Orlando is one of the most down to earth people around. He gives you the whole experience. You always leave feeling like you got an excellent cut while you talked to a friend you’ve known your whole life. I found this place by pure chance, but truly what I found is a lifetime barber. I had been looking for someone that actually knew what to do with my difficult hair and man I’m glad I did. Best in the business and highly recommend to give it a try. a week agoGot a hair cut here today, and I felt like I was such an outsider. I got such a bad vibe from the stylist. I came in happy and excited to get my hair done and left almost in tears because I tried so hard to have a conversation with the stylist and she literally ignored me and gave me 1 word answers the whole time. I genuinely felt like I was such an inconvenience to her…. Even though I’m the paying the customer…. I asked her if she had weekend plans and the response was “ya”… I asked her if she was having a good day the response was “ya” so I literally just sat there quietly for the rest of the time. Not a pleasant experience at all.a week ago“Cynthia” gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming to this place for more than a decade and never had any problems. This was the first time Cynthia cut my hair and she was extremely rude and impatient. I’ll never let Cynthia cut my hair again.4 months agoOur regular stylist was not in and had a new person cut my son’s hair. He is 10 years old. Did not like the way his hair got cut (even though I explained how we wanted it). Will go back, but we will stick to our regular stylist. The price for the hair cut went up to 18 dlls, the place is clean, and there are no long waits.2 months agoReturned to this location cuz of one stylist she wasn’t here and someone else attended us. My 5 yr old son doesn’t put up a fuss when getting a haircut but as soon as they called him up the stylist made faces and asked if he was going to let himself get the hair cut to which I replied I wouldn’t ask u to do it if he wouldn’t let u cut it. Needless to say he ended up getting someone else helping him smh blaming my son for moving when I was sitting right there watching like a hawk. My son didn’t move ….a month agoAbsolutely loved my hair cut, and it didn’t even take long in waiting for my turn the lady that cut my hair was so helpful and did a very good job in my hair , I do recommend this place to everyone.

The other customer was listed after my son.
We were on on our way to catch a flight.
The stylist that did take my son said that the stylist in question was the managing person in charge at the time.
Sad, I always bring my boys here. So disappointed in sports clips for having employees like this.
2 months agoI went to get a haircut at this location after a long time of not going, because I’ve had bad experiences. Not surprisingly, I had another bad experience! The stylist was nice and made small talk, but she failed to let me know she left a bald spot on the back of my head! I didn’t notice until my sister noticed it and told me! People there are nice but they always mess up my hair.4 months agoYou’ll get a good haircut for the most part, depending on the girl that you get. You can choose a specific girl to cut your hair or any that’s first available through the app. The app makes it very convenient to check in before you arrive. The estimated wait time is fairly accurate. All the stylists are friendly and accommodating with kids.in the last weekFor me, they are better than everyone else; but when the bar is so low its not saying much!5 months agoIt was a hair cut. How do you rate a haircut at 61 years old. Too expensive for the small amount and style of hair I have took 11 minutes. $22 bucks…barber gal was chatty as they want a tip .. auto tipping starts at 7$. 10percent is what is recommended for a haircutter. Stylist maybe more. I will be back though as the wait time was 0. Nice!! Thanks
