  This was hands down the best urgent care i have ever been to. Got my 2 kids right in when they were both walks in and were all very nice. The lady Brooke that checked us all in at the front was amazing! Definitely recommend this urgent care to everyone!

  Each staff member was professional and upbeat. Great place to go. Tip : Verify they accept your insurance . They are expanding their in-network status but their insurance acceptance was very limited as of 9-8-2023.

  I made appt online. Once checked in, it only took about 2 minutes of waiting before they called my name. The techs quickly took vitals and medical history. Matt Hillis APRN-CNP came right in after. He listened, accessed the problem and told me what needed to be done. Everyone was very professional. I will definitely return if needed.

  I just took my 2 year old daughter in because she had an object in her nose that I couldn’t get out. I attempted at home and I couldn’t get it. I panicked. This urgent care was closest to my home I called before I left to make sure they could help me. I specified it was a 2 year old. I was told sure come in. I hurried and arrived to find no urgency whatsoever. No compassion from any staff member. There was no one in the waiting room and three staff members just sitting around. It took an hour just to have the doctor come in. Garrett Norman the physician working was a horrible person and doctor. Not only did he show absolute zero compassion or empathy he barely touched my child and she cried. Well she is 2, so what would you expect? He stopped right then and stated there was nothing more he could do and suggested ER. I was so upset because he didn’t even try. He barely attempted. How could a doctor not have any compassion to even help? Why wouldn’t he have came in before an hour passed knowing the situation? I left feeling hopeless and defeated. I was just trying to help my child. It was close to 8 pm so it seemed he was just rushing me out He’ll receive compensation for the office visit and it’s not fair. He doesn’t deserve to be able to treat patients in my opinion from how he could treat a child. Please don’t be seen by Garret Norman and let others know!

  Terrible experience. We had an unusual situation, so we called to make sure they could handle it. We were assured it was no problem. When I filled out the online paperwork, I filled in our reason for visiting and again, no one said it would be a problem. When we arrived, a nurse took my vitals and asked what was going on, and we explained, and she didn’t even blink – sure, we can take care of that, was her whole vibe.

  And then we met the PA, Chris.

  Chris ignored what we had to say, talked over us, and refused to help, all with the bedside manner of a student-loan debt collector. Chris the PA needs to find a line of work better suited to his personality, like maybe anything that doesn’t involve people or compassion. Finally, after treating us with complete contempt, he GRUDGINGLY said he would go ahead and help, as if I’d have let him anywhere near me after that. Avoid this place – and PA Chris – at all costs.

  Be careful with this place. I went there in July and paid my co-pay in person. They now just sent me a bill for the exact amount my insurance EOB says I don’t owe. I called my insurance and they said that I definitely don’t owe it and they can lose in-network status for charging it to me. Unfortunately getting someone on the phone with Access Medical is impossible. I’ve been on hold for 20 minutes and haven’t been able to speak to a single person.

  I had to come in after cutting my finger on a vegetable slicer, and they were so helpful and kind. The PA took great care of me and the doctor on staff was great at lifting my spirits because I was anxious and freaked out about the bleeding. Grateful I didn’t have to wait more than a minute or two to be taken back to be seen because there was no one in front of me.

  Went in on 8/16 with pneumonia like symptoms that I had been fighting for a long while, my 6 year old had recently been diagnosed with pneumonia. The “provider” wanted a chest x-ray to determine if it was bronchitis or pneumonia, I said if it’s okay let’s treat it like pneumonia because deductibles are ridiculous now and I’ve already been here for a LONG time. I felt like that was a fairly safe bet since I had been caring for my daughter with same symptoms (she got well). I was given a 10 day antibiotic, it did absolutely nothing. I gave it exactly 1 week after prescription ended in hopes I would get better but I didn’t. So I called because the provider had told me when I was there “let me know if this doesn’t work and we will try something else”. I took that comment as meaning a phone call, not another $50 copay and long appointment. Office told me since it’s been 3 weeks and they have lots of providers come in and out, it’s a liability they can’t risk to give me another antibiotic without me coming in person. I gave her the name of the provider and said maybe I just need to call the office she is at today because I feel like she would be willing to stand by her word since she saw me and we had this discussion? Office lady said she had no way of knowing if that provider was working today or where. I’ve brought my kids here several times and referred family, customers and friends. The wait is always long, even with appointments, but it’s a convenient location when you can’t get in same day elsewhere. However, this particular situation is frustrating and just not good business. I feel like they just want to bill my insurance again. Obviously I just need to get established with a doctor’s office to avoid this.

  Absolute garbage facility, they give kids pregnancy tests and bill you for it. Then when you call to question it they claim it’s by policy but don’t have a copy of the policy for you to see. We’re waiting on a call back from management but that doesn’t seem to be a priority. Don’t take your kids to these quacks.

My grand babiy suffered through an ear ache and someone there said that they could take her insurance so we waited the whole night for an appointment the next morning, and then they said they didn’t take it and did nothing to help! They should be shut down!!! This is not my first bad experience with this place!

  Lisa administered Covid tests for my daughters and myself this morning and she was fabulous! Her bubbly personality and friendliness put everyone at ease, and we appreciated that she explained everything that was going to happen at each step of the process. She went above and beyond to make the process as pleasant as possible. The appointments were easy to make online, we never had to leave our car, and we were in and out with printed results in less than 40 minutes.

  They are great. They take phenomenal care of me and my partner when we come in. They always make us feel safe and welcome. My partner isn’t cis gender, but they always use the correct pronouns and name. They also have a noise machine in most offices, which helps my anxiety. I know when I come in that me and my partner will be treated with respect and kindness. Aside from that that always do a great job diagnosing in a timely manner. Also the patient portal is a great help so I can always see the results of tests. Just a 10/10 urgent care all around
