in the last weekI have never had a bad experience at this Urgent Care, and that includes all of the staff from start to finish. I most recently saw Kristen Boudreaux and she was fantastic. Thorough but also got me out quickly with a treatment plan that she discussed with me to get my buy in on. I never like to have to go to the Urgent Care but I’m always glad they’re there when I need them!in the last weekFrom the moment I entered the atmosphere was very welcoming. Stacey answered all my questions and was very clear. Results were excellent and going great. I would recommend this place anytime. The receptionists as well as the x ray guy was very pleasant.3 weeks agoStaff was so friendly, and Kira was super helpful. I felt seen and heard—she wasn’t trying to just get me finished with but was fully invested in making sure that we went over necessary next steps to get me fully recovered. Thanks to her, I was able to get antibiotics. I now feel much better.a week agoThis is a high traffic urgent care site so there was a longer than anticipated wait. That said the staff was friendly and professional. The doctor explained treatment options and I was very satisfied with the care I received.a month agoService was comparable to other urgent cares in the area. Covid test takes 15 minutes but they took over 25 to give me results. Took a while just to have my papers printed to be able to leave after. Doctor was nice, but she didn’t simplify all she was prescribing was allergy medicine I already take.My main issue is I was overcharged for the visit and was unable to get a clear explanation or resolution. The lady at the window wasn’t willing to go above to explain, and I was too sick to argue the day of. I called the number on my bill today, and it’s the wrong phone number. I find it hard to believe a business this established has a typo for the billing contact. I finally get the right number and am told they are waiting on insurance. I have to wait for my explanation of benefits from insurance, and then I have to call Urgent Care to get my refund. They won’t issue me a refund without me calling back to request it, and it has to be after they get additional money from insurance. Shouldn’t the refund be automatic at that point? I have never been charged this much for a visit. I am just blessed to be able to afford their scam. Let my story be a warning to anyone that can’t afford more than their co-pay. Skip this urgent care.
**Update: I called the new billing number listed below and was given the same answer. Since they overcharged the day of, they refuse to act until they get their money from insurance. Greedy business. I was never told during my appointment that the Covid test or anything would cost more than my co-pay.**
2 months agoThis is my regular walk in clinic. The staff is usually always wonderful. Yesterday (6/22) I went for a check in. I forgot my insurance card ( this is not the first time I have .) Other times all I had to provide was my ID because I am already in the system. I have never had trouble but the receptionist said with an attitude “ well I don’t do things that way.” I respect company policy so I went home to get it. When I arrived back there was a line and the same receptionist was not in the front. The gentleman in front of me had to literally knock on the glass while another woman in waiting said “she hasn’t been up there in a while” and approach the counter as well to try and get someone to attend to those in line. I believe it’s also unprofessional to be talking to clients while having earphones in on shift!!! The rest of the staff was amazing as usual. Front end should always be welcoming so clients return.a month agoAlways a pleasant experience. Staff was courteous safe for the nurse who asked me what medication I was taking (not the PA). I found he was rude and needs to ask questions in a more respectful manner

a week agoFront receptionist was super nice. I was not pleased AT ALL with anyone else. The nurse that calls you to the back was NOT friendly at all. When I would ask questions about my daughter they made it seem like I was bothering them. Then I had to ASK to get things checked on my daughter. It was just not a good experience and I will not be returning3 months agoGreat staff! Usually seen within reasonable period of time. Only problem I experience is getting medication at pharmacy. I am VA patient. I need to have the VA treatment authorization number to provide to the pharmacy. The receptionist needs to be made aware of this information. It would be a plus to include it when the doctor transmits to the pharmacy. Otherwise the veteran patient needs to hand-carry it.2 months agoI was traveling and in town for the night. It was nice that it wasn’t busy and the woman that checked me in was very kind! My writing arm was in major pain so she allowed me to just tell her the information since I couldn’t write it. Lauren, the nurse that saw me was very nice and diagnosed as well as she could since the radiologist was taking too much time. The brace and scrip made about an 80% improvement overnight so I wasn’t miserable any longer for working that day. Well done!in the last weekThe nurse practitioner walked in after about 30 minutes of waiting. She spent a maximum of 60 seconds in the room and walked out. I received a toradol injection and a prescription for flexeril. I called the next morning because I was still in pain. They asked if I had tried ibuprofen, I said yes. I was then told that there was nothing more that they could do and that I could go in again, and pay again to see the provider on duty. My main complaint is the lack of concern and the lack of time spent with the nurse practitioner for the cost .a month agoGreat and helpful staff. Robin D Odell, NP was refreshing in a world that also has pushy healthcare workers, trying to maximize patients seen. She was attentive and even approached the issue from angles I didn’t mention. Will definitely go back if sick again.
