3 weeks agoI’m writing this review because my parents are too kind to do it. My dad got an online appointment for me because I was feeling sick. I had a headache and was bawling my eyes out. We got on the call at the correct time, but they never came. I was so tired but stayed up anyway. In total, we waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes. They never came. Parents I do not recommend this place.2 weeks agoThey had appts available on a Saturday so we made one since we couldn’t get our son into his pediatrician’s office. We didn’t wait long at all. The vitals nurse was so sweet to our baby and so was the nurse practioner, Ana Licona. She quickly diagnosed our son with pink eye and an ear infection and already sent the prescription for his medications to the pharmacy we had on file. She was so helpful and one of the sweetest people. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. This is such a great place!4 months agoBeen here twice and both times we were in and out within an hour of our appointment time. Front desk lady was super nice and the vitals lady and nurse practitioner were also very friendly and listened to us. It’s nice to be not be rushed and treated like a number like most places. They took care of my son with love and patience and I couldn’t ask for more. Thank you for being here Nightlight staff!! I would also like to note we used the Solv app to book appointment and check in which made things a lot smoother upon arrival.3 months agoThis was my first time coming here. My son’s pediatrician is hard to get an appointment with and I wanted him to be seen ASAP. I love their hours. My son was seen as soon as we arrived and everyone was sweet to him and myself. We were in and out with no issues! Highly recommenda month agoIve been coming here for years. Easy to book appointments online. Super friendly pediatrician who had my son feeling better the same night. She was gentle and knowledgeable. Always a great experience.

2 months agoBest service and care. I originally went to a pediatric urgent care but the wait was so long that I left and went to Neighbors. No wait. Front desk was BEY nice. The nurse and doctor were very gentle and kind with my 7 year old. I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. They took great care of my little boy.3 months agoNurse Dwayne was so funny and friendly! He made a scary situation for me as enjoyable as he could. Dr. Marrero was professional, quick, and thorough. I was taken to the back and seen by the staff before I could even finish the check in paperwork. I will definitely choose this emergency center for myself and my family, if ever needed again.a month agoThe staff is nice and caring. They got me in quickly. I was really in the most discomfort. The doctor was thorough and listened to me and the nature of my complaints and explained everything to me. She told me what she was giving and why. Once given she came back to see how I was doing. She checked in again to see how I was progressing, then gave me referrals to see about my problem. The doctor sent me an RX note and I did not answer right away because I was so comfortable & the Pharm had said I could not get the meds until the next day. I finally did answer and appreciate the discount card and the reminder and help from the App. I think that is a really good way to follow up directly with the patient. Thank you so much. The nurse came in and I was very stressed because I looked at getting a shot was like previous experiences – ruff & painful. Well, that did not happen. I was already in a lot of pain and holding my head in an awkward position. I tensed up and tried to get ready to get the shot. The nurse did such a good job I did not feel any thing until after the band aide was on and the meds seem to irritate the area that was giving me so much discomfort. The second shot I was thinking this one will hurt because the first did not. Well, I held my breath and tensed up for nothing. I told him he was the best nurse ever and should teach other nurses how to give shots. I passed up HCA & Hermann 10 minutes from my home to get to your facility and if I needed emergency services again my family members would come to your facility. Again, thank you for taking great care of me.3 weeks agoI didn’t feel like the nurses and doctor listened. I explained my son’s symptoms and he explained them as well to the nurse. The doctor comes in and asks the same questions and then proceeds to say “ we’ll do an xray to make sure his stomach pain isn’t constipation.” Clearly no one listened to the answer of Diarrhea. Not to mention my son had a bowel movement before we came, which i explained. Once the lab results returned the Doctor says he’s prescribing a medication that my son is allergic to. That let me know he never reviewed drug allergies, nor thought to ask me about any. Very disappointed. We’ve now been waiting more than 10 minutes for them to being a prescription. My husband recommended this Urgent Care, but this is now my second bad experience in two years after three visits.Update: now that I’m leaving, i have learned that this is an Emergency Center and not an Urgent Care. My copay is $950!!! Did not know my insurance had a difference in copays. Receptionist says that was not something she could disclose before we received care. Not coming back
a month agoEvery time I come here they are timely!! And run all the necessary test and I or my loved one is in and out. It’s so clean! And the staff is so professional.

in the last weekI was a walk-in. They saw me within 30 minutes. Had my UTI diagnosed within 10 minutes. Doctor was great! Wish she could be my PCP. Listened to me and did not rush. Would go back for sure.2 weeks agoI’m giving 5 ⭐ stars to this URGENT ? care for many reasons. i will start with the receptionist who was courteous and helpful. Next would be the wait time, which wasn’t long at all considering I was a WALK-In. Then the nursing staff was polite and patient. Now to the treating Doctor. He was knowledgeable and caring. He made sure I had full knowledge of my diagnosis and as well as provided me with two injections to assist with the pain and swelling while I wait for my new prescriptions. He also placed a referral incase my condition hasn’t improved within a week. It was a very pleasant experience, I would refer this Urgent Care facility to any and everyone. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Loved it! Thanks guys!a week agoI came in with a severe pain in my head and in my throat. The front desk lady was super nice to the Spanish couple that was before me when I approached she asked me to sign in with the keyboard in front of me I did so. Then she sent me a text where I was supposed to download my ID and insurance information. The facility does not have Wi-Fi so it was taking my first ID forever to download so I asked her, if she could just make a copy of my insurance and drivers license. She handed me paperwork (with attitude ) as if I was the first person ever to ask for their Wi-Fi information. I filled that out then called to the back I think he was a nurse, he look disheveled his clothes were wrinkled he took my basic information. Then checked my nose and looked at my throat. See if I had a virus. After all the test came back, I didn’t have a virus. I met a gentleman who I’m still not sure I was a doctor or a practitioner. He check me out and stated that I was presenting as if I had an ear infection but wasn’t sure. Gave me prescription for amoxicillin and 800 mg of ibuprofen went home took the medicine woke up with even more severe headache ended up at the Methodist emergency room where I found out I didn’t have a cold or ear infection so I didn’t need to take the amoxicillin, I have lupus and explain that to your office when I got there. Now I am seeing a neurologist because what they’re finding is is that I was having a severe migraine. How do you prescribe medication if you don’t know? I will never ever go back into that is facility again. Do me a favor and get Wi-Fiin the last weekI am very grateful to Lord for guiding me to take my Son to prime urgent care on last Friday morning ,when l saw his saturation was dropping and having high fever,We were checked in quickly,My son was seen by Gracious John PA, He was very kind and efficient, very quick in diagnosing Pneumonia, He even helped us in getting my son’s X-ray done,Also thank you Alejandra Rodriguez who did his vital signs-and X-ray.His saturation was better with breathing treatment.We were referred to children’s memorial Herman ER.Wanted to thank everyone helped us that day.
