3 months agoIf I could give them ZERO Stairs I would!! Do not go here.. Do not get your hair cut by Avery she’s an 18 yr old blond that literally let my dad walk out of her chair with a Huge Bold spot and patches!! She didn’t show him the back of his hair and still charged him. He didn’t know until his wife saw it when he got home. When he returned to see if they would fix it or could do something they said they would but would have to Charge him again!!! Are you kidding me.. So he walked out!! The worse part is he got his haircut for his sister’s wedding so it’s not like he could just wear a hat to cover it in church!! I had to fill it in with my eyebrow pencil!! Please help spread what happened to my dad so that doesn’t happen to you or a love one. See the picture for yourself.. Would you be upset????3 months agoI always had a great experience. My son always has great hair Cuts. But you can wait for an hour for a hair cute.2 months agoI called and politely asked to speak to one of the employees and the lady on the phone hung up on me and then forwarded my next call. a month agoThis was my first visit to this shop for my husband to get a haircut. They have multiple barbers and as far as I understood they only do haircut for males. It is a nice place with some nice and reliable people around. The shop is not so fancy but tidy. The barbers are well experienced and they know what they are doing. They also have the cheapest rate that I know off and the best thing is, you don’t have to wait for your appointment, just walk-in!!a month agoThank you so much Jeremy!I recently got a bad haircut from someone I have interviews this week and didn’t know what to do. Both of them were very nice to me.4 months agoThis is my go-to place for a cut and a beard trim. I’ve been happy every time I’ve gone. Make sure to bring your dress shoes or boots in for Larry to clean and polish. My dress shoes look better than the day I bought them.5 months agoThis place is amazing! Everyone is so friendly! She talked just the right amount and everything she said was interesting. Plus she did a great job with my cut and gave me some good recommendations.2 months agoThey overbook customers, so customers have to wait for 30 min to 1 hr. But no apologies! If you complain about it, they refuse to cut your hair (I did not yell at her at all. I just asked her to respect my time and let me know in advance if you think the schedule could be delayed). What a service! Besides, they are NOT GOOD AT CUTTING HAIR either compared to other places – nothing special. No point to be there to waste your time and money with LOUSY SERVICE!!!!!!3 months agoMy wife has been cutting my hair for the past 3 years we found Regimen by accident but Jay has been sensational to work with.
