She completes the appointment efficiently, yet takes the time I need, making me feel I matter. She treats my whole person with compassion, understanding, care and concern. I believe she is competent, capable and knowledgeable. She helps me access and navigate resources so that I can comfortably, easily and confidently take care of myself. I feel comfortable being with her and talking with her.2 weeks agoJonathon Wong is an excellent practitioner. He adapts his recommendations to the condition and needs of each patient. He is kind and understanding, listens well and considers carefully what he has heard. Then, and only then, he delivers his recommendation. I have been going to physical therapy in a variety of forms for 40 years, and I have never experienced a physical therapy department as efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable as the one in Kaiser Permanente Vallejo Medical Center. Everyone I have interacted with, from the receptionists to the therapists, has done their very best to help me, and they have, without fail, succeeded. Jonathan is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with.2 weeks agoDr. Ignacio Becerra-Licha MD is an exceptional doctor and a true asset to Kaiser. In all my decades of seeking medical care at Kaiser, I have never encountered a physician as thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable as him. He listens attentively to my concerns, treats me respectfully and kindly, and never dismisses me because of my age or experience. I am sincerely grateful to have him as my doctor and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.a month agoDr Williams and his team are absolutely the best of the best. 4 months agoExcellent service and amazing staff! Front desk is always friendly and welcoming. The Medical Assistants are always kind and friendly as well. My appointments are always on time, if not earlier! Physicians actually listen to my concerns and follow through with a great care plan. Carbon Health definitely delivers quality patient care and standards.4 months agoMy husband and I are traveling and I rolled my ankle in a parking lot, I ended up in the Vallejo office and was seen by a nurse practitioner but they had no radiologist on duty today. They asked me to stop in the Martinez office in our way through. Both visits were fast and the staff was so helpful and thoughtful. The offices were impeccably clean. I wish I lived close to a Carbon Health clinic! This was a fortuitous find. Thank you!!2 months agoI have never been to this urgent care before. I was greeted with kindness and treated with gentleness. The doctors and the MA’s will make you feel very comfortable they will take care of your needs , and if I lived in the area I will make it my regular doctors office just because of the comfort If your in the area and not sure where to to go, I highly recommend this urgent care.5 months agoCarbon Health is so wonderful. I receive immediate care with myself or children, am able to book online, and every staff member I have ever interacted with has treated me with sincere, intelligent, fantastic patient care. Highly recommend!4 months agoI was able to make the appointment online in the middle of the night. The appointment went smoothly and I was out in less than an hour. Vitals were taken and my insurance was used as well. I’m from out of town and I appreciated the care.

Getting acquainted with Kyla app was a little awkward, but I guess I’ll figure it out with the support of this fine team.6 months agoI have had the most unfortunate year with Covid twice and strep throat 3 times. I work full time and I’m new to Vallejo and my job so I haven’t set up my primary care physician. Needless to say I needed urgent care. Amy runs this location and is absolutely amazing. It’s quick and painless to get in and out. Download the Kyla app before your appointment and you’ll be all good in 30- 1 hour. Monday- Friday. It’s really convenient. I’m very grateful for this little spot in the back of the Safeway.4 months agoThis is hard to say but the nurse at this location doesn’t show up for appointments or skips day of work entirely. So if you need urgent care, it would be better to just go to the ER.3 months agoYou’re seen quickly and the nurses are extremely kind and helpful. A no-anxiety experience!a year agoAngelica is an incredible person. She is what you would hope for at a location, because she truly cares. Extremely empathetic, friendly, and thoughtful, and anticipated my needs and questions. When my results did not come, she went out of her way to call me and ensure I would not be charged an extra fee. The service was great, doctors helping me extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and prices reasonable, given the circumstances.
