Super good attitude. My blood pressure was really high didn’t know if I was go pass my physical. But Richard was the only one that could calm me down and brought my blood pressure down for me to pass my physical. I was so happy that I pass my physical. Thank you Richy .4 weeks agoThis location is amazing! Once you get past the front desk, the experience is amazing. The medical staff are very professional and have an amazing bedside care and are professional. The front desk, (both of the ladies that I’ve experienced) were very rude and unprofessional. The first time they hung up on me multiple times, as well as not answering the phone. However, even in person it seems that their patience is VERY low for the patients that come in. With that said, if you get passed those two ladies, your experience will be a five star experience from start to finish. I have visited morning, and evening, and on three occasions.

a month agoUpdate: DO NOT COME HERE. AVOID AND JUST GO TO THE HOSPITAL OR OTHER CLINIC INSTEAD. INCOMPETENT AND WASTES YOUR TIME AND MONEY. On top of that they were wrong. I took my son today to Normal pediatrician where he tested positive for influenza B. Yesterday md now tested him for the same thing and they were wrong. FYI. Worst Experience I have ever had. Truly. My son clearly has an infection and they advised me after calling less than 24 hours later to come back in to see a different provider to be re evaluated less THAN 24 HOURS LATER!? TO GET ON ANTIBIOTICS. LOL what a joke of an MD now. Total sham. I can bet anything had I chosen to bring him back I’d have to pay another $172.00 for antibiotics. Nothing but problems from the moment I walked in the door for my son. They over charged me AT $175 THEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME PROOF OF MY INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE. SHADY SHADY BUSINESS. NOT GOING HERE AGAIN.a month agoWednesday, August 16, 2023 I entered MD Now Urgent Care because I was in pain. The front desk service was amazing; however, I can’t say that about the physician I saw. After the test were taken, the doctor indicated additional test where needed. Dr. Jarred Saint John, the attending physician, indicated that he would send the specimen out for additional testing. When I contacted my primary physician to obtain my prescription, I was informed that she received the preliminary report by Fax, but she did not get the final results. After contacting MD Now, I realize that the testing did not get sent out as promised. Since the test results did not get to my primary physician, she could not provide a prescription to address my illness. I’m still in pain and had to go back to MD Now to give them another specimen and wait another 24 to 48 hours for the results. Of course, I’m upset because it’s the weekend and my primary physician will not be available. Dr. Saint John’s behavior is negligent and unprofessional. I’m in pain an extremely upset.2 weeks agoWent to take a COVID PCR test. Paid $75…. Waited 2 hours….. NEVER got the results. Called many times. Number takes you to national office. Then they transfer you to local office. Person I spoke to was annoyed and did not offer assistance. Kept telling me to check back tomorrow. Not a good experience.3 weeks agoI walked into MD Now located on Palm Beach Lakes. The staff was pleasant but the wait was a 2 1/2 hour wait in which doesn’t include the registration time frame. Please hire more doctors, the two that were there were extremely busy or pay them more. It would definitely work in the staff favor to hire more doctors. The nurses were very apologetic about the wait. I can only imagine the level of stress everyone has to put up with. More staff and more pay.a month agoClinical was great. Front staff needs to learn to use a calculator. After paying for previous balance and current copay, I was asked what my receipt said and after showing it, I was asked to check my bank to confirm. I used an American Express. Not a bank account. So not only was she confused but I no longer had confidence in the ability of the front office staff who collected my payment.

a week agoStuff is very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I brought there my sick child thinking it would be faster and more convenient than our Pediatric practice. I used S Dixie Hwy for years now and they had all my information. Because it was my little child’s visit they required insurance card besides my id. I couldn’t find it and asked to find in the system under mine of my husband’s name. But they didn’t want to help. We waited for an hour while my husband emailed me pictures of it. If it was me sick I would just leave. No empathy whatsoever. My child was waiting miserable shivering from high fever which worsened at md.4 months agoTook my son to this MD Urgent care location, after he suffered a heat stroke at SunFest. Four female attendants at the desk, 3 people in waiting room. Son fully insured, and we never saw a doctor or nurse. Desk staff was dismissive, rude and couldn’t be bothered to check in my son correctly. We waited, we waited. I checked again at desk – 4 women at desk and we were told to fill out the paper work again! What? Such disrespect, and complacency! We left – went to Jupiter Medical Urgent where he was checked in and seen immediately.2 months agoWhat a pleasant experience! Nice waiting area. Not busy at all. Greeted right away by a human 😉 Registered at my seat with a QR code link. Took photos of my ID and insurance card on my phone, no direct contact with receptionist (no spreading of germs). Vitals taken quickly and professionally. Providers exam was quick and thorough. Discussed the diagnosis and treatment plan. In and out in less than 1 1/4 hours. Highly recommend.a month agoI was seen fairly quickly, my insurance gave them a little trouble but it was resolved swiftly and graciously. The doctor was fantastic! She was very personable, experienced and really cares for the patients she sees. I would highly recommend this urgent care location!3 months agoReally nice and welcoming staff. East to walk in and everything is online. Just gotta fill out a piece of paper. The nurse who took my vitals and asked a few questions was very nice as well and sweet! The doctor was great and thorough with checking what was wrong. Everything was smooth from walking in to leaving. I would come here again if I needed too- great team there.
