recommend anyone here. Would rather drive to Estes park to get care than to be paid to be here. Be vary if the staff as they are not pleasant. We walked in and was instructed to wear a mask even though the lady through the window wasn’t wearing one, nor was she eating lunch. The place is not up to standards. -5 review.

  Urgent Care facilities are not equipped to handle the majority of any patient issues at any time. They have no means to run any significant testing or blood work, they have no access to testing facilities of many kinds, they have limited knowledge of any conditions beyond basic sprains cuts and rashes, and they don’t prescribe you anything because everything is addictive and they’re afraid of getting sued.

  They can cut you open or sew you shut. That’s about it. Maybe they’ll recommend a topical cream that you can probably get over-the-counter anyway.

  This facility will recommend that you take aspirin and go see a primary care doctor. There is probably little that they can provide. You’re better off going across the street to the Walmart and buying some over-the-counter pain killers. You will save yourself time and potentially hundreds of dollars.

  For what it’s worth, the staff here is at least always friendly and attentive, and the facilities are actually clean, which is far more good than i can say for the surrounding Urgent Care facilities in the area, which are terrible.

  Save yourself the suffering and just don’t have an illness in the United States. If you do have one, rub some salt in it and go about your life.

  Unless, of course, you have a primary care doctor, who will then refer you to a specialist that will then tell you that they, too, have no idea what is wrong with you while they hand you a bill and a referral to another specialist. In any case, primary care physicians have the monopoly on care, and the PCP is likely going to refer you to a specialist. They’re glorified gatekeepers with a monopoly on medical testing.

  Sorry for the poor review. Health care in this country is a joke. It’s an expensive, slow, ridiculous game of tag wherein nobody takes responsibility for anything and can’t actually recommend anything because, again, they don’t want to be sued.

  A truly wonderful place! All of the staff were so kind and helpful, even at 3am. My cat was in multiple times over the course of a few weeks and was treated so gently and kindly everytime. The staff never pushed us into anything, and were very upfront about the costs, which were already less than I expected. They made it clear that everything was our choice every step of the way. When I determined it was the end, the staff were again, just as kind and thoughtful as they had been the other times, even going so far as to mail me a sympathy card. They went above and beyond for my cat and me, and I can’t thank them enough.

  Took my cat Pablo here after difficulty breathing & coughing. They were very transparent about the cost the entire time, and gave me time to think about everything. It is kind of costly since it is an ER clinic, but it was reasonable I think. Turns out my cat has asthma & we are on the road to treatment for him! His doctor was very sweet & said she loved Pablo. She really cared about him & wished me luck. Will return if we ever need fast care again.

  I came here for end of life services for my senior dog. The staff is simply amazing. They guided me through the process and let me have as much time with my fur baby as I needed. I didn’t feel any rush whatsoever before or after. I was allowed to be with her until the very end which meant so much to me. I opted to get her cremated – she was home in less than a week and the paw print came out perfect. And if I didn’t think the service could get any better, I received a sympathy card personally signed by the staff. This was just so much more than I expected and I am so grateful to the team. I am so glad I chose to come here. Thank you guys so much for being there during such a difficult time for me.

  We took our dog here after he was attacked by another dog. The staff was very rude from the beginning, they didn’t really seem to care about the dog and were more concerned about getting payment and going over irrelevant things (like a urine a analysis, for a dog bite???) before taking him into emergency surgery. Other places start the process immediately, not here which was mind blowing to me. If the dog was critical and we didn’t have the money right there and then, they would’ve turned him away!!

  Also, we were charged Over $4000 to have his cuts stitched up. When we went to pick him up the next day, we were instructed to bring him back 14 days later to get his sutures taken out. When we took him back 14 days later, they said he should’ve been brought back 3 days after surgery to remove a drain tube. WE WERE NOT TOLD THIS ONCE. So they wanted an additional $600 to remove the drain tube. When I spoke to the staff member about this she thought it was a good idea to make jokes and just didn’t take the situation seriously. Emergency or not, I don’t recommend this place.

  I noticed my senior dog’s stomach looking bloated, almost like she was pregnant or had a beer gut. Being pregnant was not possible due to being spayed. When I contacted our mobile vet, she expressed that what I was seeing could possibly be life-threatening. When my normal vet told me that they would not be able to get her in, I took her here. Upon arrival, the moment I indicated what I was seeing, an attendant took my dog back right away, even while I was still checking in at the desk. Right away, that impressed me, thinking that they cared as much for my dog as I do. When I was called back and spoke with the vet, I had my phone on speaker so my wife could ‘be there’ at the same time. The vet was more thorough than I could have asked for. She was wonderful with a great bedside manner. Thankfully, my pooch was, and is, fine. If (and prayerfully not) it ever comes that either of my dogs need emergency care, this is the first and only emergency vet I will go to.

  Trina was warm and welcoming and got me checked in right away. She showed genuine concern and was extremely nice. Kerry was the Dr who saw me and immediately diagnosed why my ear was hurting so badly. She cleaned it out and I had instant relief. She diagnosed the infection and got my prescription sent immediately. All the staff was super nice and efficient. Highly recommend this facility!

  The doctor for my original appointment was sick and could could not work. The receptionist made me an appointment at another location the same day only a couple hours later. The doctor at the other location was very efficient and friendly. I got my prescription shortly after and I’m feeling MUCH better. Overall great experience especially when It could have gone wrong from the start.

  The doctor was lovely but the front desk person was so mean. It’s like she refused to run anyone’s insurance and took pride in collecting the highest deductible possible. I saw this happen to me and 3 other people waiting. Also the waiting time was bad, even with an appointment. But I loved the doctor who saw me.
