a month agoFront desk lady was super helpful and polite and got me going quickly. However the doctor rushed into the room and didn’t make eye contact. Said “let’s get this over with” and within 10 seconds was done with my physical. Asked him if I didn’t need to take my urine test and he said no. I asked the front desk lady to confirm and he says to come back because I need to get tested and has me sit in a seat to wait. 20 min go by and he sees me as he passes by and says “oh he needs a urine test” to a nurse. Very unprofessional doctor6 months agoIt was OK, Staff are nice, but I would like it more if the doctor could see you at your appointment time, or 5 minutes late. I am waiting in a room for close to one hour and still nothing. And only get not even 5 minutes with the doctor. Like I said, everyone who works there are very nice, no problem with that. Great place5 months agoAmazing staff, very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for new employee onboarding, was able to take my drug test, TB test and physical all in the same visit in under 30 minutes. Wonderful experience and organization!5 months agoStaff were friendly, knowledgeable, and highly efficient. They even went over and above to ensure I received my results for my records as a travel nurse. Thank you everyone, especially Stephanie for all your help! I highly recommend this location for all your hassle-free needs!2 months agoI don’t usually issue bad reviews; I’m capable of giving people the benefit of the doubt. However, Sabrina, a lady working at the front desk treated me extremely poorly. She was condescending and treated me like a child when I was trying to explain my situation to her. Even when I was speaking my truth, she was telling me that I was wrong. I feel anxious and just downright frustrated that someone of this unprofessionalism is allowed to work in a position involving customer service.

a month agoTook my mom in because she was feeling sick. Dr. Taylor was really rude. The way he spoke to her was unacceptable. He talked down on her as if she was an idiot. Repeated questions that she had already answered but because she didn’t answer with yes or no it was a wrong answer to him. She would answer him trying to explain how she felt but he just didn’t want to hear it. People go in feeling sick as it is. He really needs some retraining on how to treat patients. Worse doctor I have ever met.9 months agoNurse staff is sweet and know what they’re doing. CMAs get a lot of clinical information wrong. I come here often for check-ups and I notice a lot off things that don’t seem right . I came to urgent care last year for pain in my lower abdomen. This little “doctor” lady said I had cervical cancer? Like dude how did you even graduate. She made me go to the ER for no reason. Just had a stomach bug. Dr. Bennett was my pediatrician for 6+ years and always gave me the best treatment.a year agoWorst experience in the waiting room, I’ve been to this urgent care for years. Also work for the medical field group for St. Joseph and know how it works to get patients in on a timely matter. But when you get told the wait time is 1 hour 20 minutes, an took in critical patients which is understandable but also took in none critical patients before my time is just not okay. Like I said I know how it works for front office I am experienced very well in that department and it was just awful to experience I came in with bad allergies my head throbbing and eyes watery. But I was really upset to have waited for almost 3 hours before getting called in and telling front desk if I was next every hour that passed by or patients where taken back before me.a year agoToday I went to urgent care because of a pretty bad eye infection. I was helped by Dr. Lam (Tat S. Lam) and he was extremely caring, professional, kind, and fast! I can’t even explain to you how calming his demeanor was and that definitely made me calmer. They also very nicely kept the lights off in the room (since I was so sensitive to light) and made me feel very comfortable. The staff was amazing. Couldn’t say enough good things about my experience today!6 months agoStaff is very friendly and caring. They are concerned about their patients and will do everything they possibly can to make patients feel comfortable there.

a month agoHad a weird heart problem, the medical assistant and the RN were both extremely comforting and competent. The EKG machine had a hiccup, but all was well. The medical assistant (whose name I have unfortunately forgotten) was very skilled at her job. I am afraid of needles, and she drew 3 vials of my blood relatively painlessly and very quickly. She switched to a smaller needle that would draw blood less quickly but would be less painful and she was still incredibly fast.a week agoGreat staff and helpful. I went here because CHOC urgent care was full. I came here and it was fast and efficient. I recommend this place. I will definitely come again.4 months agoI recently took my Mom in and the staff was very attentive and Dr. Katrina took great care of her. And prior to coming in, I called ahead of time to confirm they accepted her insurance as she was out of area, and the gentleman on the phone was very thorough in answering my questions.3 months agoI walked in, told them my issue, and was seen / assessed quickly. All members of staff were nice and understanding. Dr. Wu was very helpful and explained the treatment thoroughly.4 months agoThe nurses and doctors are friendly and so incredibly helpful. They are quick, thorough and have helped myself and my daughters many times. I will continue coming here and telling all my friends and family about this wonderful hidden gem.
